• Linda (8/5): Consigliata per chi vuole la comodità del centro - Struttura piccolina ma con tanti comfort. Molto pulita e host molto disponibile. La posizione è ottima, praticamente in centro con tanti ristoranti interessanti nelle vicinanze. Spazi molto ridotti soprattutto il bagno. Per arrivare alle fermate metro e autobus c’è da camminare un po’.

• ESRA (7/5): Overall, we were still satisfied with our stay. - The location is very good, close to the metro. You can walk to the Duomo in about 20–25 minutes. The area was quiet and we didn’t hear any noise from outside while sleeping. The bathroom and shower were clean and nice. We didn’t use the kitchen equipment, but overall everything was available. However, the duvet was not clean — there were hairs on it and it didn’t have a proper cover; it was placed between two sheets and we had to use it that way.

• Jaroslav (10/5): - Perfektní místo, blízko všemu důležitému, co v Miláně potřebujete navštívit. Památky v docházkové vzdálenosti, poblíž ubytování navíc metro. Nemám žádné výhrady.
• Ayana (8/5): 90点です☺︎ - 良かった点は、アクセスと洗濯機やポットがあって、天井が高かったことです。あと綺麗でした。ベットの横に机と椅子が2つあるので、友達と使いやすかったです。 ドアを開けるのが少し難しかったです！ここはホテルではなく、貸切アパートなので、連泊する場合はタオルや清掃はできません。あと、1日目に来た時にエスカレーターが使えなくて少し困りました。食器や洗濯機はありますが、洗濯洗剤は持参した方がいいと思います！食器も前回の人が使ってから洗ってないと思うので、使い捨てのものを持参した方がいいと思います！ドゥオーモやブレラ地区まで歩いていける距離でアクセスはとてもいいし、広々していて快適でした！以上の点を気をつければいいステイになると思います！
• Tetiana (10/5): - Все было хорошо, квартира маленькая но уютненькая,для короткой поездки то что нужно. В квартире есть все необходимые,рядом уютные кафе, рестораны. Расположение прекрасное, 15 минут пешком до Дуомо. Единственное что может помешать это очень тонкие стены, но соседи вели себя тихо а вот батарея которая сама включалась и выключалась была очень громкой и среди ночи мы просыпались , может можно было ее как-то выключить но я не разобралась 🙈
• Hany (4/5): - The location The apartment was very cold, with ineffective and noisy heating. The bathroom was cold and hot water only lasted a short time. The payment process was also worrying. Part of the payment was made through Booking.com, and another part through an unfamiliar external website where I had to provide credit card details and passport copies. This made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable regarding my personal data.
• Mohamed Amine (4/5): Not great value for the price .. only good thing is location - Great location. Clear instructions to access. Not as clean as it should be. We found used towels in the drawers. There were dirty spots. For the price of 100€ /night (+cleaning fee +city tax) it is too much. TV is very small and the remote isn't working because the batteries were not replaced for a long time ... AC is a bit complicated sometimes it is shut down on its own or it restarts without your command ..

Really 🤔 I miss this place every day 🫶🏻 I f was not the bed it’s would be PERFECT. Uncomfortable bed to sleep. We walked a lot and to have a hard bed is not good. I don’t sleepy well all nights. Please try to change the bed. It’s so cheap on ikea and Leroy Merlin.

Poorly equipped kitchenette (no good quality knife, no jug, only two pots, no cloth). No dishwasher tablets. No washing powder.
• Veselina (4/5): Someone (insider) tried to rob us - Someone tried to rob us. A few days before the arrival on WhatsApp we received a message from them (with the exact dates of arrival and leaving) that if we don't send them all the credit card details our reservation will be cancelled. They sent us a link to a site with a false content, presented it as Booking's site to give the card details . We wrote immediately to Booking and as we thought, all was trying to rob us. It must be insider, cause it was Italian number, presenting the exact dates for our reservation and the name of the place. Because of this during the whole holiday we brought all the value things with us just not to be robbed on another way.

• Fiachra (10/5): A Cosy Retreat - This is a really clever, comfortable and well located. It's only minutes from the Metro Yellow Line which connects you to all points of interest and the Central Train Station and Airport Buses. Hard to find a reliable Taxi Firm during the night. We went to the Airport earlier than needed because reviews we read left us doubtful whether a taxi would show up.

• Gisela (10/5): Great experience and great location - I loved how practical it was to check in, the property was in great shape, clean and well organized. The property was well designed and optimized in such a smart way. The surrounds were great. Many cool bars and restaurants around and very accessible to public transport. It had a very strong smell of cleaning products and it can be noisy during the night, but not that much, with windows closed. I suggest to have earplugs during the night if you're noise sensitive.

• Luna (6/5): Decent option for Milan - The location was good with easy access to the University of Milan and main tourist attractions. The street where its located also offers plenty of choices for dining and refreshments. I never saw the host but communication via WhatsApp was very good and the check-in process was relatively easy because of detailed instructions provided. As the other reviewers have mentioned previously, the sofa bed wasn't comfortable. I had to buy hand wash as there was nothing provided in the accommodation apart from a single small sachet of shampoo. Guests are charged for cleaning but are still required to take out all the trash upon departure.
• Michael (10/5): Overall, it was pretty good. - I received the instructions late, so I had to reach out to the owner for verbal instructions. Additionally, there was no toilet paper to used upon arrival, so I had to go out around 11PM to find some to purchase. After those minor details were overcome, my stay was pleasant.

• Salsano (6/5): Pleasant - Room had a modern look and feel. Room had a modern feel but was lacking basic necessities like toilet paper. This really sucked as should have been available when a guest books the suite. Also area is very far from Piazza del Duomo and Taxis Iin Milan run you about $15 -$22 Euro s from the location of the Design Central studio condominium suute.. Taxi service is poor and sometimes will not even show up after you call thenm. We missed our train to Venice because of the shifty Milan Taxi service. Overall I do not recommend this place. You would be better off booking a proper hotel who provides toilet paper at a minimum.
