• Nevena (8/5): - I liked the location and the fact that it has a floor within an apartment. I didn't like the fact that you need to call an Italian number to unlock it, which is a problem for phone cards that are blocked abroad (like in our case).

• Giovanni (8/5): - La struttura è dotata dei servizi necessari, pulita e si è dimostra in posizione comoda, per le mie esigenze, essendo vicina all'Istituto Nazionale Tumori. Un aspetto che ritengo sia da migliorare, è la finestra-vetrata posta al piano terra, che è rivolta sulla strada principale ed espone ai rumori e al chiacchierare sulla via, con poca privacy all'interno. Anche per l'aspetto sicurezza questo lato andrebbe protetto meglio.

Reservamos y nos mandan un enlace a una pagina que no funciona después de más de dos horas en la puerta intentándolo y hablando por mensajes con una persona del hospedaje no conseguimos nada no nos dió otra solución para poder entrar y encima con chulería y prepotencia. Total del pago de 130€ nos devolvieron 30€ y se quedaron con 100€ y todo eso a las 10 de la noche a buscar otro hotel, Booking se lavo las manos. ESTAFA
• Youssouf (10/5): Proche de tout (transport et commerce). - J’ai tout aimé. Il avait tout les matériel pour cuisine et proche du logement il y a un endroit où on peut s’acheter à manger. C’est très calme la nuit donc on peut s’endormir facilement. Et les transports pour aller au centre c’est à deux minutes d’ici. Rien à signaler

• Vanessa (10/5): Very nice stay - It’s comfortable and cozy and has everything needed. The cleanliness was on a very high level It’s noisy because the apartment is on the ground floor and you can hear people walking past your window. The heating system was not clear enough
• Dunja (10/5): This was my best trip so far. Milan is one of the most beutiful cities and definitely worth visiting. PrimoPiano Imana o - I liked the location, it’s easy to go anywhere you want. It was clean, comfortable, useful. The grocery shop was right across the apartment. Metro Station Argonne is 7 minutes away. I really enjoyed in everything this apartment gave. I think that the only “bad” thing was that you can hear everything that’s going on outside. When people are walking by you can easily hear what they’re talking about. Also traffic sometimes, but it didn’t bother me.

Există un tramvai care duce la gară direct și market fix lângă cazare Matul este puțin inconfortabil și urmele de murdărie făcute în timp. Nu există un aparat de cafea

• Emanuela (5/5): - Purtroppo la foto della finestra che si vede è falsa, infatti in realtà davanti alla finestra c'è una saracinesca che non permette di vedere nulla all'esterno e impedisce l'entrata di aria. Il condizionatore è rumorosissimo e poco funzionante. La scala di accesso al soppalco rappresenta un pericolo per persone di una certa età e con difficoltà di movimento.

• Vincenzo (4/5): - La posizione La scala troppo stretta, il materasso da buttare e mancava la cosa fondamentale il condizionatore e non potevamo aprire la finestra in quando dava sulla strada al piano terra senza zanzariere, praticamente abbiamo fatto la sauna con il solo ventilatore.

• Laura (6/5): Location is good. - Location The boiler is small and doesn’t allow comfortable time in the shower, I prefer it hot. The light of the main room cannot be switched off from the bedroom meaning you might have to get upstairs in the dark. Costumer service rude.

• Constantin (5/5): Milano nice, apartment bad - The heating in the apartment works only few hours per day. During the night it gets very cold in the apartment. The apartment is actually an old garage or something like that. There is no wall between the street just glass and plastic. They don’t provide another source of heating to use. They can’t be called during the weekends, they are not very nice. U can pay a few extra euros and find another place with good conditions.

• Daria (6/5): Pleasant - Mattresses on the bed are in very bad condition. They are leaning to the centre of the bed on both sides and you keep falling inside during the sleep. It’s very uncomfortable 😟 The blue line that goes to the apartment is closed after 10pm so you can only used different buses. Be aware

• Fidana (9/5): Pleasant, short stay in Milan - The location is easy to reach. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The busses and the tram are walking distance. Small but sufficient apartment. I really liked the clean scent in the entrance of the apartment building. A kettle could be better than a teapot. It wasn't convenient to use the stove all the time to boil the water to make tea or coffee. Also the table was not clean. Unfortunately the nice smell of the entrance turned into an unpleasant one in front of the apartment door.

• Abigail (7/5): Great value - Value for money, telly had Netflix, good size fridge and kitchen for a studio apartment. Bus just round corner - good as my daughter didn't want to walk that much in the sun. Don't drop any food on floor without cleaning it up as ants did come out. But it's a hot country so I don't think that's unusual, just keep it clean. It says intercom is favelo but it doesn't work and food delivery driver shouted at me cos it didn't work! 🤷🙄 Street can be noisy but fine with earplugs.

I couldn’t sleep / rest at all. place would be super cool and - The place itself is big, comfortable and modern. we liked the wardrobe , the bed and the living room. we didn’t have time to watch Netflix, but the television has Netflix. There is a big supermarket on the corner and the tram station (5) is close. If you are looking for a place to rest / actually sleep this is not it. the window is so thin that you can hear people talking on the street and the apartment is on the same level as the street, so if you open the window, you are facing the parking cars. one morning I woke up at 3:35 because of the LOUD noise from the street and the other day at 6.30 because they were emptying the glass containers (bottles and anything that’s glass). Also, at night, you can hear the conversations of people outside or the cars leaving the parking place just like you were next to them, or outside. it is also quite far from the center, which I knew but considering everything it was not worth it for us.

• Xristo (3/5): Poor - Near bus/tram station and market but far from the city centre. -NO Heating when outside is 10 C !! Even i ask she didnt bring to me ! My baby was frozing ! -NO internet,they fix it the day before i leave the app – It is located on the first floor and the window faces the street, the sound isolation is poor, all passers-by were heard and some managed to knock on the windows and its cold becayse of that -Garage converted to appartment no izolation or something ! -No elevetor and there is stairs so if you are with baby and troley is dificault to get to the app,no space where to leave the troley because is small app. -There are 2 single matters on the bed its not one and you are going down to the middle not comfortable

• Andrada (7/5): Ok - It was clean and we had all the facilities we needed. The noise was TERRIBLE. You were hearing everything that was happening outside. I think the apartment was probably an old storage unit transformed into a duplex.

• Leon (6/5): Fine for money value. - The kitchen was well equipped, and the location is fine for the money value. The room height of the bedroom is pretty low, we had to bend a bit to walk. It’s was very hot at night and not much air flow at the bedroom. The bed is made from two separate beds making less comfortable for a couple to cuddle. The items in the kitchen are based from previous visitors, like salt, suger, tea, coffee etc…
