• Maks (3/5): Dirty dishwasher and bathroom, comfy bed - The apartment had a comfortable bed and a convenient location for exploring Milan. However, value for money and some cleanliness issues need addressing to meet the high price tag. If maintained better, it could be a good choice. My experience at this Milan apartment left much to be desired, particularly given the steep price. The bathroom cleanliness was notably subpar, with visible grime and a toilet brush in a deplorable state. The dishwasher emitted a foul odor, suggesting it had been neglected for an extended period. While the bed was comfortable, these serious hygiene issues overshadowed my stay. Considering the cost, I anticipated a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. I hope the management addresses these issues.
• Tom (5/5): good location, very bad implementation of remote key. - there is no key, you can open the doors only with a link via mail. when there is a power or network problems you are stuck outside with no backup.
• Meghan (8/5): Great location and area - The location of the property was our favourite part, we felt it was a really good base. We managed to see everything in Milan that we wanted to without having to use public transport or taxis as we walked everywhere which we loved. The area is also quiet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would stay again. The place on first look is lovely however when you look a little deeper, you can see that the place does need a little TLC. We did not cook so I cant comment on the kitchen facilities however the bathroom really does need a deep clean and a few things such as the shower door, the water pressure and the drainage in the sink need looking at. It did not spoil our stay but towards the end of the stay, it did start to feel quite annoying as it didn’t feel clean.
