Ikke nok håndklæder, ikke nok sengetøj, ingen viskestykker eller karklude Vi måtte selv købe wc papir, håndsæbe og karklude. Der lå nullermænd og kapsler på gulvet Mange pærer er gået Lågen til frys var ødelagt, bruseslangen er utæt Alt i alt en lidt kedelig oplevelse og meget dyrt i forhold til det vi fik

• Draganel (6/5): The apartment met our basic needs, was located near points of interest, shops and cafes. - The apartment was located close to Duomo di Milano and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II as well as cafes and grocery stores. Access to the building was difficult. We were informed to use an app to open the door to the main entrance, but either because we did not have a good internet connection or the app was not functioning, we were not able to get in. Luckily, a resident of the building let us in. Using the lock box to enter the apartment worked. We were disappointed to find that cabinet doors were loose, as well as the faucet in the kitchen. Instructions for the washer/dryer would have been helpful, since its operation was difficult to understand.

• Jacqueline (10/5): Perfect location, facilities helped me as an older traveller. - Perfectly located surrounded by restaurants and charming cobbled streets. As an older traveller, the elevator was excellent and washing machine allowed me to travel lightly. The walk-in shower was great and I totally enjoyed my stay.

• Virginia (4/5): Disappointing - The location was convenient for us Comfortable bed I would use the word neglect to describe aspects of the property- blown light globes in lamps, not thoroughly cleaned, TV in living room is broken - the screen is unwatchable, no dishwasher tablets provided to use dishwasher, dirty items in pots & pans drawer, no light in laundry, broken tap fittings, stained sofa. But mostly the poor/ lack of communication from the person managing was terrible. My husband realised after we left that he had left new clothing behind in the wardrobe and I contacted Stefanie (property manager) four times via email & the app to request organising their return and have still not received a response. The customer service is non existent given that we stayed 7 nights and paid a decent amount of money for the property.We stayed in 7 properties in various places in Italy (including Rome, Venice & Florence) over our 5 week stay and this was the most expensive & least value for money

• Deborah (10/5): Beautiful apartment that encourages you to explore the surrounding areas in Milan! - Loved the location and all amenities of the apartment. The property was well-kept and allowed us to explore the historic side of Milan with ease of mind! I honestly do not have anything negative to say about the property. It was a wonderful stay!
• Rosanne (8/5): My opinion - I liked the location. Close to restaurants and stores. When I paid, I expected everything to be working. The television did not work in the bedroom. There was no remote. I contacted the owner and received no reply. Also, you can not leave the window open in the evening. There is plenty of nightlife, and it gets loud. If you're American, their electric system is different from ours. You will have to get used to their swiches. I don't know why they have so many. Plus, where they are located is strange. Also, the pillows are flat. It could use new pillows.

• Dalia (9/5): Superb location, great communicative host, accommodates suitably four young adults - We arrived past midnight and we were able to check in without any problems due to the great instructions provided by the host. The place was great for four young adults for a weekend getaway. Location of the apartment is very central (10-15mins walk to the Doumo, 5mins walk from restaurants and supermarket and about 30mins walk from the Central Train Station).

• Geraldo (10/5): Perfect location in Brera - Unbeatable location, in the heart of Brera, close to Castelo and subway. Nice apartment, elegant design. Easy to check in and out. A bit noisy on weekends from the restaurants below. It might be an issue if you need complete silence (not my case).
• Kyriaki (10/5): Great apartment, in the best possible location and very beautifully decorated. Made my stay at Milan even greater. - Best possible Location! Could have a bit more facilities (enough toilet paper for the whole stay, a shampoo or something)

• Sigríður (8/5): Our stay was very good. - The location was very good, and what we had searched for. The lights were not all working. We had to buy toilettpaper before our stay ended. We were asked to sort our trash, and throw it ourselves to the bins in the cellar, but the bins had almost no sorting system.

• Arthur (9/5): Great location in Milan in a great area, responsive host. - Host was very helpful in arranging a taxi for our early departure to the airport. Location was outstanding. Closets in the bedroom were great, lots of room & hangers. Shower drain was slow, probably needed to be plunged. Lighting in the bedroom needs to be improved.
• Cubernaculum (9/5): Superb - Perfect location. Very clean. All comforts needed. Value for money apartment. Relative good soundproofing although on first floor and busy neighborhood Difficult communication with the host with very retard response or either NO response at all. No window shading in the interior public side of the apartment (someone could see inside). Couch bed not so comfortable but for short stay ok.
• Smokonich (8/5): Very good - Close to all the major sites in Milan. Easy walk from train station Very noisy in bedroom from street. Cafes open until 2am and then street cleaners and trash pickups every morning starting at 6am.

• Buliga (8/5): Very good - Very well situated appartment, right in the heart of Brera. Everything to visit in Milan can be done on foot and the metro is 2 minutes away. It can be noisy at night for there are bars and restaurants in the street below. For us it wasn’t a problem as we are used to living with the city noises but it might be disturbing for someone who lives in a quiet neighborhood or in a rural area. The appartment has very little natural light
