• Anca (10/5): Milano in 4 zile - Apartamentele sunt la parter, într un complex rezidențial, situat aproape de o stație de metrou ( 10min). Zona foarte liniștită, spre care sa te retragi după o zi plina. Spațioase, dotate cu tot ce ai nevoie. Chiar dacă nu are aparat pentru cafea, îți poți face într o craticioara, dacă nu optezi pentru a o bea la multele cafenele și patiserii din zonă. Recomand deplasarea cu metroul! Milano are un sistem de transport excelent! Rapid și ramificat înspre toate zonele. Recomand vizitarea Domului la prima ora. E mai liber! Noi am luat bilete de pe o zi pe alta, ca să nu pierdem timp. Exista diferite combinații de bilete, ce includ muzee sau urcarea pe scări sau cu liftul, pe acoperiș. Recomand zone precum Navigli, Castelul Sforzesco, muzee ( copiii au intrare gratuita), lacul Como ( Bellagio) Faptul ca nu are un balcon sau un spațiu în care sa ți bei cafea, dar sunt multe cafenele în apropriere...

For larger groups, two adjacent units are available — both of which we booked. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located, with supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. Our host, Francesco, was extremely helpful and responsive to all our queries — many thanks to him for his warm hospitality. We needed a few essentials for basic cooking, and he kindly provided them right away with a smile. Highly recommended!

• Gerard (6/5): Bien, básico - El apartamento es básico y cumplió su función. llegamos una hora antes y pudimos dejar las maletas dentro, eso fue un detalle. La alarma de incendio funciona, la televisión también y el WIFI. Con el metro M1 se llega al centro en 25min. No puedo decir mucho más. El apartamento no está muy preparado, es un piso reaprovechado para hacer distintos apartamentos y se nota, es un bajo sin demasiada luz ni ventilación. Cada vez que cocinamos carne, aun teniendo el extractor a toda potencia saltó la alarma de incendios. El suelo no estaba limpió, la ducha se escapaba el agua por debajo y huele a humedad. La cisterna del lavabo suena en la habitación como si de un reactor se tratara. No conocimos al anfitrión y tampoco puso mucho de su parte para hacer nuestra estancia mejor en cuanto a recomendaciones turísticas, ideas para hacer con los niños o algo de conserjería mínima. El barrio no es céntrico y no es bonito (el mercadillo de comida caducada de supermercado es descorazonador... no es culpa del alojamiento pero es una realidad).

• Sičiovas (8/5): Very good - The host was amiable, active on WhatsApp and helped a lot by explaining the heating system, especially since the weather on the last days was cold and rainy. The location is great, the metro and shops are nearby. Instructions to take the keys were informative. WiFi was great. The thermostat was working great and made the radiators to be hot very quickly. Thank you for the umbrella and the water in the fridge. I have some recommendations: Slippers would have helped because the floor was always cold, needed to walk with two pairs of socks. Water was draining difficult in the shower. If taking a longer shower, it is possible to have leaked water in the bathroom. In the main bedroom, the walls need to be painted to look prettier. The pan is bad, cooked chicken had a very strong metallic taste and after-taste. Same with other products that were cooked in the pan. Warmer bedding in the main bedroom for colder days (I liked the bedding more on colder days that were in the kitchen).

Very clean apartment, good facilities, comfy beds and a nice, cozy neighborhood in a great location. The host is amazing, he gave us detailed directions from the airport all the way into the apartment and gave us great recommendations on restaurants and shops nearby and was quick to answer all of our questions. We will stay here again the next time we are in Milan.

Had a/c in every room, which was amazing considering the weather was super hot. We enjoyed the a/c a lot. The host was super helpful and provided all necessary info for us. The check in/key pick up was very easy and well organized. Same for the check out. It wasn't centrally located, but there was a metro station nearby. Nothing in particular, the only minor thing I missed was a shelf in the shower.

• Ondřej (10/5): Exceptional - Very convenient location (nice building in a residential area, quiet street, less than 10 minutes from a metro station, 10 minutes to a supermarket, 30 minutes by metro to the downtown). Excellent communication with the owner, everything perfectly organised. Comfortable apartment with all the necessary basic equipment. -
• Kimberly (9/5): A great choice with modern decor and terrific owner - Everything is new, modern, clean. Host was exceptional and easy to communicate with. Ground-floor with very few stairs helped with the luggage situation of our many weeks of travel. the parking on the street nearby was a HUGE bonus to feel relaxed without paying or any hassles. Felt like a safe neighborhood. metro was nearby and easy to navigate throughout the city and see the sites. It was a nice stay with terrific host who went out of his way to extend courtesy beyond the typical guest-host relationship. It’s a quiet neighborhood that’s very convenient for feeling safe and enjoying Milan, but there still was noise present from running neighbors upstairs or people walking past on the streets. It was still not so bad but only a little unexpected… That is pretty much nothing the owner can change, and overall, we still felt it was the right choice for us and our stay. Apartment is a clean place and well-fitted with modern convenience.

• Dragan (8/5): Very good - It was clean and pretty much new everything inside apartment. It wasn't so warm for such expensive accomodation. There is some kind of radiators which are working on boiling water, but you can't turn on the system whan you want, temperature in apartment is about 22C. Also there is a airconditioner but there is no remote controler.
