• Alberto (5/5): Con mas preocupacion podria haber sido una estancia muy agradable - Distante del centro pero muy buena locomocion, ademas un supermercado al lado LLegamos la lavadora con un letrero NO FUNCIONA (Ofrecio ir a buscar la ropa para lavarla, pero es una molestia esperar que la retiren ) Le avisamos que no habia abridor de cvervezas / vino y la respuesta que se lo habian llevado los arrendatarios anteriores. no hay ninguna silla solo banquetas y en los dormitorios solo almohadas imposible apoyar la espalda en ningun lado

• Galonnier (8/5): - L'emplacement est idéal, on ne rentre pas franchement dans Milan mais étant à 200m de métro on va partout. C'est cosy et propre, rapport qualité prix très favorable. Une supérette est à 2 min à pied La pièce de vie donne sur la rue, et tout le monde voit/regarde. Le rideau present n'est pas occultant, intimité légère dans cette pièce uniquement

• Gianni (9/5): Ora so dove andare a dormire quando tornerò a Milano con la famiglia. - La posizione è perfetta per lasciare l'auto e muoversi con bus tram e metropolitana cha passano da lì. Camere ampie e doppi servizi offrono tutto il comfort necessario per un weekend lungo. Per chi vuole fare colazione o cena a casa, c'è il supermercato proprio accanto. Ho trovato il mio riferimento milanese per futuri viaggi 👏 Servirà qualche piccola manutenzione da usura, ma nel complesso non ho lamentele o insoddisfazioni di sorta
• Luciana (10/5): Ottima scelta - Comodissimo per chi vuole lasciare l'auto all'interno del complesso privato delll'appartamento e servirsi del tram proprio di fronte o della vicinissima metro .La personalizzazione nei dettagli all'interno lo rende un ambiente accogliente e romantico. Unica pecca che la macchinetta del caffè non funzionava bene.

• michele (8/5): Soddisfacente con rapporto qualità/prezzo nella media. - Appartamento caldo e accogliente, dallo stile un po rustico con pavimenti in cotto e mobili in arte povera. Nel complesso comodo e accogliente. Ottima posizione con stazione metro M2 verde, bus navetta per IEO a meno di 10 min. a piedi e linee tram di fonte all'ingresso del complesso abitativo. Inserito in un contesto privato, riservato e tranquillo, lontano dai rumori della città. Supermercato PAM appena fuori dal cancello. Sebbene l'appartamento sia accogliente, qualche piccolo accorgimento lo avrebbe reso più funzionale. In alcuni casi si è privilegiato l'aspetto estetico alla funzionalità. Ad esempio in camera da letto non c'è armadio e non ci sono ripiani per poggiare le valigie che vanno messe per terra; l'unico mobile in camera da letto è una cassettiera con i cassetti pieni di roba(altri cuscini, coperte, lenzuola, e altro) non utilizzabile per riporre la roba; idem in cucina con pochi ripiani, bella la madia in arte povera e una vecchia bilancia sul piano ma sono risicati i ripiani per poggiare la roba; in bagno, belli i lavabi in pietra ma poco pratici per poggiare sapone, spazzolini ecc., nessun porta asciugamano e lampada sopra lo specchio di un bagno; ventole nei bagni molto rumorose; nessuna sedia in dotazione nell'alloggio, solo due panche attorno al tavolo della cucina, una quinta persona deve mangiare in piedi; due lampadine su tre fulminate in cucina; nella placchetta delle prese sopra i comodini oltre a quelle per le abat-jour avrei aggiunto anche una presa per ricaricare i telefonini; e in ultimo comodi i materassi ma guanciali troppo bassi e troppo morbidi, avrei fornito qualche guanciale diverso più rigido e più spesso per dare possibilità di scelta. Sono solo piccole cose facilmente risolvibili per farne un appartamento perfetto ...

• Péter (5/5): A lakást elhelyezkedése miatt érdemes választani. - Védett, nagyon szép lakópark. közelben a Metró és a szomszédban a szupermarket. Biztonságos parkolás. Üzlethelyiségből kialakított lakás. Ablak előtt vasredőny - nem mozdítható, tehát egyáltalán nem lehet kilátni. Nincs egyetlen szék, egy kanapé, ahova le lehetne ülni, csak 2 kényelmetlen fapad.

• MSNLA (8/5): - Tolle Unterkunft mit zwei Schlaf- und Badezimmern. Sehr ruhig gelegen in einer abgesperrten Wohnsiedlung mit Zugangsbeschränkung. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und mit einem privatem Eingang. Die Wohnung ist als ehemaliger Laden ebenerdig, so dass man die Fenster nur unter "Aufsicht" öffnen kann. Die Klimaanlage(n) in den Schlafzimmern funktionierten nur bedingt, so dass es im Zusammenspiel mit der fehlenden Lüftungsmöglichkeit vor allem nachts viel zu warm war. Mit funktionierender Klimaanlage auf jeden Fall eine tolle Unterkunft.

• vlk (10/5): Dobry wybór na pobyt podczas zwiedzania Mediolanu. - Lokalizacja w dzielnicy dość odległej od centrum, ale świetnie skomunikowana. Bardzo blisko do przystanków tramwajowych (najważniejsza linia 15 dowiezie prawie pod samą Katedrę), kawałek dalej stacja metra. Apartament na parterze budynku, na zamkniętym osiedlu, bez problemu z zaparkowaniem, bardzo blisko duży sklep. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką, bezproblemowe przekazanie kluczy.

• Chris (10/5): The facilities at this location were perfect and the tram service to centre of town is right at the front door. Azzurra - The location was magnificent If I had to be really picky I would say that the hot water didn’t seem to last 4 people showering on the same day
• Branko (9/5): Amazing place, easy to get in, good location with amazing connection to the rest of the town. - Amazing, rustic look, really liked it very much. Had a small technical issue the first day, but it was promptly remedied by the host, so it was superb for the rest of stay.

It is in the street level, then if you don’t leave the curtains closed, the people walking in the community can see inside… but it is not a problem at all to me. It was a pleasure being there.
• Elena (8/5): Great space for families, excellent location, feels very safe. - We loved the spaciousness, the two bathrooms, one per bedroom, the kitchen space and the location. Also the style is great. The lack of a small sofa/armchairs in the kitchen to relax after a long day.

• Vikram (7/5): Good - The society was good and the location of the place. The supermarket was just a min away from the place The house was not cleaned properly. There was no parking available. One air conditioner was not working properly. Our check out time was 11:00 but the cleaner came at 10 and started disturbing us. The neighbors are very noisy and could hear them drill early in morning too and you could hear them if they talk.Kitchen was too small and the shower area didn’t have soap stand. The stay was very average I have been to much better apartments
• Simu (10/5): Very comfortable and well positioned apartment with stylish interior that makes pleasant stay. - 2 bathrooms, 2 separate bedroom, well-equiped kitchen, quiet area around the building, free parking, proximity to 2 tram lines and metro station, easy to get to the city center. Big supermarket right next to the building.
• Iasmii30 (7/5): Good - -lovely area -sweet apartment -really close to metro station -no second key around, so if you go fast outside and the door closes behind you, you will remain trapped outside -without sound isolation
