Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed including water and a bottle of spumante in fridge on arrival. Clear video instructions explaining access and use of facilities. Short walk to metro for easy connection to major stations. Nothing

En un Barrio repleto de restaurantes y buena conectividad, supermercados cerca. Cocina muy bien equipada, calefacción, aire acondicionado. Baño amplio, dónde todo funcionaba bien. Decoración muy linda, aportaba a sentirse a gusto. Nos tenían cositas ricas de cortesía, una cafetera que incluía un café exquisito. Buena iluminación y dentro de una especie de condominio, lo que reforzaba la sensación de seguridad, existe un pequeño elevador si no quieres subir las escaleras. 0

Le linge de toilette très généreux. Les explications fournies ont été très claires pour rentrer dans le logement. Nous avons bien aimé l' emplacement, vivant et poétique. Nous étions là pendant une semaine de travaux sur le toit et dans l' ensemble de la propriété alors il y avait du bruit tôt le matin.Il n' y a pas beaucoup de lumière dans le logement car la fenêtre est toute petite. De petites assiettes à dessert seraient bienvenues.

• Victor (9/5): Great weekend in Milan. - A cozy spot in a prime location with warm, attentive hosts. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants and a walking distance from the City Center. Also, there are a number of public transport options, if you prefer. The upper floor has a lovely wooden surface, but it creaks, which can be uncomfortable for anyone sleeping downstairs.

• Anton (8/5): - Дом в туристическом районе рядом с каналом, где полно кафешек, шумно и весело (мы попали на хелуин - было здорово и интересно). Но двор тихий и уютный, поэтому шум не мешал. Рядом есть карифур экспрессы. Фото и описание соответствуют. Кухня оснащена: кружки, тарелки, приборы, микроволновка, капсульная кофеварка, плита. WiFi работал исправно. Заселение/Вселение были кантатными. Хозяин дружественный и позитивный человек. О времени заселение/выезда договорились заранее по вацапу, все прошло без проблем. В холодильнике нас ждал подарок в виде бутылочки игристого. Все вопросы решались быстро. Расположение квартиры это сильная и слабая сторона одновременно - заезд на машине запрещен. С парковками было очень трудно. Есть платный паркинг у вокзала (в 11 мин ходьбы), но очень дорого (если только буквально ночь переночевать), мы в итоге нашли места с парковками в спальных районах в 20 минутах ходьбы от квартиры. Я бы рекомендовал поменять матрас на диване. Нет стиральной машины. Ножи были тупые (если придираться)

Il manque quelques meubles pour créer du confort et des ustensiles en cuisine pour un séjour de 4 nuits où on veut manger quelquefois à la maison.

• Begoña (10/5): Piso con encanto bien ubicado y confortable - La ubicación, el piso , la limpieza , todo perfecto, totalmente en el centro de toda la actividad e Navigli y como entras en un patio muy bonito, no hay nada de ruido, se descansa perfectamente. Piso muy limpio, decorado muy original y con gusto, tiene de todo . Para darte las llaves hay alguien esperándote en la puerta. A pesar de que en el check out tienes que dejar la casa a las 10.30h de la mañana, nos dejó tener las maletas ahí hasta las 13.00h mientras limpiaba. Un anfitrión de 10. Lo único que no me gustó es que a la hora de chacer el check in si llegas más tarde de las 20.30h pagas un suplemento.

The apartment itself was greatly furnished with mixes of modern and classic Italian decor. Plenty of space and great value for money. Host was very helpful and lovely in general! All the amenities you could need and always quick to get back to us with our questions via WhatsApp. Nothing, it was perfect!

There is one bathroom only, in the upper floor. Also the elevator was very tight, but was ok that there was one and would not have to carry luggage by stairs. We would appreciate if there was option to just leave our luggage for some hours after check-out.

The apartment itself is calm and relaxing, even though in the evenings the nearby promenade is lively with open restaurants and people enjoying their time out. The place has a beautiful and unique atmosphere, tastefully decorated and full of character. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful, making sure everything was just right. It’s one of those rare places that you immediately fall in love with and definitely want to come back to. Highly recommended!

• Cindy (10/5): Very spacious apartment perfectly situated in Navigli - The hosts are the kindest and absolutely the best!!!! We had an early tour scheduled and they accommodated our schedule by allowing us to leave our luggage in the room and getting the keys, to return later when cleaning was complete. The apartment is huge and very spacious. It's perfectly located in Navigli with all the restaurants and bars right outside the entrance, yet the apartment was extremely quiet which is great. Full kitchen with coffee and supplies. There's a small part of the floor upstairs that creeks, but definitely not an issue for us. We would still come here again.

Right on the canal and close to everything! The bed was very hard and the pillows weren’t soft. No air conditioning but they accommodated with a fan. Only one bathroom and it’s upstairs and the clearance wasn’t good for me on the staircase and upstairs area, and I’m only 5’9”

• Gulsah (6/5): Pleasant - Location and clean The mattress was broken. Had to sleep tilted. There was nylon mattress protector which made it uncomfortable and sweaty to sleep. Aircon was not working either for the duration of our stay. The place was in renovation.
• Simona (10/5): Great stay, great host - We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Dolce Casa Alzaia Grande. The appartment was very spacious, with a big open space with a kichen and living room on the main floor and a bedroom and the bathroom upstairs. The kitchen has everything one needs for a short stay, we even found oil, vinegar and condiments and plenty of coffee pods. A cold bottle of wine and a few bottles of water were waiting for us, which was very nice and greatly appreciated after a long drive. The host was very nice and communication was very easy. The appartment is in a very lively area, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from, offering great choices at affordable prices. There is an option for parking at a nearby APCOA parking, 7-8 min walking distance. The parking is 24€ per day, we paid 72€ for a 2 night stay. It didn't really bother us, but the floor upstairs is quite squicky, so if anybody needs to use the bathroom during night, it may wake up the others, if light sleepers

• Reginald (10/5): Brilliant , unusual apartment with a great position . - One of the best locations in Milan, right on the Grand Canal in Navigli. A quaint and quirky apartment where you step straight through the gate onto the street and are surrounded by cafes, restaurants and interesting shops. The owner is really helpful, speaks good English, and came to meet us early as our plane was getting in before the usual time the apartment is available. Owner left lots of coffee pods for the machine and a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge.... Could not find a fault. Position was 10/10. Everything was perfect.

The air conditioning on both levels of the flat made it very comfortable despite the heat. Cool interior and helpful owners. We were able to work well in the flat thanks to the good wifi. May be a little uncomfortable for four people as there is only one bathroom upstairs and the wooden beams upstairs let noise through.

• Larisa (10/5): Beautiful place in Milano. - We were very fortunate to stay at the Casa Dolce Casa Alzaia Grande. It's very unique, beautiful, and, at the same time, so comfortable place! Wonderful, very warm, and extremely helpful hosts Elena and Gaetano. The area is full of fun. it literally vibrates with energy with tons of cafes and restaurants around. The beautiful two stories apartment is located in a house with quite a unique yard. I am attaching a few photos of the house (the yellowone, on the right of the picture, and the gorgeous yard. We highly recommend staying there while visiting Milan. Everything was fine, nothing really what we could suggest. We really enjoyed our stay at the Casa Dolce.

The only issue we had, was no sound proofing between the first and second floors and the bathroom. The silver lining that we got closer after this trip 😁
• Riccardo (8/5): Highly recommended. - Gaetano was very nice, always available on whatsapp for any question. At arrival he came immediately to give us the keys and at departure to pick it up. The place is spacious and comfortable. We were 4: we used the bedroom on the second floor and the convertible sofa in the living room, quite comfortable as well. We did not use the kitchen, but it was equipped with the necessary things to stay a few days. The location is just perfect, on the Navigli, close to everything, for night life and 20-30min walking from Duomo. But no noise inside the apartment: in the night it was perfectly quiet. Highly recommended ! Only issue was the wooden floor on the second floor quite noisy when walking, especially when going to toilet.

The flat / apartment is situated in an area called NAVIGLI - this is a beautiful part of Milan!!! Hundreds of Cafés, restaurants, Bars.... the water in between... WE LOVED IT! Apartment in the back = super quiet! In the house to the left is one of the best STEAK restaurants!!!! Order Bistecca alla Fiorentina! Sightseeing from this point perfect!!! All by feet.... no Taxi needed.... sooo cool! Well.... normally you do a city trip by plane. That's clever! We've been by car.... = you have to stop for 30 seconds on the corner and then put the car to a parking garage. Recommendation: Michi Navigli (APCOA Parking) - two days 42 EUR, but safe!
