• Karla (1/5): - Fiquei sem energia e o proprietário não deu a mínima, tive que resolver sozinha e aí descobri que é porque não pode ligar o fogão e o aquecedor ao mesmo tempo! O apartamento também cheira esgoto e a cama é super desconfortável, além de que fui ligar o ar e saiu sujeira dele que se espalhou por toda cama como se nunca tivesse havido uma manutenção

• Agim (4/5): Not really pleasant experience - Location only was good , close to central station and convenient The check in process was exhausting , so many information and really hard to check in, a random person helped to find the place and open the main door So many codes and so many things to do just to get to the room And also the ac thing including lights and electricity Like why do i have to save energy for someone while im paying for it ?? Ok i understand that i need to turn off the thing while out of the room ,however the way the host was describing to save the energy, it sounds it very stingy from the host , and super creepy they way he was describing the things Plus also the carfew time the host had about the key You could literally be on the streets if you didn’t manage to get the key in time, you had to say exact time of check in otherwise you wouldn’t find the key on the locker Also the form you had to fill before check in was just useless and time wasting So many things about check-in and the key and the electricity just time wasting and tiring I had to focus so much on that for a simple night stay

• Ildiko (1/5): It was so dirty that made us feel very uncomfortable, undervalued and disappointed defo not 4* - Location. No flooring in the flat only concrete, which was dirty. The walls were covered with body fluids quite scary as it is so small place that you can't avoid to touch them. The shower was in a cupboard having metal rusty doors very small and your travel companion watching you while you are on the toilet. The bed is not suited more than a night - had huge holes our back were sore. Very uncomfy. The door was absolutely terrifying to lock or unlock. The place was dirty and had lots of don'ts on the walls and in the instructions but what was necessary was missing. The owner rated it as a 4* apartment but actually felt that we stayed in a dirty cupboard. The owner charged us €26 for staying in the cupboard for 4 nights. I do not recommend for longer than a night. It was awful to stay there. Next door had a sex shop surrounded by dodgy people, therefore, is not suitable for children.

Небольшая комната с двуспальной кроватью.Матрас как будто набит ватой. Спать неудобно вообще.При том,похоже,никто постель даже не менял.В комнате есть душ, туалет. Дверь в душ металлическая,чёрного цвета, ржавая!!,но с зеркалом.Это выглядело ужасно.Не хотелось снимать уличную обувь.Входная дверь с замками как будто мы находимся на подводной лодке.Отвратительные запахи,которые мешали в первую ночь уснуть. На первом этаже жарили какой-то фастфуд и оттуда доносились запахи .Всё какое-то старое, вонючее.И мы за ночь вдвоём заплатили 99 евро Это просто возмутительно!!!!!! Кроме расположения- эта ночлежка находится возле вокзала, не понравилось ничего. Это убогое жилище недостойно современного человека!

Delikatny "Escape room" przy zakwaterowaniu. Nieprawidłowo działająca instalacja elektryczna z czego były problemy, ponieważ podczas pobytu spalił się bezpiecznik.
• Senem (1/5): Art niyetli sorumsuz dolandırıcı işletme, booking sorumsuzluğu - Hiçbirşey Asla rezervasyon yapmayın yada rezervasyonunuz varsa iptal edin. Art niyetli işletme ve ulaşılamayan booking müşteri hizmetleri yüzünden seyahatim mahvoldu. Planlanan 17-20kasım tarihli rezervasyonumu aylar öncesinden yapmıştım. 14 kasımda ödeme alındı,check in işlemleri yapıldı. Bunlar tamamlandıktan sonra ertesi gün şehir vergisi ödemem için başka bir link gönderildi. Bütün işlemler yapıldı. 17kasım sabahı ben uçakta iken(saat 10da mail atılmış, ben uçakta olduğum için 13 de gördüm 😡) çocuğumun yaşı uymadığı için rezervasyonumu iptal ettiklerini yazmışlar. Dalga mı geçiyorsunuz, 3gün önce tüm pasaport bilgilerimi girdim,doğruladınız, Milano’ya vardığımda mı aklınız başınıza geldi? Kesinlikle sorumsuzluk ve art niyet ! Neden kabul ettiniz o zaman,neden erken bilgilendirme yapmadınız? Otelle yüzyüze konuşmak istedik kabul etmediler, kalmadığımız halde paramızın yarısını ödediler! Sakın bu otele rezervasyon yaptırmayın, dolandırıldık ! Booking müşteri hizmetlerine yazdım asla dönüş sağlamadılar. 3 günlük seyahatimin 1 günü elimde bavullarla otel aramakla geçti. Maddi ve manevi çok kötü bir seyahatti, booking ve bu otel yüzünden. Bir sorununuz çıkarsa booking müşteri hizmetlerine asla ulaşamazsınız ve mağdur olursunuz.korkunç bir deneyimdi😡 Bu mağduriyetimi nasıl gidereceksin booking? Hiç bir seyahatimi senle planlamayacağım ve her platformda şikayet edeceğim!!!!!!!.

• Mariana (8/5): Excelente localização e limpeza. Bairro muito seguro. - Muito limpo, excelente casa de banho. A estrutura da cama não é nivelada, por isso apenas uma pessoa dormiu bem, pois a outra estava inclinada para o lado de fora da cama.

El calefon pierde agua, la cama doble estaba rota y te caes de costado, la luz salta cuando encendes 3 electrodomésticos a la vez (vitroceramica, aire acondicionado y ducha caliente)

• Diogo (3/5): Broken bed frame and deficient drainage system - The location is very central and easy to access from the train station or metro. Do not stay here until you confirm: 1. broken bed frame is replaced (I had to place a small ironing board under the mattress to be able to sleep for 4 days), 2. the boiler is draining with a hose pipe (it leaks all night, like you're being tortured) and 3. the drains/sewage system has been fully replaced in the bathroom (the strongest smell of drains you may ever experience in your entire life, I didn't know that was even possible, a health and safety issue, 4. the iron is completely broken and impossible to use, water spills everywhere. This apartment is good but it's in no condition of receiving guests.
• Galin (10/5): Loved it - The place is amazing, located 5 minutes walk from Milano Centrale! The bed was big and comfortable, the studio had everything necessary for a short or long stay, very functional place. Quiet. Old Italian building that was creating a nice atmosphere. The hosts were very organized providing necessary information, and answering my inquiries. I’d definitely come back!

• Kristina (1/5): Apartment smells horribly like sewage, photos are misleading, floor is bare concrete, walls are unpainted, mold near the - Nothing If you are planning a trip to Milan and stumble upon the “Primopiano” apartment, turn around and run. You will save your health, your nerves, and your money. The moment you walk in, the smell of sewage punches you in the face. Not a slight odor. A full-blown, stomach-turning stench. The place reeks like a mix of a public toilet and a flooded basement. We started sneezing as soon as we entered, which tells you everything about the air quality. The apartment is full of dust and allergens. It is not clean, not even close. The photos? Fake. What you get is cold, raw concrete. The floor is unfinished, the walls have not been painted, and there is visible mold growing near the bathroom window. Every single plant in the apartment is plastic. Storage? There is none. Just some cheap hanging shelves from IKEA. There is literally nowhere to put your clothes. The bathroom has a window that faces directly into the sleeping area. So if someone uses the toilet at night, the light wakes everyone up. There is absolutely no privacy. The soundproofing is nonexistent. You hear everything. The doors creak and barely open. The bed is stiff and uncomfortable. You wake up with back pain. They claim the apartment is twenty square meters, but in reality it is maybe ten. One wall is five meters, the other is five meters, and right in the middle of that space they dropped a bathroom. So the usable space is pathetic. The boiler leaks and you have to empty the bucket under it every single day. The iron is basically useless. There are barely any dishes in the kitchen, and the few you get are old and mismatched. And the best part? They demand that you wash all the dishes before leaving, even though cleaning and maintenance are included in the price you paid. They even threaten to charge more, though everything goes through Booking so it is unclear how they think they can pull that off. Below the apartment is a hot pot restaurant that runs all day.

The floor is stone, no carpets. The air conditioner was switched off from the main power and they tell you give it time it will warm up... Everything in this place is extremely old and there is no coffee machine like they say in the description. If you use a glass for example, you need to leave it clean or the charger you
• Гергана (4/5): Disappointing - The location was close to the train station as well as the metro station. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets. There was kitchen box which we didn't used because it didn't looked very clean. Sketchy neighborhood. Noisy apartment. After showering there were water drips from the boiler located in the BEDroom. The floor looked dirty. The door of the bathroom was made out from metal and it looked rusty.
• Tadevosyan (1/5): Will not recommend - It was very bed apartment with bed smell. The bad was very uncomfortable, the bathroom was tiny and the water in the sink doesn’t leak appropriately. The price was too high for that kind of apartment.
• Tang (6/5): Pleasant - The location was good with it being close to the central station, a supermarket and restaurants. The flat had all amenities including a washer for our clothing which was nice. It was convenient for what we needed. There was little to no hot water for showers, the bed appeared to be broken in one spot and was sunken in. There was mold in the bathroom and a funky smell which may have been caused by the mold or from the sewer.

• Prem (7/5): Good but not up to the expectation. - Centrally located near to Railway station and Metro. Solved the internet issue within next day. Apartment is handed over to us neatly. And we handed them neatly as well. First day internet was not working, I had to buy internet pack for that day. Annoying security locks to enter in to apartment and to the floor, For a family of 3 (kid and parents) it is very small (it was very small than what I expected). On Saturday evening after we arrived , it was really loud noise of people at night in the building which we didn't like.

• Wood (7/5): Good - It was a convenient location, very close to central train station. Check-in and check-out were very easy and smooth. Apartment was very clean and well equipped for a short stay. There was a strong drain smell coming from the bathroom for the first day but it cleared afterwards. Apartment is a bit small for a longer stay with little storage.
