• ariana (5/5): Great location, would stay again if owners put some money towards better maintenance. - The location was perfect, walking distance to FamilyMart, local restaurants and cafes, the AEON supermarket, and the train station, which made everything incredibly convenient. The washing machine and mini kitchen were also very handy to have. However, overall the facilities felt like they were operating at about 60% of their potential, and with a few improvements, the experience could have been much better. We stayed in Room 301. The main downside was the size. It was very small and there wasn’t much space once we opened our suitcases. I understand the size can’t be changed, but maybe the layout could be adjusted to make better use of the space. The apartment also looked much older than the photos on Booking.com. In the photos there were four pillows, but in the room there were only two, and they were very thin. We had to go and buy extra pillows ourselves. The bathroom was the worst part. The shower was too small, and the taps and toilet leaked every time they were used, so the floor was always wet. The toilet seat had two cracks and would pinch when you sat down, which was uncomfortable. There was also nowhere to hang clothes after doing washing. A simple fold-up drying rack would have been more useful than the vacuum sitting in the corner taking up space. With some small improvements and better maintenance, this place could be much better.
• Tasuku (1/5): 繁忙期に空いていて、宿泊費も安かったので、眠れる場所の確保という意味ではとても助かったが、せめて全体的な清掃やヒビ割れた便座の交換は行って欲しかった。 - お盆時期で万博開催中なのに部屋が空いていた事。 Wi-Fiがインターネットに繋がっていなかった。 便座がヒビ割れていた。 コップの底に塵が堆積していて、長年洗っていない状態だったので、気付かず塵の塊を飲み込みそうになった。 床が簡易的に修復されている状態で、見た目に違和感を感じた。 施設全体的に古い家のような臭いを発していた。 テレビが無い。

• CHISATO (6/5): 立地がよく、リーズナブルでしたが一部不備がありました。 - 立地がとてもよかったです。 心斎橋まで歩いてすぐなので、終電も気にせず出掛けることができました。 また、近くにファミマがあるので買い物にも困りませんでした。 徒歩3分ほどの大通りの駐車場は祝日は24H2,000円とこの辺りにしては安いのでりようしやすかったです。 火災報知器が電池切れであったようで、"電池が切れています"と言うアナウンスとアラート音、ランプの点滅が就寝中なども定期的に発生するのでストレスでした。 エアコンが全然きかず、30度の設定にしても寒いのでずっと布団にくるまっていました。 ハンガーをかけるフックの設置がありましたが、 すぐ下に電子レンジがあり、20cmほどの隙間しかないので結局使うことはできず不便でした。 バスルームはカビなどもあり少し不衛生と感じました。

• sam (8/5): Ideal place with everything you need. - Had everything we needed. Washing machine and iron which came in handy. They provided charging cables with USB adapters which was cool to see of you ever forgot yours. Good kitchen unit. Provided tooth brushes and combs to! Small bathroom but is to be expected. The pillows were very flat. Messaged and asked for 2 more but they said no. Considering how flat the pillows are I think they should provide a few more. Bed a bit hard.

• Pichler (7/5): Unterkunft Zentral aber verbesserungswürdig. - Es ist gut erreichbar und Zentral. Das Zimmer war ansonsten passend. Küche hatte alles was es braucht auch ein Balkon war vorhanden. Wäsche waschen ist möglich mit Wäscheleine und genügend platz am Balkon. Relativ dreckig, unter dem Bett lagen allerhand Sachen von anderen Gästen. Das Bad hat schon bessere Tage gesehen, es sollte mal ordentlich geputzt werden. Ein Schild das einem mit Geldstrafen verbietet Schuhe im Zimmer zu tragen - Verständlich aber wie wird das kontrolliert? Mit Kamera? Das wäre sehr unangenehm. Der Gang war auch eher heruntergekommen. Sehr viele Kameras und Verbotsschilder schüchtern ein. Nur eine Bettdecke. Es war nicht klar wie man zu neuen/frischen Handtüchern kommt.

• Pippa (3/5): Wouldn't stay here again... - The good: - Staff were great to communicate with and very quick to reply. - Location was pretty good. - Price, you get what you get if you want cheap accommodation. The bad: - Really dirty! Moldy bathroom, dirt/rubbish under bed and everything just felt grimy. - Was really confused about if this place was a hotel or not, I booked thinking it was and other guests I ran into seemed to think so as well. It's not a hotel, they are separate apartments rented out by a company on behalf of an owner. - The bathroom sink leaked and had rusted away from the wall. - Aircon was held together with duct tape, didn't attempt to use it to see if it worked.

The bed mattress is very old and would need a mattress topper or replacing. At the end of a long day, walking up stairs 🤣 we did have trouble initially using the pin to open the main entrance.

The room had no sound proofing and you can hear everything like the fire/ambulance station five doors down, which went off every other hour. The bathroom had mold all through it and every time we walked in it just smelt wet. The kitchen utensils weren’t cleaned and had oil all over it and the fridge didn’t stay cold at all.

• Hifza (10/5): Relaxed and convenient - I read so many bad reviews about this place that I was afraid I made a bad decision about booking this place but honestly I did not find this place as bad as they said. The location is perfect for the price. The room is very cozy. Comfortable bed. Has so many things like washing machine, microwave, ironing facilities, kettle and so on. Though the bathroom is a bit too small, probably uncomfortable for a tall person or someone overweight. But for solo traveler it’s a very nice place to stay. Close to metro
• Taylor.25.c. (2/5): You get what you pay for... - Hot water, heater, and washing machine were excellent. Price was very affordable. There is a very evident mould problem in the bathroom. Mould was all along the wall joins and the shower curtain. It felt very unclean. Cockroaches present. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were flat. The room was very small.
• Flippity (9/5): Superb - Very convenient, only 5-10 mins from shinsaibashi shopping street. Contactless check-in, with many notifications automated by the owner. It would be great for a longer stay as it's set up with kitchen and washing machine. The memory foam mattress and pillow were wonderful to sleep on and there was plenty of space in the studio to rearrange suitcases. I would definitely stay here again. The main door pin code is fiddly and I did worry I was locked out for a good 5 minutes on the first night. It would have been nice to have somewhere to hang coats and towels without getting out the clothes drying rack. The building is very noisy, particularly when upstairs neighbours play music.
• Yuki (7/5): Poor communication ruined my stay and my sleep - Apparently I should have received an email with check in instructions and the keylock code. I didn't receive any email in my inbox or spam folfer. I called the phone number given on the confirmation email more than a dozen times with no answer. Instead there was an automated response in English (no idea how foreigners are supposed to manage) basically saying to check my email for the code. I emailed twice times the property and never got a response although they spam Mr to death with unnecessary useless messages. It was past 10pm at night and extremely stressful. I had started to search fir another property. Extremely poor management and communication

• Vasco (2/5): Super location but you need to bear with cockroaches, ants and dirtiness - - Great location close to super good restaurants, 24h supermarket, several metro lines and convenience stores. You can even walk to several attractions of the city - Price would be good if the apartment would be properly cleaned and insect free - They have a small kitchen with basic tools, and laundry - You can leave the bags in the place a few hours before check in time - Good wifi - We had to stay the last night at another accommodation because we couldn’t bear the situation with the cockroaches anymore and the host understood and returned us the money (plus the cleaning fee) for that night - Not clean at all - We found cockroaches and ants that made us feel disgusted and paranoid. Each morning we found a new cockroach hanging around, we couldn’t even sleep well at night fearing cockroaches. After informing the host about this, we were asked to buy insecticide and handle this on our own - Broken fridge that froze our groceries over night. After telling the host, we got an answer as we would not be able to use a fridge and put the groceries in the freezer plate - not in 2-4 floor, like we have booked, and it turned out to be noisy as we could hear people outside on phone calls, or just walking during the night - Lack of isolation, we could hear when people upstairs would walk or use the toilet - There is no hot water in the kitchen sink as the faucet is missing - Instructions to open outside door were not specific enough. We did not understand which symbol to use, and we understood that we need to press each digit firmly and slowly to open the door later on - Washing machine did not properly clean some pieces of clothing

• Nordès (3/5): Poor - Nothing much. It's not "that" far from the metro station as long as you don't have to take the midosuji (red line). Let's be quick: - it was not totally clean - I had coackroach on the night table when I woke up. - noisy since I was on the first floor and thin outside wall - clean up fee were added when I paid, so I did not see it until I fully paid and it was the same price or more than the accommodation. And when you think you have roaches, that's a bit so-so. I should have taken the APA hotel not far instead with a better price and service. - good AC, but that's it. - have a kitchen (I did not use)

• Khalilah (8/5): Great place near the station for a solo traveler. - I liked how close the apartment was to the station, I could drop stuff off after a bit of shopping and continue with my day. Very close to shinsaibashi and can easily get to osaka station by train. I loved the vanity as the bathroom was a bit small so I can store my skincare/Make up. The space was large enough to have a large suitcase opened on the floor which was nice. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and there is no elevator. Door entrances are a bit low if you’re taller than 6 feet.

• Ekta (10/5): Excellent stay overall; Cosy apartment with useful amenities provided, location appropriate. - Excellent location; close to 3 metro stations… walking distance to Shinsaibashi-suji shopping and dotonbori.. Cosy apartment for a couple with a toddler. Balcony useful for fresh air and while drying clothes. Washing machine in the room which is a bonus. Bed and pillow were fine, we had good night sleep. Kitchen has good amenities such a cooking oil, salt and pepper, cooking Utensils and cutleries and serve ware, tea/coffee/sugar and milk. Bathroom was good and tidy containing shampoo,conditioner and body wash, toothbrush, paste, razor and cotton set. Not sure what to write about the size of the bathroom as for us it to appropriate for a 3 night stays. Its an experience to stay in a tiny cosy apartment applicable in most japanese lifestyle. Lastly, hosts have been always clear and responsive. Thank you, we had a lovely stay. 1. Please use a longer shower curtain if possible that would have much control on the water flow outside the tub. 2. Extra pair of towel.

• Natasha (9/5): Sizeable room with cute balcony - Self check-in and check-out was very easy with clear instructions. Aeon supermarket very close by, as well as some cool eateries and bars, and a short walk to the subway. The bedroom was a very good size and had basic cooking facilities and a clothes washing machine. We were excited to have a little balcony - it is too narrow to sit on the actual balcony (you can only stand), but we pulled chairs in front of the sliding door so we still sitting inside the room but looking outside. The bathroom was quite small but we managed just fine (my partner is 6ft and his knees didn’t hit the door as others have mentioned) - but taller or larger people might struggle slightly.

• Felix (8/5): Great location - Great location, very calm area. Easy check-in and check-out. It has all necessary utensils if you want to cook a fast meal. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Osaka as location is great and price is very reasonable. The toilet is very small, I know spaces in Japan are reduced but this one felt extremely small, a big person would struggle to move or take a shower. Probably, providing extra towels would be nice as we stayed 3 nights and we end up having to use the washing machine to wash the towels. Anyway, nothing that will stop us from staying here again.

• Nanasca (2/5): Very poor - I like that the necessities are complete. The bathroom looks old and dull and the check in and check out time was unfair. The staff are responsive but nowhere to be found. The gate is hard to unlock especially when entering the front door, no one helped me enter so I needed to wait for about an hour for someone to go out inside the building.

• Prathamesh (8/5): Apartment was well equipped but cleaning part was missing inspite of cleaning charges included - The apartment is apt to stay..comfortable..kitchen had basic utensils n a cooktop n basic food ingredients We had booked the same property twice as our flight got cancelled n was rescheduled on next day so we had to extend our stay by 1 night..we were charged twice for cleaning charges ie 3800 yen per stay but nobody turned up for the same..i need an answer on this as i had invested 7600 yen in total which were waste....rest ok but 7600 yen is a nih amount
