• Justyna (3/5): Worst experience in Italy - Nice location. Dirty, smelly. They gave us uncleaned appartment! Plus no either air conditioning nor window screens make you choose between endure the stifling heat or suffer the consequences of mosquito bites. Problems with contact with customer support including their ignoring requests to issue an invoice for the stay.

• Vivien (2/5): À éviter. - Bien situé, le sol et les draps sont propres. C'est tout. Par quoi commencer ? C'est vétuste et sale, voire délabré par endroits. Cuvette de toilettes manquante, douche cassée en plus d'être bouchée. Les ampoules ne fonctionnent pas. Et encore, si vous trouvez les bons interrupteurs pour les allumer. Dans les toilettes, c'est directement une lampe sans abat-jour qui sert d'éclairage. Lits sans alaises anti punaises de lit, oreillers et matelas tâchés. Moutons de poussière qui pendent des ventilateurs. Les murs et plafonds ne sont pas vraiment tâchés, c'est juste des moustiques écrasés. Sans compter le bruit provenant de la terrasse du bar juste en-dessous.

• Alberton (1/5): Completamente diverso dalle foto dimostrative - La posizione era comoda e strategica Da cosa partire.... Siamo arrivati e abbiamo trovato l'appartamento non pulito (hanno solo cambiato lenzuola e asciugamani) Abbiamo pulito e disinfettato tutto (tavoletta del wc sporca, polvere sopra ai mobili, pavimento sporco, tende e divani/poltroncine macchiate) La maggior parte delle luci non sono funzionanti Pieno di ragnatele La caldaia non funzionante. Cucina e utensili non erano pulite. Eravamo consapevoli che non ci fosse il condizionatore, potevamo però accendere il ventilatore a soffitto, se non fosse stato sporchissimo e all'azionamento si staccavano dalle pale i gatti di polvere che volavano su tutta la stanza ( anche sopra tavolo e letti) Fortunatamente siamo rimasti solo 2 notti. Ci dispiace per la recensione negativa ma è la verità.

Bardzo ładna klatka schodowa, mieszkanie duże i dobry rozkład. blisko Carrefour express i piekarnia ze świetnymi bagietkami Rejestracja online (trzeba podać wszystkie dane i dodatkowo wstawić zdjęcie ID), informacja jak wejść tylko na maila i była to aplikacja, w której trzeba było kliknać na odpowiedni obrazek żeby otworzyły się drzwi z ulicy, osoby na infolinii były niezbyt pomocne, a jeden się niegrzecznie rozłączył. Nie było ciepłej wody, także mycie tylko w zimnej, nie było gazu, więc nie można było nic ugotować (a po to wzięliśmy apartament), mimo zgłoszenia, że nie ma wody i gazu, otrzymałam informację, że założą "ticket" i nikt się przez 5 dni nie pojawił. Dostaliśmy 2 klucze - jeden był do apartamentu , a drugi nie wiemy do czego, więc wejście z ulicy do budynku za każdym razem wymagało telefonu, dostępu, do maila/internetu.

• Isabel (4/5): Not to repeat... for sure!! - Location near metro station Lanza and 950 metres from the Duomo and electronical locks No air conditoning, no tv service, no appliances working except if you take an adapter, a coffee machine but we couldn't find any capsules in the supermarket that would be compatible, no working freezer, broken wooden windows. No late check out, no elevator on a 3rd floor.

• Rovshan (1/5): Awful stay. Do not recommend - No breakfast was purchased. Location is Good. First access to the inner yard goes through the link, the host sends you via Booking.com. The same supposed to happen with the appartment door. But beware, that the Italian host shuts phone off completely once clock hits 18:00. A Problem is that the property located on the 3rd floor + Ground floor. SO it is 4 floor to ascend. But, the path to the appartment goes via emergency staircase with 90 cm width with NO lift which turns out into the sweaty mess when you try to move in. No AC. There is no definition of cleanless in this property. It stinks from the inner yard, you cant open windows. And it is live muscis untill 2:00 AM, because backyard faces some restaurant with live music. Toilets are dirty. Water in the bathroom pumps up once you have started to take shower.
• Anonymous (9/5): very good, would recommend to anyone visiting Milan - excellent location, easy access to building and apartment, regular communication from the property, very clean, great bars and restaurants round the corner. The shower didn’t drain very well
