• Guest (9/5): Great property and value for money - Very big for Japan - kids loved upstairs rooms No baggage holding but we new this in advance so ok. Check out is exactly on 10am - cleaner waits outside till 10am - very prompt
• Leira (8/5): Experience Osaka like a local—stay in a cozy apartment at an affordable price. - The location is very nice. It was near the grocery store, some cafes, and restaurants. The apartment was quite spacious for 6 people. I think it could accommodate up to 10-12 guests. Appliances like AC/Heater, portable heater, fridge, washer, dryer, electric kettle, and microwave are readily available in the apartment. Be sure to prepare coins for the dryer as it coin operated. They also have hair dryers and towels for guests. It is nice and quiet in the area, as it is slightly away from the tourist spots, though attractions are walkable from the apartment. Also, the train station is about a 2-minute walk. We noticed that the AC heater takes time to heat the rooms, but we appreciate the portable heaters that were provided.

• NIHEI (10/5): 清潔な宿 - 非常に清潔的でバスタオルなどの用意も人数分以上用意されており、大人数での宿泊に最適でした。チャットでの対応も迅速でした。 大人数での宿泊で充電などをする際に、コンセントが各部屋に少し多めにあればより快適だったと思います。 また風呂場やトイレなどのドアには鍵があった方がプライバシー的にもより良くなると思いました。

• Rui (10/5): Perfect! - The location is perfect. Very close to the railway station and a convenient store. We can get to Shinsaibashi in less than 13 mins. Most importantly, the house is so cozy! Everything you may need is prepared. It is a typical family house in Japanese style. If you want to experience the life of a citizen in Osaka, I would recommend this house without any hesitation! The only shortcoming is that the beds are a bit too hard for my waist. Considering there are five beds in all, i guess it would be nice if the owner can replace at least one of them with a softer mattress. It is really tooooo hard for my waist.

The location couldn’t have been more convenient—just a short walk to the train station, which made getting around the city so easy. There were also several convenience stores and a supermarket nearby, which was perfect for grabbing essentials or a quick snack. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. After a long day exploring the city, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Osaka. Highly recommended!

• Deny (9/5): It is like you stay in your own house - The vibe of japanese house was amazing. The property is well maintain, very clean and comfortable. It was looks like you have your own house in Japan. Very strategic, close to the fresh market and stations. What I regret is I don't had the chance to try a free bicycle provided by this house!!

And separate rooms, heating was much needed and appreciated for late December. Shower was awesome. Communication with host was excellent and very responsive! • Celestial_ace (8/5): Cosy and comfortable stay in a quiet neighbourhood - As my family's (5A) needs leaned towards the basics, the property met our requirements for a comfortable stay. ~ cosy house located in a quiet residential area, making your stay feel like a "home away from home". ~ 5mins walk to the Tanimachi 6-chome subway station. ~ less than 5mins to the supermarket and 7eleven konbini store. ~ easy walking distance to the Karahori shopping mall that has many cafes, local restaurants, and shops/supermarkets. ~ the house is clean, spacious enough for 5ppl to move around, with room for your luggage to store, and bedding for everyone. ~ provided free internet access and a TV ~ has basic kitchenware/utensils, a microwave, kettle, drip coffee maker, and rice cooker. ~ provided just enough bed linen, towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and toothbrush for 5ppl. It's nice that there's plenty of hot water and it's temperature regulated at 40°Celsius. ~ has a washing machine, but the dryer is coin operated and charges ¥100 per 60mins per load. Note that it can take several loads for your clothes to dry fully as there really is no room to air dry your clothes. ~ free use of (2) bicycles, just remember to lock them back in place. ~ easy check-in / check-out process. ~ communication with host was prompt with messages answered within 24-48hrs. ~ it's a 2 storey house and the staircase is narrow and a little steep which can be hard for some people to go up and down them. ~ the air-con in the living room might need maintenance as it was noisy, but you eventually get used to the "ambient sound of cicadas" after a while. ~ No option to air dry your clothes if you don't want to pay for using the dryer.

• Ong (9/5): Value for money. good location - Comfortable, cosy house. Supermaket 2 mins walk. Excellent location and the place is clean. Comfortable for 6 adults + 2 child. A lot of restaurants nearby. 25 mins walk to Dotonbori. 10 mins walk to subway. It would be perfect to have bathroom on the ground floor. Will book again. 2nd floor dont have toilet . . Not enough space to dry the laundry. I can't find table cloth. Staircase to 2nd floor small and narrow .
• Thibaut (9/5): Superb - The house is great, big and beautiful. Her location is in a small and very quiet street. The facilities made our stay very comfortable. Everything is here as an hotel (toothbrush, hair dryer, cleaning products for dishes...) The toilets was clean but we was smelling a bad smell.
• Tony (10/5): Kashikiri Ikkenya Sora is an excellent choice to stay in Osaka - Excellent location close to the subway and shopping and restaurants yet very quiet Kitchen had minimal cooking equipment. We bought and donated a cutting board to the kitchen

• Travel_dad (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great: set back on a quiet little street, a very short walk to the train station, restaurants, and convenience stores. Everything in the house was easy to use, with plenty of directions in Japanese and English. There was plenty of space for our family of 6. Contacting the owners was very easy and they were always very prompt to respond. Leaving; I wish we could have stayed longer!
• Haikal (9/5): Just the place is quite hard to find. Anyways I understand that the place is a house so yes. - The place is clean, everything is working well and I like how comfortable is the bed. Even the sofa is nice and comfy. My room got a good decoration which is with One Piece Figure and also a lot of manga. All is good.
