• Andrea (5/5): Ubicación perfecta pero necesita muchísima renovación - La ubicación es perfecta, está justo a una calle del canal principal, donde hay muchísimo ambiente. Faltaban muchas cosas que promete el anuncio del alojamiento. No funciona la vitrocerámica, por lo que no pudimos hacer café con la cafetera que hay (que por otro lado, es una cafetera ultra vieja). Tampoco hay microondas, la nevera es muy pequeña… En general la cocina deja mucho que desear. El apartamento en sí es cómodo, aunque bastante viejo, pero estaba limpio.
• Katheryn (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. - Great location. Room was very clean and spacious with plenty of storage and a table & chairs for eating and card playing. The initial entrance with graffiti took us a bit off guard but once you go through everything is lovely and secure.

• FRANCESCA (6/5): Posizione ottima ma troppo vecchio! - Posizione incredibile e proprietario gentile e sempre disponibili. L'appartamento è troppo troppo vecchio e anche molto trasandato. Assolutamente da migliorare, almeno un minimo di ammodernamento!!

• Terry (7/5): Overall good stay with an awesome location - Location was amazing, lively district. The place was clean. I saw a lot of reviews about not having enough kitchen supplies, but it wasn't too bare. Not noisy either. The only problem was that the shower did not drain at all, and we had to stand in the water until it slowly drained out so we could open the door. A little bit of an annoyance, but you can still take a quick shower in it.

• Aleksander Antoni (5/5): Zrobione możliwie tanio, tak żeby nie było wstyd wynająć, ale i bez szczególnej dbałości. - Okolica jest dobra, uznawana za bezpieczną. W pobliżu jest dużo restauracji a dojście do transportu publicznego jest krótkie. Pokój jest przestronny. W pokoju nie było czajnika elektrycznego (nie pamiętam, czy w opisie było napisane, że miał być, ale i tak brak czajnika jest wadą). Było chłodno – jeden klimatyzator nie był w stanie odpowiednio ogrzać lokalu. W kabinie prysznicowej był grzyb. Przy kabinie prysznicowej nie było wieszaków na ręczniki. Nie było wiadomo, który przycisk od domofonu jest przyisany do tego lokalu, więc trudno było zamówić jedzenie z dostawą.

• Nathalie (8/5): Se preocupan de todo! - Está súper bien equipado y el encargado estaba muy preocupado por nosotras, el entorno lleno de lugares para salir a comer. La fachada da un poco de sensación de inseguridad.
• Nino (10/5): - The apartment had a perfect location, and it looked exactly as shown in the pictures. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear. Whenever we visit Milan again, I think we’ll choose the same place to stay.

• Michael (9/5): Parfait pour un court séjour - L'emplacement est idéal. Le logement est parfait pour un couple. Très peu de bruit de la part du voisinage. Oui, le bâtiment est vieux mais, d'une part, les propriétaires n'y peuvent rien, et d'autre part ça donne un certain charme. J'ai beaucoup aimé la vidéo pour récupérer la clé et accéder à l'appartement. La climatisation, bien que fonctionnelle, pourrait être mieux (difficilement possible du à la vétusté du bâtiment). Il faudrait mettre une rideau plus opaque à la salle de bain :)

• Stephen (8/5): The canal area looked very appealing in the photos and is very very popular with tourists - The host sent 2 very helpful videos of the location of the dropbox and how to get into the building. This was very useful as there were about 20 drop boxes in the immediate vicinity. The property has a lift. The property was perfectly fine and good value for money, although the kitchenette was very basic in what was provided.

• Dushko (3/5): Never again, not worthy - Nothing Very badly and poorly equipped (ikea furniture), no tv set, lack of chairs, lack of drinking glasses, only basic kitchenware, very uncomfortable bed and matrace, very old building, no view (viewing the neighbours' window)
• Edda_d (6/5): Great location - Location is great. All the public transport is close by. Everything you might need is provided in the flat. Apartment is old and very very close to the river. That is why, I assume there is a smell problem when it hits first entering the apartment. If you are sensitive about that, can be a problem.

• Wajdi (3/5): Déçu- disappointed - L'emplacement The WIFI doesn't work the fist day. The appartement was very cold even the AC is working on the maximum temperature. Not enough comforter for two persons. The odor of humidity is present. the shower siphon is clogged with bad odor.
• Sarah (10/5): Perfect location, brilliant stay - Really well located to navigli which is a fantastic area with plenty of bars and restaurants. It's also very close to the metro and trams. The owner was very good at communicating and actually let us check in early due to an early flight. They also provided very clear videos and instructions on where the apartment was and how to get in.

• Evelyn (7/5): Good - The location was great. Navigli is a fabulous area. Lots of restaurants and the choices of small supermarkets close by. We walked into the Duomo area in about half an hour. I messaged to ask for a kettle as it stated there was one. Didn't get a message back. It seemed like once they had our money that was enough. The crockery was bad. The air-conditioning didn't heat.

• Henrich (6/5): Pleasant - Location was really really nice, also the value you got for the money was pretty fine. Shower was really really small and cleanliness could also be better. The front door lock was a bit weird. In my opinion unnecessary late checkin (4pm) and unnecessary soon checkout (10am) given the fact how apartment was prepared.

• Zakieyah (8/5): Very good - The apartment is situated very close to the canal. Perfect location! The aircon was very welcoming. The late check in at 4pm is quite late as we had to sit around with our bags for a couple of hours waiting for check in instructions.
