Guest Reviews
- Karen (9/5): First time to Milano and the apartment is located in a safe quiet location, we felt we could live here. The Host staff w - The location is amazing, we walked to all the historical attractions, the apartment is gorgeous, historical newly renovated apartment, with a balcony looking over the courtyard. Nothing❤️
- Romi (8/5): Thank you!! Great trip in Milan - Great properly!! Thank you. Very warm if shutters left open. But if closed all day then okay.

- Alex (8/5): Nice - Clean, close to center The room was a little bit to cold for me
- Mariagrazia (7/5): -
- Ivan (8/5): Good accomodation but... - There was no cutlery, except the scissors in the kitchen. That would be my biggest and maybe the only negative thing. No knives, no forks, no spoons.
- Beatrice (6/5): - Lovely and well connected neighborhood. Chilly days and warm flat. Keys need to be collected in a place 30 Min away by public transport from the flat. Unless you pay a premium, of course.
The instructions provided are adamant about the energy inefficiency of the place, however, despite following them to the letter, the energy went off twice while I was alone, in the micro kitchen, with only the light of the room on, while trying to warm up some deli meal. I flagged it at the end of my stay and I was quite disappointed that the reply was putting the blame on me not following the instructions rather than simply investigating the matter.
I wouldn't recommend this flat if you plan to dine at home and you're more than a solo traveller.

- Filippo (7/5): - The keys' collection point is 10 min. from the central station of Milan (main station), hence it's convenient and easy to find. Just remember to clients that they need to walk back to the station to access main city's transports (tube, taxi, busses etc.). The apartment is on a 3rd floor, which is fine for me because I can carry my luggage easily, but since there is no lift, it should be stated more clearly and promptly in the description.
- Anastasia (8/5): Sweet apartment in a cozy city center - The apartment turned out to be in a beautiful old building, located about 2–3 km from the city center. There are trams with convenient routes and a metro station nearby, but we mostly got around by tram or on foot.
The apartment itself is stylish and bright. In October, the heating was already on, so it was warm and comfortable. There is a full kitchen for cooking, the bedroom is cozy, the bed is comfortable, and there is a washing machine in the bathroom — which was perfect, since we had already been traveling for a week before arriving in Milan, so doing laundry was very helpful. There are also two balconies: a small one in the bedroom and a spacious one in the living room — it’s great for stepping outside to have breakfast, and there’s even a foldable table and chairs for that purpose.
The living room windows face the inner courtyard, and the bedroom windows face the street — but the street is so quiet that it doesn’t create any noise at night; our nights here were very peaceful.
Check-in took place in the evening, and we decided to pay an extra 15 euros to have someone meet us directly at the apartment and hand over the key, since we were tired from the trip. Otherwise, guests pick up the apartment key at the agency’s office near the main train station. As in most old buildings in the city center, the hot water comes from a boiler, which means you can’t really take a long, relaxing hot shower after a long day, because the water gradually cools down, and the second person has to wait for the boiler to heat up again before taking a shower.
For those with joint or health issues — the apartment is on the 3rd (technically 4th) floor, and the staircases are long because of the high ceilings, and there is no elevator.

- Elisabetta (8/5): - Appartamento tranquillo e spazioso
Terzo/quarto piano senza ascensore... La cucina praticamente inesistente ed assolutamente inadeguata...
Poche stoviglie (sporche)

- Damjan (9/5): - Location is great, you have different Metros and tram inside the 10 minute walk. Also the city center is only 30 minute walk away. WiFi was working without any issues, bed is also decent enough. In addition, apartment is equiped with everything what would you possible need and the door lock is very secure. Everything was in order except for the small issue with electricity where when the oven was working at the same time as boiler we would have lost electricity. But there is easy switch by which you can turn off the boiler when oven is working and you won't have any issues. Also the shower cabin is pretty small, which was not the issue for me personally but someone could have a hard time with that. Kitchen is also small, but I don't see the reason why it should be bigger. In case you don't want to pay extra 15-20 euros, you need to pick up keys close to the Central Bus/Train station, but as majority of people arrive to Milano via that place, I don't see the issue with that.
- Norma (8/5): - This property is in a beautiful building with central courtyard. We were within walking distance of the Caderno train station and Duomo which was perfect.
The apt was quite spacious and we enjoyed all the terraces, especially the one looking out into the courtyard. The kitchen was well equipped and even had washing machine if needed.
There were grocery stores and cafes within a block or 2 which was super convenient. We were unable to operate the stovetop the first night as it required instructions. Also, the wifi was unavailable the first day of our arrival, but this turned out to be a provider issue.
The host company was very responsive when I reported both of these issues.
We did have to pick the keys up at a second location (across town) prior to reaching the apt, or pay 15 Euro for them to meet us at the building during a scheduled time. Just something to be aware of if you are booking this property.

Ocenil bych i lokalitou a dostupnost MHD.

- Ivo (6/5): Pleasant - Beautiful apartment.
Had everything you need. Super clean . Modern .Close to all public transport . Has supermarkets near by . Sweat box. Was so warm. That is our own fault as we didnt check there was no aircon.
The system with key collection is redicilous , 30min away from apartment on public transport or over hour on foot or pay 15€ for delivery(yea we were aware of it but never seen such system before)
Really not happy with the fact no one told us there is construction happening in the building from 7am-6pm ....none stop drilling, hammering , noise in general.... we had a right to know prior booking that noise will be on such level that we wouldnt be able to sleep pass 7am and even during the day shutters and windows were closed in order to hear telly or conversation with each other. We would have never booked that if we knew!!!!
Really enjoyed the stairs :D

- Tinatin (8/5): Very good - collect the key
- Ryan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dalia (4/5): Disappointing - Hot water They have a peculiar policy: you can only obtain your room keys between 11 AM and 6 PM. If you need to pick them up outside of these hours, there's an extra charge of 40 EUR. The office where you collect the keys is quite a distance from the room. Additionally, the room is cold and infested with mosquitoes, making it not worth the price.
- Cristi (9/5): Successful vacation in a good location in Milan. - The location of the property is close to public transportation, with comfortable bed and perfect balcony where you can eat or enjoy a drink. Getting the apartment keys was easy and communication with the host was very OK through the Booking messenger. A better equipped kitchen would have been desirable but we managed in the end. The lack of air conditioning is especially felt in the summer months.
- Norayr (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sofia (10/5): Perfect cosy stay in Milan - The location was perfect and we felt very safe walking late at night in the neighborhood. The balcony was definitely a plus, everything we needed was there without asking and it was easy to pick up the keys when arriving. In short, we would definitely come back here if in Milan. Maybe the kitchen was a bit tiny but it didn't really matter as we mostly ate outdoors.
- Bianca (9/5): Superb -
- Urtė (9/5): Superb -
- Helen (7/5): Good - A very nice neighbourhood, a sweet balcony overlooking the courtyard, comfy bedroom. The hosts didn’t provide any hand soap, toilet paper (well one roll), kitchen roll, coffee. The check-in wasn’t very convenient and the hosts sent way too many messages.
- Stefano (9/5): Superb -
- Shelby (8/5): Very good - The bed was comfy and the space was super clean. Also near multiple transportation option.
- Carlo (6/5): Pleasant -
- Zoran (10/5): Exceptional -
- Babakhanova (10/5): Real Italian atmosphere and nice apartment. - The apartment is very comfortable and same as in photos. Host is helpful, always responded immediately and helped with every detail.
- Beatriz (8/5): Nice - It was a nice apartment. Having a terrace was great and the bed was super comfortable. It was a bit far from the center (half an hour walking fast) but very well communicated. Some things were dirty, like the coffee machine or the kettle; considering they charge quite a lot for cleaning I shouldn't have been scrubbing.
- Samar (3/5): Poor - Not clean and it attracted bugs (even after we complained the bug situation wasn’t fixed). Didn’t like how someone was waiting for us to reach the flat.
- Helen (9/5): A perfect weekend. - Perfect location close to all we wanted, in particular to my daughter who lives in Milan. Nothing not to like.
The only small criticism is the previous occupants washing up was left on the draining board.
- Jack (10/5): Exceptional -
- Svetlana (10/5): I’ll definitely book it again and again and again - Amazing apartment! you have everything what you need , greatest location with cute coffe shop which is cool for breakfast !
apartments are super cozy and warm
- M. (8/5): Overall, a good location to stay close to Navigli district + public transport (3-7 minute walk) - Location of apartment was good. Apartment itself was also nice, clean and spacious. It had everything like hairdryer, iron, etc. Very responsive on Booking.com messages or on their WhatsApp chat. Close to tram (2-3min) and metro (7ish minutes). Pickup process of keys could have been better. The key pickup spot is in a different direction then central Milan. Also, having an extra set of pillows is also beneficial! Locking the door on checkout was a bit tricky.
- Xara (8/5): Value for money - The place was very good ...5- 7 min fro metro station There wasn't elevator and the apartment was at 3rd floor but ok this is not big problem.
