• Yolanda (9/5): Mi sento a casa - È una vera casa con tutte le comodità che uno cerca. La ho prenotato 4 volte e tornerò molto presto. Il signore che consegna le chiavi è sempre molto gentile con me e di gran aiuto quando sa che devo ripartire da Linate. I 5 piani da fare tutti i giorni ma alla fine ti puoi abituale.

• Chiara Sara (4/5): Disservizi. Scarsa organizzazione. - Appartamento molto carino e spazioso. Si sentono i treni passare e tutto il pavimento vibrare. Davvero fastidioso per riposarsi. Inoltre, gli organizzatori non si sono neppure premurati di fornire qualche snack o delle bustine di the (c’erano solo un paio di cialde per il caffe, ma non vi era zucchero). Inoltre, il riscaldamento funzionava nella stanza principale, ma non nel bagno (che era gelido). Per questo genere di “servizio” direi che il prezzo è decisamente alto. Inoltre, non vi era neppure una spugna per lavare i piatti (eppure vi era il detersivo= no sense). Un consiglio ai gestori: organizzatevi.

Хотела бы поделиться своим опытом проживания в этих апартаментах. Начну с плюсов: квартира светлая, комфортная, с приятным интерьером. Были дополнительные подушки и одеяло. На кухне практически все необходимые принадлежности: посуда, приборы, чайник и т.д. — это создавало большую удобность и уют. В ванной комнате были полотенца, шампунь, а наличие стиральной машины приятно удивило. Также очень хорошо, что владелец отвечал в течение нескольких часов. Теперь о минусах: когда мы получали ключи в магазине, продавец был немного грубым — но это можно пережить. В квартире не было отопления, а чистоту я бы оценила на 7/10.
• Nicoletta (7/5): Quattro giorni ...per fortuna il - La posizione ottima, poco rumore del traffico. Appartamento bello, molto di effetto A parte i 5 piani di scale , ma lì è errore mio, problemi con l acqua calda e il riscaldamento inesistente in bagno e solo con pompa di calore nella stanza. Nessun asciugamano da cucina, e se per caso vuoi mangiare non esiste un vero e proprio tavolo ma un tavolino basso . Per ridare le chiavi al tipo del mini market ho aspettato 5 minuti, tutto aperto e non un' anima e visto che pioveva e il taxi mi aspettava ho lasciato le chiavi sul tavolo...un po' più di organizzazione e responsabilità...

• Nichita (7/5): Убирать после выезда гостей, и готовить чистое полотенце - Квартира выглядит хорошо, расположение( в пешей доступности метро) 25 минут от дуомо в пешей доступности, остановка прям под домом Невозможный шум, но к нему привыкаешь, так же был ремонт крыши по приезду и не убранный мусор, грязные полотенца, но есть стиральная машина(без геля для стирки), была не застрелена кровать(кто-то как будто спал и просто ушел, на тостере были крошки, и очень много комаров, были на теле укусы, похожие на укусы клопов, в общем оцепил бы апартаменты на 4/10 ночевать можно, исключительно в берушах, в 2-3 часа ночи, будто по расписанию скорая помощь устраивала парадный проезд, с сигнализацией на весь район, очень шумно, очень далеко от супермаркета
• Jun (3/5): Not worth your money. - Big space, near to train station. The room was not well clean before we arrive, used towel hanging from the cupboard doors, untidy bed linen, unfinished food in the fridge, unthrown rubbish in the bin. Contacted the host about the room condition and the host send the cleaners over, wasted more then 1 hour waiting for the room to be tidy. Uncomfortable bed which has sink inwards from long usage, time to change the bed. Very poor sound insulation from surrounding. Have to climb 6th floor without lift.
• Yolanda (9/5): Confortable e accogliente - Ho affittato 3 volte già questo appartamento e mi sento molto bene. Ci sono tutti i comfort possibili e la posizione é buona.
• Yolanda (9/5): Sentirsi a casa - È la seconda volta che sono stata da sola in questo appartamento che considero casa mia quando vengo a Milano. È perfetta e piena di tutto confort.

• Yolanda (9/5): Sentirsi a casa in relax - Il loft era bellissimo, soleado, con aria condizionata e tutti gli accessori per fare una vita normale come in una vera casa. C’erano anche le guide turistiche di Milano che ho apprezzato molto. Mi sono trovata proprio come se fosse casa mia e ritornerò molto presto. Salire i 5 piani con la valigia ma era scritto nell’annuncio quindi sapevo cosa dovevo fare e i vicini dell’appartamento sono stati gentilissimi con me e mi hanno aiutato in tutto.

• Jennifer (6/5): Pleasant - Clean, bright, location as described No toilet paper in the property- we had to buy our own. Had to go to a different location to collect the keys. Power outage due to storn was outside of the control of the owners but meant there was no hot water

• Надежда (4/5): Despite all the good things there's too much discomfort and noise level at night is unacceptable. - The location of the apartment was convenient. Getting to the main attractions is easy, there is a tram stop right next to the building. Subway stations are further away. The apartment itself was quite spacious and can potentially accommodate two couples (albeit without much privacy). There was a well-equipped kitchen, though we did not use it. To begin with it is quite tricky to get in from the main street entrance. The door lock was loose and required some patience to open. There's no elevator and you have to climb pretty steep stairs. It was ok for us, but I'm sure a lot of folks would suffer. Since it's an attic apartment, there are couple of windows on the ceiling. The blinds are rather tight and you have to use a long bending pole to operate them, which isn't convenient. Apartment lighting had a life of its own. It seemed almost impossible to turn on all the lights at once. The main bed was too firm. To be honest I wouldn't even call it a mattress. For some reason the sofa bed was made as well occupying considerable amount of room space although there were only two of us. And finally, the elephant in the room - noise from the street. Soundproofing is next to none. You can hear every tram passing by, every emergency vehicle, every bike with a loud exhaust. We had to use ear plugs to get at least some sleep.
