• Olivia (6/5): Logement très bien situé pour visiter tout à proximité - Logement très bien placé et pratique : l’essentiel est là. La déco est simple, mais efficace pour un séjour sans prise de tête. La rue est animée (bars juste en bas), donc bruyante le soir et tôt le matin (on a eu droit au camion de collecte verre à 6h).
• Hamad (7/5): Very good location - Location was excellent and Fabio was very accommodating with early checkin andate checkout. Shower water was lukewarm and musty smell from bathroom drains.

• Saramito (8/5): Appartement au cœur de Milan parfait pour visiter les lieux incontournables - Appartement très bien placé au cœur du quartier de Brera (très touristique et beaucoup de restaurants/bars). Les sites touristiques sont accessibles à pied. Emplacement très bruyant. Les bars en bas ont fait du bruit jusqu’à parfois 3h et + Du bruit aussi le matin Apparentement mal isolé et quartier bruyant.

• Schwarz (7/5): - the location was what it promised to be, in the heart of Brera. I had breakfast at the café of the Brera Gallery across the street and it was a nice environment, good coffee and brioche. plenty of interesting shops, bars and restaurants around, some good gelato, the Brera galleries and Teatro alla Scala nearby. the apartment was clean and offered all I needed in terms of furniture, equipment, cleanliness. In the end, unfortunately, the reviews I had read were right about the noise. Nothing Fabio can change, of course. But even in the winter with windows closed and all, the noise from the bar underneath the house next door went on until 2:30 in the morning. At 5 a.m. the municipal cleaning came to, again, noisily prepare the streets for the new day's visitors. at 7 a.m. a neighbour needed to watch TV,... in short, the night was extremely short and didn't help to feel great about the stay. If you're one of those partying into the night - it is a great spot and you won't be bothered by the noise. if you are there for work and have to function the next day, you might want to search for something in a calmer neighbourhood.

• Claudia (8/5): Really in the heart of Brera - The location was great, full of restaurants, interesting shops, bars. The room - a mini apartment really - was very nice and well spacious, the building itself was amazing, the bed was well comfortable, there was an espresso machine and everything was well clean. There was no shampoo, only body wash. The street noise goes on until 3am ... If you are on a work trip, it could be tricky to fall asleep.

• Maria (8/5): Large space, clean room. Great location! - Clean, large, open space. Excellent location, although noisy from the pedestrian traffic below. A small price to pay if you want the action. We did not mind, but I’d you need rest, consider something else. Small, right kitchen. Not ideal if you want to cook. We did not need this feature, but do be aware.

Easy walking distance to the medieval Castello Sforzesco which is definitely worth visiting however the museum section is closed on Mondays. Also strolling through Parco Costello. The owner was very helpful.

• Tran (5/5): Passable - Great location The sofa bed too old and it was broken before my sister come. So her husband and her son had to sleep on the floor. But the owner said my sister broken sofa bed and requesting to pay refund 160 euro. I only agree to pay 60€ extra cleanings
