David (7/5): Ok for a few nights - The host was nice and the check-in went as planned. The apartment was ok and the beds were pretty comfortable. There is a nice Italian coffee place right next to it. A few things really need maintenance. The wardrobe in one room is literally falling apart, as well as some of the doorframes. The kitchen is very scarcely equipped and it smells like a former smoker's apartment.
Naufil (4/5): Not worth the price, not well maintained. - Halal Kebab place just underneath the apartment. Another pizza place too, and a very nice cafe downstairs too. Few seconds walk to the Cardiologico Monzino hospital. Owner does not speak English, so it was very hard to communicate with him. Luckily found a shop owner under the apartment who spoke my language and Italian, so asked him to help us out with communication. Keys were easy to acquire from owner, no issues during check-in. Maintenance issues - toilet set and cover were broken. Shower is very very tiny, and the holder is loose so you can’t really keep it in on place, have to use the handheld function. Basic salt/pepper cooking stuff was not there, had a few cooking pots and pans, but that’s about it. Kitchen is very tiny, and dining table is pretty small too. Washing machine is in italian, without any English instructions, so you will have to use a translation app. Overall, this was not worth the 160€ we paid per night. Our stay in rome was 120€ per night, twice the size, everything was mint and newly renovated and location was perfect. I don’t know what this property is charging 160€ for? Not and English/International travel friendly place. Location is perfect only if you’re working at the Cardiologico Monzino Hospital. But if you don’t mind driving/taking the bus to work every morning, go for some other accommodation. This one is very basic and not worth the money. Top floor (2 full flights of stairs). There’s no elevator, so please reconsider if you have lots of heavy luggage.

Simin (8/5): Good place if you like to be far from crowded places. - It was clean and staff were friendly. It is perfect for young family or couples with kids because it has two separate rooms. the location is far from city centre but easy access with bus and metro. Good for staycation because it was peaceful with restaurants and playgrounds for children nearby. we stayed about 12 days without serious problems. It was in the second floor and hard to move the luggage and also hard to climb the stairs for old person or with disabilities. It didn’t mention that there is no elevator there.
