• Arwen (9/5): Great! Would recommend. - €15 euros from LIN airport via taxi. Convenient location for a quick stay and evening landing. 15 min tram/walk to the duomo. Restaurants nearby. The place was just as pictured. Bed was extremely comfy and the kitchen had olive oil and spices for cooking. They even had flat and sparkling water in the fridge, butter, jam, Nutella, and snacks waiting for us. The host quickly responded to any questions I had and check-in was very easy. She even talked to the cleaning lady and allowed us to check-out at 12 so that we had luggage storage until our train left! Very kind and much appreciated :) AC was lovely as well as the fan upstairs. Slippers were also provided. Thank you for the lovely stay! The only slight downside was the shower temperature fluctuated so I had to readjust the knob often, but it had hot water and great shower pressure so we can’t complain!

• Simone (7/5): - La disponibilità della signora che gestisce l'appartamento La tassa di soggiorno del comune di Milano perchè una vera e propria truffa. 9.5 per persona al giorno. Una rapina, vergognoso! E i 20 euro cash a nero del parcheggio. Io sono impiegato e pago le tasse ogni santo mese , è giusto che le paghino anche loro!

Tiesa, viena para papildomai kainuoja 20.00 eurų. Patys apartamentai privačioje vietoje, yra viskas, ko reikia. Lovos patogios, yra šiokie tokie pusryčiai :). Dušo kabina ribojasi su tualetu, todėl abu labai siauri. Stambesnis žmogus sunkiai tilptų atsisėsti. Prausiantis duše daug vandens prisitaško ant žemės, todėl reiktų bent kokios šluotos išvalymui ar kilimėlio, kad išlipant nebūtų slidu.

• Marta (8/5): Jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu, polecamy. - Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Super lokalizacja. Blisko sklepy, restauracje i komunikacja miejska. .
• Yarne (2/5): Slecht verblijf met dramatisch service - Parking was vlakbij de accommodatie, wel bijbetalen maar dit was reeds aangegeven. Locatie is oké maar wel nog even wandelen naar het centrum. Service en communicatie met de host was dramatisch: tijdstip aankomst doorgegeven en was onbereikbaar, pas 2u later antwoord gekregen. De verhuurder kan niet communiceren in het Engels tijdens telefonisch contact, onverstaanbaar Italiaans aan het praten. Sleutels voordeur werkten niet, zelf check in trekt op niets. Meer dan een half uur in de regen staan wachten tot een andere bewoner de deur kwam openen. De bel meermaals gebruikt om de host op te bellen maar geen antwoord ontvangen. Badkamer douche is klein en niet hygiënisch. Gevaarlijke trap richting het bed en bed zelf was vrij klein.

• Alla (8/5): Overall great location and has everything you need inside and around. - Location was wonderful. 20 min walk to centre but honestly the neighbourhood itself is wonderful too! Coffee shops, bars/restaurants, and grocery store right nearby. Transit super close too. The place is clean, has everything you need and the top mattress for the pull out couch is a great touch, was very comfortable as a bed because of it. Communication with owner was super easy and they were responsive and helpful. Not a huge deal for the price and location and the fact we didn’t stay long, but the shower is not ideal. Smells moldy. Another thing that didn’t bug us since we were out during the day, is the window to the parking lot ( on ground floor) , can be a bit noisy and awkward. But as I said, we were mainly there to sleep.

• Basri Eren (10/5): - We had a very pleasant stay. Loredana was very helpful and was quite responsive. Apartment has its own parking in area B of Milano (only 3 mins to apartment) which is very convenient (you need to leave your key in the parking garage as they might need to move the car, there was no issue with that). We could arrive earlier around 12 to the parking garage and it was possible to leave the car and just go to the city center before the apartment was ready. There is a supermarket and public transportation very close to the apartment. Thanks for the nice compliments. We would for sure stay here again if we come back to Milano

• Hamid (8/5): - Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Appartement war sauber, ordentlich und genau wie beschrieben. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert – vom Check-in bis zur Abreise. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Parkplatzsituation: Obwohl es anfangs ein kleines Problem gab, wurde das schnell und sehr gut gelöst. Das fand ich wirklich top und zeigt, wie engagiert der Gastgeber ist. Der Gastgeber war insgesamt sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage war ebenfalls super und man ist in ca 20 min zufuß am Dom. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Kein Tageslicht (Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss & wenn man die Jalousien offen lässt, sieht jeder in Wohnzimmer &Küche)

You have everything that you need and the lanlord was really nice and helpful. I would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Milano! One Hugeeeee plus is that you have already included in the price a parking garage with surveillance.

• Vjeran (10/5): Super dobro i mirno - Sve je bilo ok, kuhinja je opremljena svim uteđajima i aparatima, također ima sva sredstva za čiščenje. Ujedno ima kave,čaja,dvopeka, voda i frižideru, ponešto začina. Kupaonica je opremljena svime. Osobno meni je tuš kabina mala, ali ja spadam u težu kategoriju 😂😂😂. Za normalne ljude de je ok.

• Petra (7/5): - Umístění skvěle, parkování zdarma v hlídaném parkovišti je skvělý benefit v centru města. Komunikace s majiteli byla skvělá. Reagovali hned, měli starost a byli nápomocni. Dali k dispozici vody, marmelády ke snídani+pecivo což je mile. Je již viditelné větší opotřebení používáním-hlavně v koupelně.

Pregi: posto auto riservato in un garage vicino alla struttura, centrale (venti minuti a piedi dal duomo), contesto signorile in un quartiere tranquillo con vicinanza di supermercato e ristoranti, istruzioni per il self check in chiare, dotazione per la prima colazione ( the caffè marmellate miele cioccolata fette biscottate acqua ) bagno accessoriato con shampoo sapone e spazzolini usa e getta, lavastoviglie lavatrice, buon prezzo per Milano, all’arrivo l’appartamento era caldo , ho notato che alcuni difetti lamentati dai precedenti visitatori sono stati eliminati ad esempio ora c’è la tenda oscurante La struttura è adatta a due persone, con il divano letto aperto lo spazio vivibile si riduce molto, divano letto scomodissimo, riscaldamento ad aria che rende la zona notte molto calda e la zona giorno un po’ freddina , sito al piano terra si sentono i rumori delle macchine del parcheggio antistante, caldaia rumorosa, acqua calda difficile da regolare, anche se al piano terra non adatta a chi ha problemi di mobilità per la scala interna piuttosto stretta e ripida

• Reza (10/5): - Since I was traveling by car, it was very important for me to stay somewhere outside the ZTL area, so I could easily access the property without needing special permits. One of the biggest advantages of this apartment was that it had its own parking space, which made everything very convenient. I was able to park close to the apartment without any stress. The location was also great — about a 30-minute walk to the city center. There were very good supermarkets nearby, as well as cafés and restaurants. The neighborhood felt lively and pleasant, and we had a very good feeling about the area overall. The apartment itself was very comfortable and cozy. It was well-equipped with everything we needed: water, bread, a toaster, a microwave, and even a washing machine. They also kindly left some snacks for us, which was a thoughtful touch. The apartment was very clean and well organized. Overall, it was extremely comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was also very good and smooth throughout. In the kitchen, two light bulbs were not working, and one of the bedside lamps did not have a bulb. These should be replaced to improve the overall comfort of the apartment.

Essendo entrato la sera il riscaldamento tramite pompa di calore non è riuscito a riscaldare l'appartamento adeguatamente.

Si te gusta andar se puede ir andando a casi cualquier sitio Zona con ambiente para comer/cenar y tomar algo El alojamiento súper limpio y cómodo, te dejan unas mermeladitas, pan tostado y café para no salir de casa con el estómago vacío La verdad que todo de 10, pero el segundo día los vecinos a las 3 de la mañana estaban de fiesta y fue un poco imposible pegar ojo. Las paredes se oyen demasiado parecía que estaban de fiesta dentro de la casa. No obstante confío en que sería algo puntual y no dudaría en volver a Milán al mismo apartamento

• Sophie (7/5): Surprise nocturne bruyante - Bon emplacement, était attention comme café , thé, biscottes pour le petit-déjeuner, ainsi que deux bouteilles d'eau. Le chauffe-eau qui se déclenche à 1h00 du matin, en faisant un bruit incroyable. Heureusement que notre hôte fut réactif et nous à proposé une solution. Il faut en effet couper ce ballon d'eau chaude et le remettre le lendemain matin (nous avons eu de la chance que l'eau fut chaude pour nous laver). Oreillers peu confortable. Attention le parking n'est valable que jusqu'au lendemain matin 10h30. Et tout aux alentours il est très difficile de se stationner, peu de places pour les non-résidents et très vite prise.

• Seungki (8/5): - 중심가 바로 옆이라 그리 멀지 않아 걸어서 다닐수 있어요. 숙소는 청결하고 커피와 스낵도 준비되어 있었어요. A/C가 상부에 설치위어 있어서 윗층은 따뜻한데 밑에층은 추워요.

• Salvatore (7/5): - Posizione comodissima. Tram in prossimità e in 17min sei al duomo. Il portiere gentilissimo e appartamento a pian terreno. Tutto sommato una buona scelta anche se alla fine un po' caruccio in generale. Dovete aggiungere la tassa di soggiorno alla fine. 4,20 a persona a notte. Seppur c'è un fantastico termosifone alto più di 2m si scalda con l'aria condizionata. Nel soppalco caldissimo, sotto freschino. Il bagno richiede un aggiornamento, la doccia è davvero strettissima.

• Marina (8/5): Great Central Location and Friendly Host - A lovely apartment in a great central location. The host was wonderful, always replying quickly and very politely. We experienced issues with both the hot water and the apartment’s heating. The shower water temperature fluctuated constantly between cold and warm, which made showering difficult, especially for our children. The heating system was also inconsistent. The upper level became very hot when the air conditioning was on, while the lower level remained very cold. We also tried using the regular heating, but the temperature imbalance persisted.

• Tommaso (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Accoglienza perfetta, anche se arrivati in forte ritardo, l'host ha reso comodo l'ingresso in camera. E' un plus il parcheggio privato gratuito. Appartamento confortevole e spazioso.

La atención de la persona encargada muy bien , en todo momento estuvieron pendientes y la casa tenía muchos detalles, mermeladas para el desayuno , café, agua.... Si volviera repetiría seguro. El aire acondicionado con bomba de calor está situado en la parte de arriba de la vivienda, por lo que arriba donde está la habitacion hacia calor pero en la parte de abajo donde dormía otra persona y está la cocina y el baño hacia frío, había un radiador pero no funcionaba .
