• Sandra (8/5): Ideal for our three day stay. - Location was good and central. Plenty of space in the apartment and heating was just right. It was a complicated process to enter the property particularly on a dark and wet night. Also a number 7B on the door would have helped. The key to the second of three doors didn’t fit the lock properly and we were only provided with one set of keys. The safe was in a very strange place, in the bathroom, behind the WC. The mirror light in the shower room needed replacing.
• Katsmum (8/5): Beautiful apartment - Beautiful, spacious apartment in an excellent location. Bonus of Netflix was a nice touch. The apartment we booked was not available due to a problem with the heating so we were upgraded to a much larger apartment. The kitchen was not fitted adequately - not even with cloth or paper towels to dry dishes or wipe up spills. The kettle leaked, so we used a pot to boil water. We have stayed in other apartments that included basics like salt, pepper, coffee and tea but this apartment had nothing at all so you must bear this in mind if you plan to prepare food.
• Wandering (8/5): Definitely an option to consider - The apartment was spacious and had a nice terrace. The rooms are quite well lit too. It's conveniently located. Little did we know the place is infested with mosquitoes! If we were told about it; would have been prepared.

• Camelia (7/5): Luxurious Stay in the City Center - The accommodation is divided into 2 rooms and is very spacious. The furnishings are classic and simple and the choice of colors has a calming effect. Access to the apartment worked for me right away. I was always able to text the staff and would get answers within a few hours. The building is located in a noble district with a direct view of the cathedral. The balcony is unbeatable: furnished, large, with ober the city center. The rooms, especially the bathroom, were not as clean as I am used to for this price. There were very many mosquitoes, which is a result of the rather humid climate in Milan, but still there were traces of trampled mosquitoes on the curtains and walls, which could have been easily removed. Nowhere was dusted before I moved in.

• Anthony (8/5): Very nice place. I would love to stay again without the hassle of check in. - The accommodation was beautiful. It appeared newly constructed and was immaculately clean. Very close to the Duomo, with lots of great restaurants close by. We loved the location and the apartment and would come back in a heart beat. The management tried very hard to satisfy our needs, but on arrival when we looked for the keys as part of the electronic check in, there were not in the box as we expected. The management had to send a courier with the keys. Unfortunately it caused us to miss a lunch reservation. When we had a chance to check the apartment, we realized that the sofa bed was not made up, nor were there towels for three people, as we had rented the property for our family. I called the management and they told me we would have to wait until the next day for the beds to be made up. I really find it hard to excuse making up the room for two when it clearly was rented for three. The management that I spoke with was very polite and I am sure tried to help, but ...... By the way, the third bath towel never arrived. I travel all the time and I don't think this has ever happened to be before. I think these issues all stem to the fact that you're dealing with a person off site and never speak to the management when you take the keys to the facility, so that issues can be settled then and there. It is a beautiful place; a renter cannot fail to see how great it is. Some of the management issues, however, did annoy us.
