The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The host treats you according to the motto: the customer is the king. I will come back again for sure.

• Delia (8/5): Good location, but overpriced - Apartment was within walking distance of all the major attractions and within easy reach of the underground that links you to the whole city. The apartment was basic, the bathroom was spacious and had toiletries provided. It was clean and tidy with a nice balcony, overlooking the city streets. A reasonable but basic apartment. I think that the apartment was overpriced for what it was and that the photo of the upmarket Italian food outlet was misleading as it gave an expectation of a better standard of apartment block.
• Raquel (5/5): Passable - The beds pillows were great! Nice big bathroom. . Nice that the store and restaurant were right downstairs Difficult to get in at night when you have been traveling for many hours with no sleep. Can’t see the numbers to put the code in at night You have to step into a dark hallway not knowing where the light switch is. One of the recessed lights in the ceiling kept going on and off. There are no lamps at bedside. So if one person wants to sleep and another stay awake you just have bright overhead lights on The air conditioner/heater doesn’t work from the remote in the bedroom. The first night we were freezing! We got no help trying to figure out how to warm up. Luckily we figured out ourselves you have to step into the kitchen where you can see the unit and point the remote to it. But response was poor when we said we were elderly and cold! Kitchen with coffee maker but no teaspoons to stir your coffee. Just large spoons. Pots and pans but not cooking utensils. And worst of all it rained all our last night and when you went to leave there was a 3 in deep puddle 4 ft across in front of the exit!

• Jaromír (10/5): Perfect place! - Perfect, clean and quiet apartment. We were surprised. Perfect place for travel around the important places in the whore Milano city. I can definitely recommend!!! Nothing to mention. Everything was perfect.

• X (4/5): Disappointing - The location is good, with a supermarket and restaurant right around the corner and many other restaurants nearby. It is only three metro stops from the central station. This "room" has basic facilities similar to a hotel but without a reception desk. The building and elevator are old; the elevator has unclear floor indicators, and sometimes only one is operational. The kitchen is in a dark corner with no lighting, the utensils appear unclean, the dishes have stains, and the outlets are loose. When I inquired about early check-in, I was told it would depend on the situation that day. However, at noon on the day of my arrival, I was informed that early check-in would cost 20 euros, later reduced to 10 euros. This felt like price gouging and was very uncomfortable. It is recommended that any charges for early check-in be communicated in advance and be transparent. Additionally, the accommodation fee supposedly included the city tax, but upon checkout, the manager asked me via the app to remember to leave the city tax.

• Don (3/5): Too much pressure to write a good review and not enough good stuff to review - Location was ok but that is about it There are two small lifts, one does not work while the other does not respond to a down signal so bad knees on 5 levels of stairs was not good. We booked this so we could do some cooking for ourselves but had to buy a vegetable knife, wine opener, salt pepper and oil. the range hood was not connected. There were no cleaning products for wiping down benches etc. This has been the most disappointing accomodation to date, expensive and not value for money
• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is easily reachable on foot from the closest metro / railway station (Porta Garibaldi), located in the Eataly building (the food shop is open till 23:00), easy self check-in / check-out procedure, rather spacious, large bathroom with a walk-in shower, the kitchen contains all you might need.

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is perfectly located. At the same building is Eataly where you can buy high quality products or have a lunch. Just across the street is famous Corso Como and Brera district is in short walking distance. In the room there was a kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and there was a washing mashing in the bathroom that was a good surprise. Enjoyed our stay definitely 👍🏼

• Steve (10/5): excellent location with a very quiet outlook and miss sara was very accommodating - location was close enough to main shopping district and some sites eatly was right below us the elevator was very small
• Dhimiter (9/5): Very Good - I liked the location, the bathroom, the size of the room, the balcony view and the host was very helpful. The property does not have parking, instead they recommend a near by parking with extra charge 20 euros which you have to leave the keys of your car to them without having access to your car till the next day. Property was showing that they have parking on their page but all the above that I described find it out upon arrival. Finally I preferred to use a payed public parking 25 euros to me more safe than the other and at least I had access to my car at any time. The elevator is small and old but this is something that has to do with the building and not property's fault.
