Acomodação espaçosa, bem decorada, confortável, bons chuveiros, boas camas e qualidade das amenidades, roupas de cama e banho. Tudo muito limpo. Estávamos em três amigas e nos sentimos em casa! O atendimento de Eduardo foi excelente! Localização perfeita, muito próxima ao Duomo e fácil acesso a pé a todos pontos turísticos. Gostamos muito! Tudo perfeito

• tony (8/5): Great location, nice size good amentities but lacked the finishingt touches to make it excellent - Location and size of the property along with 2 bathrooms and washing services which is what we wanted. The smallest thing like no coat hangers, no refill for the coffee pods or salt and pepper and oil. The kitchen was great but i had to provide these simple things to cook the simplest meal with. Also it would have been good to get a local map for coffee and supermarkets, train stations etc.

• Steiner (7/5): Spärlich eingerichtete Wohnung in einer super Lage mit sehr gutem Preis / Leistungs Verhältnis - Die Unterkunft hat eine Toplage, nur 600m vom Dom entfernt, direkt im Zentrum, Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war einfach, unkompliziert und half schnell weiter - super! Danke und weiter so!!! für 4 PErsonen ist die Unterkunft sehr groß, inkl. Wohnzimmer und Küche ist alles vorhanden die Räume sind nur sehr spärlich eingerichtet, Licht und Kästen tw. nicht vorhanden. 2tes Bad sehr klein. Auch die Sauberkeit ist "ok" aber nicht hervorragend. Alles in Allem würde ich es dennoch weiter empfehlen / wieder buchen, da Preis / Leistung / Lage für 4 Erwachsene sehr gut sind

• Agueda (7/5): Bien ubicado pero apartamento podría mejorarse! - La ubicación es perfecta, se puede ir a pie al Duomo. Metro cerca para desplazarse. Silencioso por la noche, se descansa bien y camas cómodas. Al apartamento le falta algo de mantenimiento a nivel general: poquísimo menaje de cocina, alguna bombilla parpadeante, alguna lámpara y toallero rotos, decoración nula...la cafetera no funcionaba, avisamos en recepción pero no hubo otra de recambio, nos tocaba bajar para que nos preparasen café de su cafetera, el personal muy atento y amable en todo momento, eso sí! Otro inconveniente es que hay bastante luz por la noche a pesar de las "cortinitas" (alguna rota) de las ventanas y si te gusta dormir a oscuras mejor llévate un antifaz!

• Hyoyeul (7/5): - 이틀 숙박함. 수건 넉넉하게 주고 welcome water 작은 2병 준게 좋았음. 커피와 티백이 있음. 이불과 베개가 잘 세탁되어진 느낌이라 좋았음. 수압도 강하고 drain 물 막힘도 없었음. 밤늦게 체크인했는데..숙소가는길이 너무 깜깜하고 무서웠는데 숙소가 있는 골목길은 밝고 환하게 조명이 켜져있었음. 너무늦은시간이라 리셉션에 직원은 없었지만 1층 로비랑 리셉션에도 밝게 불켜져있어서 안심할수 있었음. 투베드룸인데 정말 방이 2개였고 화장실도 2개였음 TV가 samsung껀데 휴대전화랑 연결해서 원하는 영상보기가 편했고 넷플릭스도 호텔아이디로 로그인되어있어서 편하게 영화도 즐길수있었음. 창밖을 내다보는데 다람쥐들이 여럿 뛰어노는걸 봤음. 위치는 밀라노 대성당과 10분~12분정도였고 가는 길에 각종 프랜차이즈 상점들이 많고 근처에 마트가 있어서 장보기 편했어요. 체크아웃하고 아이들과 잠시 앉아 있을 공간도 있어서 좋았어요 무조건 여기를 선택하라고는 못하겠어요. 하지만 당신이 찾는 가격대 숙소 중에 더 나은 옵션이 없다면 이 숙소도 괜찮은 곳이에요. 전 유럽사람이 아니라서 그럴지도 모르겠어요. 커피포트에 잔뜩 쌓인 석회는 더러워보였어요. 주방세제도 거의 없는거 줬어요. 세제통을 버려도 될만큼 거의 다 쓴거였는데.. 손세정제도 화장실 2곳에 놓여있었지만 1곳은 텅비어있었어요. 샴푸는 1곳에만 준비되어있었는데 이것도 물을 탄 샴푸상태였고 아무리 눌러도 물 섞인 샴푸 거품만 나와서 기분이 나빴어요. 그래서 마트에서 새 샴푸를 직접 샀어요. 샴푸랑 세제는 리셉션에 요청했다면 주셨겠지만, 이런 기본적인?건 요청하지않아도 미리 잘 준비되어있어야 한다고 생각해요.6

The location was slightly inside, which nothing can be done about ... But had the toiletries been added it wud have been an icing on the cake. • Andrea (8/5): Un apartamento formidable en Milán centro - La ubicación es formidable, en pleno centro a 10 minutos del Duomo. Está en una calle no muy transitada y el apartamento daba a un patio interior por lo que era muy tranquilo y agradable y permitía descansar. El apartamento es grande y dispone de todas las comodidades necesarias. Tiene un aseo y un baño completo. La cama de matrimonio es grande y cómoda. Tanto el edificio como el apartamento tiene un diseño muy bonito. La recepción de la llegada como de la salida es todo digital. Para nosotros es una ventaja aunque puede que a mucha gente no le guste. La persona encargada nos fue respondiendo con inmediatez y siempre estuvo disponible. No pongo un 10 por esto solo por lo demás de 10. El sofá cama está hecho polvo como sofá y como cama es un destroza espaldas. La almohadas son del estilo blandas de Ikea tampoco ayudan.

Sin embargo nunca se acercó nadie a solucionar ese problema. Por ello debimos usar el baño más pequeño para ducharnos.

Le falta atención al detalle, para mejorar la relación calidad precio. Un sofá del apartamento está algo viejo incluso se veía sucio y descuidado. Cuando llegamos no había shampoo, jabón, faltaban ganchos para la ropa, la información del wifi y los platos del lavavajillas estaban s8ucios. Bajamos a la recepción y lo resolvieron todo. (La atención y trato del personal de recepcion es super amable y son muy resolutivos) Pero si esperábamos que un alojamiento de este precio tenga mucho más cuidado con esas cosas.

• Jaerin (9/5): - Really spacious and gorgeous apartment - we were a family of 3 but it could have easily hosted 4 or more. Staff was helpful and communication was easy via WhatsApp. Location is great, a good 10 min walk to Duomo but in a not so touristy area, which was great. A bit pricey but we realized later that it was the F1 weekend. Some amenities were missing (hand soap, etc.)

Raw decor only white walls in bedrooms. The bathroom needs urgent redecoration. Basic furniture, terrible sofa bed metal construction with mattres 3 cm you could feel every spring.

The air conditioning is functioning properly which is very important for us to sleep through the night.the location is impeccable It's walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, sightseeing spots and shopping. The concierge is very helpful and she called a taxi for us on departure. The shower of both bathrooms is out of maintenance.

• Snejinka (9/5): Superb - Apartment is quite big and has 2 baths. It is in quiet area near the metro. There is a coffee machine and some capsules were left. The sofa looks very dirty. We slept on it, but on the next day we folded it in order to sit more comfortably. Then we were unable to open the bed and had to sleep on the folded sofa.
• Murat (7/5): Great location! - The Location is great! It is easy to walk to any destination. The sofa in the living room was dirty and uncomfortable, and there were no blackout curtains on the windows. It's not that difficult to install them. This considerably decreased the quality of sleep.

The place was clean and had everything you need in the kitchen. The sofa bed.. that was awful.. very noisy and old with lots of stains.. Also the cleaner didn’t prepare the sofa bed when we’ve arrived.. we’ve had to figure it out when we get at the place.. and there weren’t no pillowcases either.

• Murali (8/5): Good apartment and service, but can be better - All good as described. 1. Mia and Ed were extremely good in customer service. They were very responsive 2. We had a late check in due to our delayed arrival in Milan. Mia was very kind and supportive. 3. We were allowed 2 hours of extra checkout time. This allowed us to manage the unwell children without an issue 4. We gave them an unopened wine bottle which we could kot carry with us anyway But I didn't find it exceptional because of the following: 1. We had no toiletries (shower gel) ready in the apt. We had already checked in late and thus did not want to inconvenience the hosts. 2. Pressing iron was missing. 3. The dishwasher tablet was missing. The next day, when we requested, these were immediately delivered. But this could have been anticipated by the hosts, and they could have had them ready like any other stay. In both the bathrooms, the shower installations were bad. They were close to broken. They could not be raised or lowered, making it impossible for us to convert them into standing showers, which would have been better for the crammed shower space provided. Another very important thing: if you are travelling from Milan Central with luggage to this place please take a taxi. Don't make the mistake of taking the train and then metro 3. Multiple reasons : 1. The street leading to this apartment is cobbled and very difficult to drag the luggage 2. The street lights are missing. Checking in late at night gives the creeps 3. Metro station is far from the property, and dragging the luggage to this property is not recommended. That the metro stations themselves are creepy and shady is another reason.

• Militsa (10/5): Huge apartment in a convenient location - The property was huge which we did not expect, our little son could run around and he really enjoyed it. Very close to the duomo and the train station, there were nice cafes nearby and the supermarket was just 4 minutes away. Very convenient location. The apartment was warm and had all the amenities. The hostess was really kind and helpful. A suggestion would be to offer some bathing soaps. No bathing soaps in the apartment.

• Astghik (10/5): Warm and cozy stay - We stayed for two nights. The apartment is located on a quiet street, not far from the main tourist areas and metro stations. The reception staff was very helpful and assisted us with the door codes. The apartment was spacious for two people, featuring effective air conditioning and central heating, one shower, and two toilets. My friend slept on the couch, which was a bit uncomfortable but not bad enough to complain about. The balcony offered a lovely view, and the shower in the large bathroom was excellent. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to prepare a quick snack at home. As a bonus, it rained during our stay, and we were able to borrow umbrellas from reception, which was very convenient. -
• Benjamin (10/5): Value for money and everything is perfect. - The access into the apartment is easy, and the entire aprtment is clean. Quite a 20 mins walk to the Duomo area, but it is a good walk.
• Stamatios (9/5): Excellent - Very clean, very comfortable, super location! There was a small problem with the boiler, probably occasional. But they immediately told us to come and fix it. Also, in the one bedroom with the two single beds, put a light on.

• Judith (8/5): Great location - The size of the apartment is great and it's easy to access. It's in a great location. There is an elevator! There wasn't any shower gel provided. They just put the hand soap dispenser from the sink into the shower. When i asked about it they said they had provided but I said it was hand soap not shower gel, and I was ignored.

• Nur (9/5): Perfect for a short or long stays - The apartment exceeded our expectation. It was clean with full amenities. The location is secluded but still close to the attractions. The restaurants are close by and away from tourist-centric areas, so the prices are affordable and delicious too. There's an elevator available which was great for us to haul up our large and heavy suitcases. There's a person on standby at the reception desk ready to help with any concerns. No complaints. Everything was great.

• Taraneh (5/5): Good location apartment with very uncomfortable sofa bed - The location of the apartment was very good in a quiet street and it was spacious. There was a Nespresso coffee machine with some capsules in the kitchen which was good. The sofa bed was broken and very uncomfortable. After I asked the property to change the sofa bed and fix it, they first refused to do anything about the sofa bed and after I contacted Booking.com someone came the next day and fixed the broken part, but still the sofa bed was really old with a very thin mattress which was uncomfortable. Also, the double bed made a lot of noise and was not comfortable. In general, most of the facilities in the apartment needed maintenance and everything seemed very old and not as clean as it should be. It was not worth the money we spent.
