Además, la cuna del bebé era prácticamente nueva. Mariella nos proporciono información para poder movernos y encontrar restaurantes y tiendas. Desde el apartamento hasta el Duomo hay unos 20-25 minutos andando, que se hace muy fácil ya que hay tiendas y supermercados.
• Tatsiana (10/5): A true paradise for perfectionists! - What a wonderful apartment! In real life, it looks even better than in the photos. Everything is brand new and in perfect condition – so cosy, stylish, and beautifully put together. You’ll find absolutely everything you might need, down to the smallest details. If I could give 11 stars, I absolutely would. We felt completely like at home – so much so that we didn’t even want to leave the apartment. Haha! There’s a great hairdryer, iron, and dishwasher. A helpful folder with restaurant recommendations, sightseeing tips, maps, and public transport info. Lots of books in different languages! The bedding is snow-white and high-quality, the bed is very comfortable, and even the sofa bed is great – perfectly suitable for two adults. The soundproofing is excellent, and we slept like babies. The ceiling windows dim automatically, so daylight won’t disturb you. If I ever come back to Milan, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else – I’ll just book this apartment again without a second thought. The area is a peaceful, middle-class neighbourhood with nice shops and restaurants nearby. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo – a lovely stroll through charming streets. The host is incredibly creative – she designed the apartment herself, and it shows. Everything feels made with love, care, and attention to people’s comfort. It truly felt like staying at a dear friend’s place. Mariella was always in touch – she wrote to me a few days before our arrival, and during our stay, she responded to every message instantly. She also arranged an absolutely lovely and reliable taxi driver for our very early airport departure. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. We were so happy and grateful to have found this place. Out of all the places we stayed during our two weeks in Italy, this was by far the best. Don’t hesitate – just book it!

• Les (10/5): Very comfortable for a short or long stay - Communication with the owner, Mariella, was great. She was flexible about our check in time and kindly stored our luggage for the day when we checked out so that we could make the most of our final day in Milan. The location is good for the number 19 tram to get you across the middle of the city. Number 9 tram brings you to and from Central station and down to Navigli area. It is about 20 minutes walk into the Duomo and the walk is safe and we always walked in so that we could enjoy the reveal of the back of the Duomo (one never tires of seeing it). The apartment is in a nice area (a lot of Milan is very nice). Mariella has a list of recommended restaurants, both very close and further afield. As there is a lift taking you up to the third floor you only need to walk up half a flight of stairs to reach the loft apartment. The skylights offer plenty of light entering the property but also have shutters. Kitchen has everything you need (including a dishwasher). However we did not cook in it. Bed was good. We liked it. The apartment feels quite spacious. Dining table is a nice place to sit. Maybe add a small mirror in the bedroom. Add reflectors (eg bicycle reflectors) to low beam separating the dining room from the kitchen so that the beam is more visible.

• Leonie (10/5): Great apartment, within walking distance to central Milan. - Mariella was amazing. She personally greeted us outside and took us up to her apartment where she explained everything we needed to know about her place. She had a book with helpful tips on restaurants and other things including transport options. She had several pillow options available and the air conditioning was great. The apartment was neat and tidy. It was also great to have a washing machine available for use. Everything was within walking distance.

It is close to the city centre, the flat is modern and has a welcoming guide with all the best restaurants and places to see. The host was very nice and easy to contact and receive keys.

• Aileen (10/5): A home away from home. Amazing property and host! - The property was amazing! Me and my friends had an amazing experience for our first time in Milan. The host could not be anymore helpful and the property had everything and more than we needed (Even had tin foil so we could make ourselves sandwiches for a picnic which was so helpful). The property felt very safe and was in a perfect location to the city centre. Down the street there was a tram and bus stop which made getting around very easy. I have recommended this property and host to all of my friends and family. I am hoping to make another trip back. Thank you so much for having us in your home. There was nothing that I never liked.
• Hartman (10/5): If you like good design, you will love staying here. - The host was at the font door to meet us after communicating with us on WhatsApp about our exact arrival time. She helped us with our luggage and there is a lift which makes it easy to get to the apartment on the top floor. The apartment is furnished with a quality solid oak dining table and designer furniture, beautiful wooden flooring and a comfortable sofa and lounge chair. The apartment is spacious and very quiet, and we appreciated that you could make the bedroom totally dark for a good nights sleep using the electrically operated window shutter. The apartment had perfect natural lighting because of strategically placed sky lights, including in the bathroom. There were also many lights and plug points. The host also gave us suggestions on places to go and eat, and left us with a folder full of useful information. A hotel would struggle to provide this level of attention to detail and care. Watch your head when going into the kitchen, the roof beam is very low.

Great information pack for tourists. Close to everything. We loved it. Not sure if there were mosquitoes. My two boys had bites on their legs sleeping on the sofabed.
• Christian (10/5): Charming apartment in a good location - We were very pleased with our stay at Mariella's apartment. Mariella's recommendations for restaurants, cafes, etc. were very helpful, we were always satisfied afterwards. The apartment has style and charm and is very well equipped, especially the kitchen, although we hardly used that. WLAN is good. There were two of us staying there, but there is also enough room for three to four people, if you don't mind that one or two then sleep in the large living/dining room. The apartment is located in a fairly quiet area, it takes a 15 min walk to the city center around the cathedral, a tramway stop is 2-3 min away. Check-in and check-out were very easy, we even got assistance on departure when our car was extremely parked up.

• Boyan (10/5): Exceptional - This is highly recommended place for exploring Milan. It's 20-30 minutes walking to Duomo. The property is very clean and cozy. In the same time it has a modern feel and look. The hostess is super nice. The kids were so impressed that they wanted to stay after the rental period has ended ;-) The only small downsides are: - There is a restaurant down below and you can feel some smells from the kitchen when windows are opened. - There was a solid noise from the trucks collecting the garbage. I'm not sure why they were in the region for so long and is this happening every night and is this happening in the whole city of Milan or simply we were not lucky that night. Both of this can be easily resolved with closing the windows.
