  A loft with with a balcony on a second level offering amenities such as Internet connection and air conditioning. The entrance divides the loft in two sides, to the left of which one finds the large living area, complete with a small queen size sofa bed, a bookcase and a flat screen TV with DVD player, and a dining area, with a table for 4. At the end of the living area a few steps lead up to a raised level where one finds the sleeping area, with its double bed which may be split into two twin beds. To the right of the entrance is the very sunny, fully equipped kitchen corner, complete with all necessities including s dishwasher, and the bathroom, fitted with a shower and a washing machine. A staircase in the living room leads up to a second level where one finds a comfortable multipurpose area and a French window leading out onto the balcony.

• Fabian (9/5): Gutes Appartement mit allem was man braucht - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch Empfehlungen vor Ort genannt. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über alles was man für Frühstück oder zum Kochen braucht. Straßenbahn- und S-Bahnhaltstellen sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt auch Restaurants in der Nähe, die noch abends geöffnet haben, falls die Ankunft spät ausfallen sollte. Es sind Straßengeäusche zu hören, die aber gegen Nacht aufhören.
• V1013 (7/5): - Ήταν μεγάλο, είχε νερό καφέ σνακ. Γενικά δεν πολυμεναμε αλλά είχε μέχρι και πλυντήριο. Πολύ ευγενικός ο κύριος και πολύ καλό σύστημα κλειδώματος. Οι προηγούμενοι μάλλον είχαν αφήσει άπλυτα τα πιάτα και τα είχαν βάλει στο ράφι, ήταν λαδωμένα. Είχε πολλούς αποθηκευτικους χώρους αχρειαστους και η κουρτίνα έβρισκε στο ένα ντουλάπι όταν κατέβαινε και ανέβαινε. Θα ήταν καλύτερα να είχε μεγαλύτερη ντουζιέρα.

• Francesco (10/5): Appartamento splendido e pulito - Sono stato piacevolmente stupito praticamente in tutto. Appartamento molto spazioso e pulito, letto comodissimo, il necessario per fare colazione in camera per tutta la durata del soggiorno (incluso il caffè) e tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. Per la spesa, a soli 5 minuti a piedi è presente un supermercato Carrefour. Non ho alloggiato in tantissimi residence, ma questo è stato di gran lunga il migliore. Inoltre, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. La prossima volta che mi servirà un alloggio in zona so già dove cercare. La zona purtroppo non è il massimo.

• cinzia (7/5): Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la stanza e’ accogliente e molto spaziosa, vicino ai mezzi per arrivare in Centro. - Il residence e’ moderno, spazioso e accogliente. L’arredamento moderno è funzionale. L’accoglienza e’ stata eccellente, disponibile. Abbiamo anche trovato tutto quello che serve per la prima colazione e degli snack. C’è u a fermata del bus e del tram a pochi passi della struttura che porta direttamente in Centro. Molto comodo. La cucina ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione, e una profonda pulita. I piatti erano sporchi è appuccicosi.

• Olexiy (9/5): Nice option for Salone del Mobile - Nice clean room, with all that is necessary. Welcome snacks and “goodbye” surprise were just great! A bit noisy in the morning. Location is a bit remote from the Milano center, but you are not paying x2 price for this. At the same time it’s only 25 minutes from Salone del Mobile (including 12 minutes walk to the train station) and this was our target.

• gladiatore (8/5): ..a un passo dal 21 - Un pò fuori dal raggio delle mie tradizionali prenotazioni a Milano, per cui con la necessità di usare i taxi in alternativa ai mezzi pubblici (metro/autobus) abbastanza scomodi, ma la struttura merita, e anche la camera assegnata. Cordialità all'accoglienza e apprezzabile la disponibilità di snack, acqua e caffè in camera compresi nella tariffa!

• Brian (8/5): Nice studio apartment for mini break - The apartment was spotless and Luca was very helpful when he checked us in. There are transportation stations nearby. The beds were comfy and the tv had sports channels. The location is a bit away from most things. I thought it was closer to the San Siro but as long as you can Uber a car its not too much of a hassle.

• Rodolphe (9/5): Superbes lofts dans un quartier résidentiel - Superbes lofts tout équipés (cuisine, machine à laver, tv, grande SDB) dans cette ancienne usine rénovée avec goût. Tres bon deals via booking. L'isolation sonore est bien faite entre les appartements mais complètement ratée vers l'extérieur. Les dormeurs légers devront mettre des boules quies ! La situation géographique est légèrement éloignée du centre, et le tramway était en travaux. La solution pour nous a été de prendre le S5 ou le S6 (équivalent RER) à la gare de Milano Villapizone. Le bus 57 est également efficace.

• Ines (9/5): Top! - Zeer ruim appartement. Met het openbaar vervoer geraak je gemakkelijk in het centrum. De muren en ramen houden niet veel lawaai tegen. Zowel de buren als de auto’s kon je luid horen snachts.

• Isabell (7/5): Für das Preisleistungs Verhältnis passt es gut. Man ist ja meistens eh nur zum schlafen dort :) - Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, einen Föhn, und eine gut ausgestattete Küche, sogar mit Mikrowelle falls man diese braucht. Die Sauberkeit war auch super. Die Umgebung hat sah für uns etwas heruntergekommen und dreckig aus. Man hat sich aber dennoch sicher in der Unterkunft gefühlt.

• Maggie (8/5): Nice apartment, clean and comfortable, a team ride from the centre of Milan - The apartment was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful. Lots of free snacks provided which was amazing and just what we needed. Easy to find supermarket not too far away. The location isn’t amazing. You can take the tram (12 or 19) to the centre but it felt very much on the outskirts.

• Inga (9/5): - Ja negrib dzīvot pašā centrā un ir gatavs pabraukt mazliet nostāk, tad vieta izcila! Dzīvoklis diezgan plašs, gultas ērtas(tikai mazliet šauras), no rītiem skaisti čivināja putniņi! Pārsteigums bija dažādi labumiņi - cepumiņi, sausiņi, džems, nutellas, tēja, kafija, cola ledusskapī u.c. Dzīvoklī ir viss aprīkojums un trauki, lai gatavotu paši. Šo opciju arī izmantojām. Ērti un labi! Recepcijā iedeva arī papildus informāciju gan par veikaliem tuvumā, gan restorāniem. Paldies! Tas jau vairs nav par apartamentiem, bet satiksmi Milānā. Esiet uzmanīgi - Itālijas darbinieki bieži streiko! :( Mūsu rīts, kad jādodas uz mājām, izvērtās pagalam neforšs un stresains!

• Sagalés (7/5): - La cama muy cómoda y el espacio amplio. Hay bastante intimidad y es una zona tranquila. También agradecimos que dejaron algunas cosas de obsequio para comer lo cual nos ayudó mucho. El personal muy amable. Para nosotros lo peor fue la ubicación. Sabíamos que estaba retirado, el problema es que depende del día es complicado el transporte y tampoco encontramos taxis. Seguramente forma parte de la logística de Milan pero conviene tenerlo en cuenta porque se pierde bastante tiempo. También nos faltó que hubiera agua en el alojamiento o aunque fuera una máquina.

Supermarchés à 5 min à pied, tram à 10 min à pied. Centre de Milan à 30 min en tram. Un peu loin du centre. Quartier pas très animé, sans réel intérêt touristique.
• Kierstein (10/5): - the staff was great. Our flight was delayed and we arrived later than expected and the staff reached out via email and text to check in on us and waited for us to arrive. They then walked us through the apartment and explained how to work and use everything. The snacks in the fridge and pantry were a great touch. We were thirty and hungry from a long layover. We were in town for the Olympics, and the hotel was a little further from everything than we would have liked, but the hotel was only a 10 min walk from a train station, and a 5 min walk from a rail car.
