• Stan (8/5): Bello ma il personale non tanto.. - Proprieta molto grande in una zona molto bella. La proprieta è come in foto. Il personale non è molto gentile, a noi ci ha aspettato un signore (Sergey). Abbiamo ritardato un po e siamo arrivati alle 19:00 per il check-in, nonostante nella descrizione c'e scritto che si puó fare fino alle 00:00 lui era molto frustrato appena arrivati. Siccome è una zona molto affoata lo abbiamo chiamato per darci informazioni ad arrivare e lui ci ha risposto su un tono frustrante "Numero 5, cancello grigio" e ha chiuso la chiamata. Appena arrivati gli stavamo spiegando perche siamo ritardati e lui ha subito cominciato a spiegarci auello che non dovevamo fare in appartamente dopo di che andarsene.

• Juan Gonzalez V (10/5): - Hago mi viaje desde Amsterdam, Brujas, Vienna, Praga, y sin dudas el mejor sitio para quedarse. Volveria , Insignificante pero mejoraría la experiencia, mejorar el sistema de iluminación (apagado/encendido). Aclarar que no es apto para personas con movilidad reducida.

• Ralf (9/5): Kan starkt rekommendera - Det mesta - läget, komforten, standarden, sängen på nedre plan och planlösningen. Små saker. Kaffekokaren fungerade inte och lite slitet på vissa ställen.

Er musste lange auf uns warten, was uns sehr leid tut. Dennoch war er sehr freundlich und hat uns herzlich empfangen.

• Dean (9/5): - Marco was a very good communicator and very pleasant. The location of his apartment is excellent, in the heart of the vibrant canal restaurant and bar area. The initial car drive to the area had issues due to the area being very busy. But Marco helped with the directions and car parking.

In heel druk gedeelte met veel horeca, maar heerlijk stil binnen. Geen zwembad (wel in beschrijving), erg warm boven (airco boven deed bijna niks). Plastic glazen.

• Florent (6/5): Mitigée - La localisation, le côté « typique » des cours italienne La description complètement erronée sur le site , nous cherchions un logement avec PARKING privé, il était mentionné « parking privé » or c’était complètement faux. On a dû payer un parking qui n’était pas à proximité du logement en plus, c’était la galère avec les bagages. De plus il était mentionné « centre de wellness » et « piscine privée » c’est complètement FAUX !! Il n’y a rien de tout ça, juste une baignoire à remous à l’étage. Il y a un restaurant dans la cour de l’appartement et si vous aimez entendre taper sur des escalopes toute la soirée alors vous êtes bien tombés ….De plus le propriétaire ne nous a pas prévenu qu’en arrivant à Milan (en voiture, mais même en voiture de location donc attention!!) il fallait payer une taxe qui s’appelle Area C, pour pouvoir circuler dans Milan. De plus il y a des zones interdites à la circulation à Milan et si vous ne parlez pas Italien bon courage pour le deviner car rien n’est fait pour que les touristes soient au courant … attention aux amendes salées !! Entre 300 et 500 euros si vous ne respectez pas !

• Carl (1/5): Avoid at all costs - Good location The apartment is in a good location but that's where the positives end. Continuous banging from the restaurant below until around midnight and loud noise from the courtyard until 4 am. The whole apartment felt dirty. Half empty Coke bottled left in cupboards, dirty dish clothes and sponges to clean with. Sofas were dirty. Storage areas were left cluttered with discard belongings. Kettle was full of limescale and unusable. Bedding and towels smelt unwashed. Myself, wife and two children were all bitten by what appears to be bed bugs. Had to leave after one night and offered no refund or compensation from Marco.
• Catherine (7/5): Nice well furnished flat with great location - Very comfortable beds, great location right by canal but far enough back to not get much noise, good kitchen and good to have washing machine. Had a daily invasion of ants in to sitting area. Would benefit on clearer explanation of tourist tax so we could be better prepared (message in advance said per adult and as our booking was 2 adults, 2 children (17 and 14), assumed it was only 36€ but tax applies to anyone over 10, so we had to make a dash out to cash machine to get more money). Some areas a little tired (eg in shower room, some damage to walls).
• Pren (8/5): Good location! Accommodating host who let us in to drop bags whilst we waited for check in time. - Check in time was quite late at 4pm - would suggest check in times from 2pm

And actually looks even better than on the photos. Absolutely loved our stay there. If I’m coming back to Milano coming back there hopefully. Everything was perfect

• Viananeagu (9/5): Superb - A large, clean, fairly well-maintained apartment with a good centralized air conditioning system. Although the location is in the well-known area Naviglio Grande of Milan, known for its restaurants and bars, so with a rather noisy and busy night life, the apartment is positioned to be in a quiet atmosphere. Easy to take and leave the apartment key.

• Caroline (8/5): Very good - Spacious apartment in a great location. The facilities for the property are advertised as including an indoor swimming pool. However, it actually has a large jacuzzi, not a swimming pool. This is a bit misleading.
• Jawad (10/5): A wonderful stay - It’s amazing very clean and comfortable , it’s a great place to relax specially with the jacuzzi, and has a very good location . The most important part is the Hostess Marco , we mess a part of the painting by mistake and he was understanding and didn’t say anything. All in all I recommend this apartment

• Seth (10/5): What an outstanding place! - This place is OUTSTANDING! The bustle and excitement of the street fades completely away as soon as you cross the door into the courtyard. Absolutely zero noise in this serene oasis that just gets more wonderful as you walk up to the apartment. The place itself is outstanding too with wonderful showers and a comfy place to kick back with some friends. Great location. Great accomodations. Great communication. Will absolutely stay again next time we're in Milan. Thank you for making the first stopover on our elopement just perfect beyond our expectations. That I only booked one night in Milan on the way to lake Como.

• Maryol (8/5): Unique apartment in great location - The property is in a really great location. The property itself has a lot of extras and we loved the apartment and courtyard. We enjoyed our stay and it served our needs very well. A lovely property in need of some TLC. Cleaning and items broken require attention. But overall we had a lovely stay..
• Alistairspenceclarke (9/5): Unusual and attractive apartment - Location right next to the canals next to vibrant bars and restaurants, but apartment is tucked away so no noise or disturbance. Spacious and very well equipped with some nice stylish touches. Comfortable for 4. It's on the third floor with no lift so best not to have heavy luggage! To be fair it's an old traditional building and you wouldn't expect a lift so no problem if you know what to expect.

• Nicole (9/5): Prime location, comfortable quarters, friendly host - The location was PERFECT for us. We are 30-somethings who love to go out to eat and enjoy some night life. This was centrally located in Navigli, close to tons of bars and restaurants, close to the trolley, and very walkable to most of Milan. We loved the open concept living room and kitchen, and small outdoor space. We cooked breakfast daily, and enjoyed the close walk to the supermarket. The master bedroom, comfortable bed, and hot tub were absolutely lovely. Next trip to Milan I will absolutely book this place again. We loved the secluded feeling in the heart of the city. Thanks again to our hosts for letting us drop off our baggage prior to check-in. We landed early in Milan and didn't want to be walking around with our heavy luggage all day.
