• Ander (7/5): Buena opción para visitar Milán - La atención del anfitrión y la ubicación del apartamento. El apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario para una buena estancia en Milán. Está a 5 minutos andando desde la parada de metro. El apartamento contaba con un sofá cama bastante incómodo y ruidoso.

• Giovanna (4/5): Abbastanza deludente - Come già accennato all’host, segnalo alcuni aspetti che hanno reso il soggiorno un po’ faticoso (4 notti): - non era indicato che si trattava di 2 piano senza ascensore - ⁠il letto occupava tutto lo spazio della camera (nelle foto era presente un divano letto poi richiudibile che avrebbe dato un po’ più di agio considerando la metratura limitata dell’appartamento) - ⁠biancheria da bagno e prodotti non sufficienti per 2 adulti 4 notti (un asciugamano a testa per notti).

• Simone (9/5): 2 giorni a Milano - Appartamento piccolo, con tutti i confort che per qualche giorno a Milano è sufficiente. Ottima posizione (a 300 metri dal tram per il Duomo) Migliorabile la colazione.

• Elena (1/5): - Le chiavi di accesso sono custodite in un bussolotto collocato in una zona di passaggio dei cani; di conseguenza, sia al momento del ritiro sia alla riconsegna, mi sono sporcata le mani con urina di cane. Non è indicato in modo chiaro ed evidente che l’appartamento si trovi al terzo piano senza ascensore: salire con uno zaino e un trolley è stato particolarmente faticoso. Il materasso è risultato estremamente scomodo. Il lavabo del bagno si intasava facilmente, causando ristagni d’acqua. Il piano cottura non era pulito. La finestra è dotata di persiane esterne scorrevoli che non si chiudono correttamente: una funziona a fatica, mentre l’altra non scorre affatto. Le lenzuola presentavano un forte odore di fumo. In conclusione, esperienza negativa: alloggio non consigliabile.

• Škalic (3/5): Disappointed - The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the metro, and communication with the owner was smooth. The apartment could have been cleaned better. During our 5-night stay, there was no cleaning service. Only 4 towels were provided for the whole stay, with no replacements, and we had to buy our own toilet paper as only a one-day supply was available.

• Dorrance (9/5): The vespri red room - Everything I needed was there. I felt completely safe in the area. The air conditioning was highly appreciated with the extreme heat in Milan. I truly felt right at home. There are grocery stores on the blocks front and back making shipping to cook very easy. Aldi and ilgigantic. I would absolutely stay again. The red room which I stayed in was on the 3rd floor without a lift. A bit rough for a lady my age but I just rested on each landing and it was fine.

• Svetlana (5/5): Такой грустный опыт - Хорошее расположение. Тихая улица, рядом с магазинами и барами. Маленькая студия ,в которой только раскладной диван. Очень неудобный даже для одного человека, не говоря уже о двух. На кухне не было даже тряпки для протирания стола, не было моющего средства, не было ни одной крышки для кастрюль и сковород. Не было обычного ножа для чистки фруктов или овощей. Очень грустно, что хозяин даже не подумал о том, чтобы гости могли что то приготовить. В апартаментах нет кондиционера а когда открываешь окно залетают комары и кусают тебя всю ночь. Апартаменты на 3 этаже , без лифта.

Mici inconveniențe legate de aparatul de aer condiționat, destul de învechit. A funcționat, dar uneori a fost dificil să îl setez, pornesc/opresc.

• Diddle (8/5): Clean property, extremely helpful host. - Very clean, landlord was extremely helpful with any questions I had. A little out of the center of Milan
• Karolina (6/5): Pleasant - Nice area, save and pretty quiet. The apartment is very basic and small, it definitely looks bigger in the pictures. The space between your bed and kitchen is about 50 cm. The owner...well.. not a kind sort of person. I would say he was pretty cold and unpleasant. Do not expect small talk. Don't expect to get you problems solved 'cause "he has things to do" and don't get me wrong- I did not ask him to solve a million of problems daily... Fun fact- he did not know where the nearest metro station is. he directed me to one 26 minutes walk , while the nearest one was about 2 minutes walk...

• Yara (7/5): Good - -Close to public transportation (tram, bus, metro -> 5 min walk max. -There was a very convenient closet where we could hang our clothes and stores our things. -The sofa bed was not comfortable, the mattress had a dent in it. We had to sleep the other way around to be comfortable. -Not enough space in the bathroom to put our things and hang our towels. I would suggest adding a small drawer or a plank under the sink since there’s nothing there.
• Victoria (8/5): Excellent and had everything needed to live and be able to work remotely - Very convenient studio apartment and everything needed for a months stay on a budget. Great for working remotely and close the M4 and an Aldi and Pam. Smell from the pipes in the bathroom but very minor issue. The sofa bed was okay for a sofa bed. Note for others, there is no lift in the building.

• Michaela (8/5): Very cozy apartment - We had self-check-in, and the communication regarding that was excellent. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, including kitchenware, a washing machine, dishwasher and even items for ironing, very convenient. They also left little bags with salt, pepper, and olive oil for us, which we used since we cooked a few times. Additionally, shops and the tram/bus station were very close by, and the area was calm and quiet. It was a bit farther from the center, so we had to take buses every day. One time the power went out because we plugged in too many appliances, but we received a quick response on how to turn it back on. Also it was a bit pricey, but I guess that's common everywhere in Milan.

• Ivana (8/5): Very good - Apartment is located in quiet neighborhood and is close to the stores, train and metro line (10-15min) that goes to the center. City center is not that far from the apartment and we walked almost every day (30-40min). Apartment features all the kitchenware you'll need, TV, big closet and bathroom. Everything is clean and you'll get small new shampoos. Also, host was extremely nice and even send video of how to enter the building. Bed was uncomfortable (kind of sunked) but after changing sides (pillows to the leg side) we were able to sleep well.
• Patrycja (8/5): Very good - For us it was a good location - 2 min to the bus which stops in the central parts eg next to the Sforza Castle and Pinacoteca di Brera. 20 min to subway and 15-20 min walk to the district with many nice restaurants - Navigli. We did not meet the host but he was very responsive. The apartment had clean towels, big wardrobe, iron, and the barthroom was clean and comfortable. The dishes were dirty and there was no sponge or detergent for the dishwasher to wash it. If you plan on spending much time in the apartment it is not perfect as it is quite small.
