• Yuliya (7/5): - Очень хорошее место расположение, удобно добираться в любое место. Квартира большая, но на этом ее достоинства заканчиваются - туалет находится в спальне, двери нужно поднимать что бы задвинуть( они нормально не закрываются) и запах канализации постоянно в спальне , унитаз протекает и не зафиксирован к полу, очень плохая шумо изоляция. Из посуды - все сковородки царарапаны, так как лопатки ни деревянной ни силиконовой нету. Не могу сказать, что остались довольны жильем. Советую этот район, но не квартиру.

• Kevin (9/5): Definitely worth staying here. - Location was perfect. The local subway, Crocetta, was 50 yards from the apartment. Carrafour Express and numerous restaurants were within a 5 minute walk. Apartment was nice and spacious. My only criticism was if you were a light sleeper out on the sofa bed you might not sleep well. Comfy as it may be, the windows were single glazed. You could hear everything.

• Martin (6/5): Ubytování čisté, lokalita skvělá, ochota pronajímatele vyřešit problém nulová. - Poloha a kavárny s malými pekárnami pod ubytováním byly skvělé. Metro a tramvaj pár kroků od ubytování. Špatné instrukce pro odemčení kódovaného zámku. Neochota pronajímatele vyřešit problém se zvuky z vyššího patra, které byly velmi otravné hlavně v noci, kdy byly zvuky nejvíce slyšet.
• Mindaugas (3/5): - Location in the city. Nothing more... There are many negative aspects, ranging from heating to cleanliness. The apartment heating system is difficult to understand. Heating is only available when the electricity is turned on, which can only be done from inside the apartment. You have to turn the key to turn on the electricity. The electricity key is specially attached to the apartment keys so that you cannot leave the heating on when you are not at home. It is also connected to the control unit so that the heating turns off at night. It is not pleasant to walk on concrete floors and be inside when the temperature reaches a maximum of 19 degrees. The lighting inside is terrible. Two wall lamps are burnt out, and another one is constantly flickering. It is always dark in the bedroom because the window is covered. The kitchen equipment is terrible. There is not a single kitchen knife, not a single glass for drinks, 3 cups, 4 saucers, and 3 teaspoons. The hob is cracked and only half of it works. There is a strong smell of sewage in the toilet. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

• maria (7/5): Buenas ubicación, algo caro para las prestaciones que ofrece - El apartamento está bien comunicado con tranvía, y a 20 minutos a pie del Duomo. Colchón algo incómodo, blando a mí parecer. La luz y por ende la calefacción solo funciona al estar en el apartamento conectando la llave, lo cual hace que no puedas programar o dejar la calefacción para que el apartamento esté caldeado al llegar de la calle, lo cual se hubiera agradecido en el mes de diciembre... Muy poco menaje de cocina, no hay vasos, solo tazas. El baño está dentro del dormitorio principal, por lo que si van más de una pareja, el resto han de pasar por el dormitorio para acceder al baño. La puerta del baño no cierra del todo y no tiene pestillo. La última mañana se fue la luz y tardaron más de una hora en contestar, era el día del check out y no pudimos ni ducharnos ni hacernos el desayuno.

• Markus (7/5): Zentral gelegene, geräumige Wohnung mit recht spartanischer Ausstattung - Zunächst das Positive: Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, direkt an einer Metro-Station, also sehr gut für alle, die mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln reisen. Es befinden sich viele Geschäfte, Bäckereien, Restaurants etc. in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Die Innenstadt ist problemlos fußläufig zu erreichen, aber auch die Anbindung mit Tram + Metro ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon (allerdings zur Straße hin, daher entsprechend laut). Die gesamte Abwicklung war angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Einrichtung besteht aus Billigmöbeln, die nicht sonderlich bequem sind. Für 2-3 Nächste ok, aber eher unterer Standard. Unzureichend fanden wir die Küchenausstattung - 3 Messer, 1 Glas und ein weiteres glasähnliches Gefäß (keine Weingläser), etc., so dass man täglich spülen oder die Spülmaschine laufen lassen musste. Die Wohnung ist über recht steile Außentreppen zu erreichen, für mobilitätsbeeinträchtigte Personen nicht zu empfehlen

• Marian (7/5): - Localizarea este un foarte bună. Apartamentul este langa metrou, foarte aproape de zona turistica. Multe magazine, cafenele și pizzerii. Balconul foarte frumos, apartamentul mare. Mașină de spălat rufe cu capsula inclusa, aparat de cafea cu capsule incluse aer condiționat în ambele camere (cel din sufragerie nu se poate folosi noaptea deoarece este portabil și foarte zgomotos) Cel mai neplăcut a fost zgomotul din stradă (tramvai, mașini de curățenie și gunoi). Pentru cel care doarme in sufragerie este un adevărat coșmar. Apartamentul este mare și frumos mobilat dar ar avea nevoie de o zugrăveala (se vede că nu a mai fost împrospătat de ceva timp). Baia destul de urâtă iar vasul de toaletă curgea. Ușa de la vie nu se închide bine ceea ce este neplăcut

• Olga (6/5): - Location “They advertise that the apartment has a washer, but no laundry detergent is provided. If you’re only staying for a day or two and don’t have time to shop, you won’t be able to use the washing machine, which was disappointing.”
• Shelly (6/5): Quite basic accommodation. Friendly staff. Helpful. Excellent location. - Location excellent. Communication, excellent. Very helpful when sorting out the aircon. When we arrived the aircon wasn’t effective but that was resolved after requesting help. Aircon was still ineffective in the lounge where my daughter was sleeping and very noisy. Perhaps as it was so hot in August.

• Faith (8/5): Lovely stay. Would come again - Property location great! Loved that it had a balcony! Only one minor thing - shower holder broken and there was a rusty nail sticking out. However shower still worked fine, just had to be weary when washing.
• Kim (7/5): Super leuk appartement, aanrader! - Het appartement is goed onderhouden en schoon. Wij hebben niks van geluidsoverlast gemerkt. Het balkon is super fijn. Er zijn bakkertjes in de straat en een supermarkt in de buurt. Binnen 20 min lopen ben je bij de Duomo. Weinig spullen voor in de keuken dat is echt jammer voor als je een avond wilt koken. Ook is de houder voor de douchekop afgebroken dus moet je die de hele tijd beethouden

• Hannah (10/5): Stunning place to stay great location - This property is so beautiful , authentically Italian and just what we wanted . The shower head doesn’t stay up where it’s meant to be so that could be fixed , and there is lots of stairs to get into the apartment which wasn’t easy with 3 large suitcases but apart from that it is wonderful

Friendly staff A handle on the bathroom door from inside the bathroom was broken and the door wasn’t closing completely. There was nothing to attach the shower head to on the wall, someone broke it I guess as there was a screw sticking out of the wall.

• Dana (10/5): Delightful - The apartment was fully equipped and boasted a great location with it being walking distance to main attractions. Only issue was the heating. As the winter nights tend to be colder, the apartment was on the chillier side even with heating on.
• Bruno (10/5): Perfect location and connections! - I must share my positive thoughts about the stay at the apartment. Everything went smoothly, the apartment was very nice and provided all necessities for a pleasant stay. Everything deserves gratitudes! The location is more than good, only 2 metro stations from the Duomo and connections with the most famous attractions are great! Tram line 24 is right in front of the door and metro station is visible from the balcony.

• Aneliya (5/5): Overall, it did not meet my expectations of peace and comfort. - I loved the location. Also the living room was very bright and spacious. There was a lot of storage and the apartment is generally a good size. The apartment is extremely noisy due to the traffic from the street (especially if you keep the windows open). Although the bedroom is facing the internal part of the building, the windows are single glazed and it's still very noisy - not only from the traffic outside, but also due to the fact that on the ground floor there is a coffee/bakery that starts work at 6am and are extremely loud (shouting, throwing away garbage and what-not!). It feels almost like they're in front of our bedroom window shouting inside. Additionally, there is no lift and although the apartment is on the 2nd floor, there are quite a lot of stairs to get there. If you have a heavy suitcase or more luggage, you will struggle. Finally, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the apartment. It was a bit smelly in the kitchen, lots of greasy smudges on the sink tap, in the bathroom and the mirrors.

• Andreea (6/5): Pleasant - I liked the location of the apartment being located near Duomo. The underground station was near the apartment. It was unpleasant that it was noisy during the night because of tram. Also it was a problem with the bathroom door. The handle was broken and it didn’t close well.
