• Ashley (8/5): Close walking to shops and transport but dangerous if taller than a child as very low ceiling beams - Not provided Had a coffee machine but no coffee pods provided. Bedroom was a mezzanine but low beams on stairs and in room ideal if under 1.4 metres otherwise “ouch”.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet - einfach zum wohlfühlen :) check-in und Kommunikation mit Francesco war sehr unkompliziert. Absolute Empfehlung!

• Uğur (10/5): Fiyat performans - Sahibi valizlerimizi erken koymak için yardımcı oldu. Oda içerisinde muftak ve tüm mutfak malzemeleri mevcuttu. Bir evde ne olması gerekiyorsa vardı. Konumu çok iyiydi. Burda kalarak toplu taşıma kullanmadan turistlik yerlerin tamamına yürüyerek gidilebilir. Merkezde olması sebebi ile gece gürültülü geçiyor. Bunun dışında biraz daha temiz olabilirdi.

Y la ubicación mejor imposible. El conserje te recibe muy amable y el señor franccesco muy atento siempre! Bastante equipado el baño y la cocina también. Sin duda volvería.

O teto do mezanino é baixo. A limpeza podia ser mais cuidadosa. O pagamento do estacionamento e da taxa de turismo deve ser feito para um funcionário do prédio na saída, em dinheiro.

• Steven (10/5): - Excellent find. The apartment was very clean and a great location. The landlord was very friendly and accommodating. Yes the apartment is loud, but thats what you get when you're centrally located, so no complaints. Traveled as a family with small children. Great stay. The shower could use a drain cleaner, not a complaint, just an observation.

Είναι πολύ κοντά σε πολλά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος και η στάση του μετρό που είναι ακριβώς απέξω κάνει την πρόσβαση πολύ πιο εύκολη . Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενεστατος και μας έδωσε αμέσως όλες τις πληροφορίες που χρειαζόμασταν. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

• Nathaniel (10/5): Better than a hotel - Perfect loft apartment in the centre of Milan. Walking distance to the key sites like Duomo cathedral, museums and piazzas. Excellent host and flexible hospitality. Would recommend based on comfort, location and value. Fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine puts this above local hotel stays. No major issues but taller guests should be aware of the very low loft ceiling (5'5 beams) accessible only via stairs (lift to the apartment, and sofa bed in the living room if required). Pillows are overly soft. Tiny gripes in an otherwise faultless stay

L’appartement est parfaitement situé, d’une propreté impeccable, très confortable et doté d’une jolie terrasse idéale pour profiter de la ville. Mais ce qui a vraiment marqué notre séjour, c’est la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Francesco et de M. Sudat : une communication fluide et chaleureuse qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement ! -

• Katrin (8/5): Kleines Appartment in zentraler Lage - Die Ferienwohnung ist für einen Kurztrip nach Mailand sehr zu empfehlen. Trotz zentraler Lage ist es relativ ruhig. Eine Klimaanlage bringt im Sommer etwas Abkühlung, wenn auch unter dem Dach die Wärme etwas steht. Francesco ist als Gastgeweber sehr zuvorkommend. Toll war das Angebot, seinen Garagenplatz nutzen zu dürfen. In Mailand echt unbezahlbar. Danke Es ist etwas schwierig, vor der Wohnung anzuhalten und Koffer auszuladen. Wir haben es aber geschafft. Die Sauberkeit im Bad könnte noch etwas besser sein. Ein paar Dinge fehlen in der Küche. Das ist für Luxus dann doch etwas zu wenig. Sorry.

• Olivia (8/5): A great location close to the major attractions in Milan however location comes at a cost of street noise. - The apartment is in an excellent location, within close walking distance to the Duomo, shops and train station. The washing machine was super handy for us while travelling on a long trip. Our family of four fit well for a short stay. The property was very noisy at night, we heard a lot of street noise which affected our sleep both nights.
• Alexandra (9/5): Brilliant apartment - Apartment is excellent quality, clean, welcoming and comfortable. Location is fab for getting in from the airport and around the city. Lots of key places within a ten minute walk. Also felt really safe in the apartment and the road was good too. The internal courtyard was beautiful. Worth noting that because it's well located, it's not the most peaceful.

• Pauline (8/5): Wonderful stay, centrally located and comfortable for family of 4 - The location is within walking distance to Duomo and train station. It's so convenient. There's lift to the apartment which is a plus. Bed and Sofa bed were comfortable. Not noisy at night. The host provided sufficient toiletries for use. As i traveled during winter, the control of hot water supply during bath was irregular. Hope this can be improved. More hokes can be provided for guests to hang clothes in the bathroom pls.
• Amalene (7/5): We were grateful to stay at this apartment. We felt safe and secure there and the location was great - The location was great for getting anywhere we went in Milan. They could do with a rug under the table and some additional mirrors and a trash can in the bathroom would be good.

• S. (7/5): Amazing Location with a Few Minor Drawbacks - The location is absolutely amazing! It’s right next to the shopping district and directly across from Castello Sforzesco. Plus, it’s only a short walk to the Duomo, making it the perfect spot for exploring Milan. For us, this is the best location to stay in Milan. What’s also super convenient is the metro station almost right at the door. For those who prefer not to rely too much on public transport or taxis, this is the ideal place to stay. The inner courtyard is also beautiful, with branches gracefully draping over the edges. We visited at the end of autumn, but we can only imagine how stunning it must look in full bloom during spring or summer. Highly recommend this location for anyone visiting Milan! The glazing was single, not double, which meant street noise easily came through—as if the window is open. Luckily, I had earplugs with me, so for light sleepers: make sure to bring some! The stairs leading to the bed are very narrow, and you constantly have to watch your head to avoid hitting the ceiling. You can’t stand upright in the sleeping area, which made the area quite uncomfortable. When we arrived at 14:55, we couldn’t enter right away and had to wait about 20 minutes for the cleaning to be completed. But we had the possibilty to drop our luggage. The fridge had a noticeable odor, and the kettle was full of limescale. (Tip: Add some water and natural vinegar, boil it, and the limescale will be gone.) Upon arrival, there was no personal welcome; everything was managed through the chat. This made the process a bit stressful, especially when waiting for responses.

Nicely furnished and sized apartment, really comfy bed. Host very accomodating, would recommend. Aircon was a bit temperamental but host was quick to come over and fix. Some coffee pods to use would be a bonus

• Janice (10/5): A great stay in a perfect location. - This apartment was in a really convenient location for all the major attractions in the city. It was only a couple of minutes walk to the Metro, and the same to restaurants and bars. The Duomo and major shops are around a ten minute walk . The bed on the mezzanine floor was comfortable and the aircon was a godsend in the July heat. Both myself and my son loved everything about this apartment, it was well equipped and hopefully will return here at some point. We liked everything.

• Marija (10/5): Location, location, location! - Location, location, location! This apartment is located in the very center of Milano. Everything is close to it and it's a perfect spot for short stay and a longer one. Convenient private parking very close to the apartment. You can park the car on the street, get your keys from the concierge, go park your car and enjoy strolling around the city. There's a market 600 m away, and a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Sforza, Duomo, Pinacoteca di Brera, Last Supper... Everything is near. The apartment is clean, modern and has everything you need. I did not experience any street noise, and the inner yard is just too charming. There's a cute elevator also, so you can quickly go up to the third floor. I loved it and will surely return to this accommodation. You can call the owner or speak to the concierge located in the ground floor of the building for whatever you might need.

• Bill (10/5): The apartment exceeded our expectations and made our stay in Milan that much more enjoyable! - The apartment was perfectly located for walking to points of interest, many restaurants, and shopping. It was clean, modern, and well-appointed with a comfortable seating area with a TV. There is a nice small dining area beside the kitchen, which also had a Nespresso machine. The bathroom was a good size with a laundry machine as well. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Milan. It's a small thing but would have been nice to have some coffee/espresso pods included with the Nespresso machine. I can't really think of anything else that we didn't like.

Manager attempted to scam us for additional tourist taxes t - The location is great, however what isn’t advertised is the access. it’s not direct from he street and is through what feels a bit like a rough ‘compound’. It doesn’t feel that safe. This was our first stay in Italy, the owner hangs around a lot… he advised tourist tax was more than what it was stated on booking.com, but if you have children, in Italy they are exempt from tax if under 18, but he still charges this. I questioned it - and he then, a while after we’d left made up lies that we’d damaged his apartment… only because I’d questioned him. The property is fine but the manager is manipulating.
