• terurunrun (10/5): 又泊まりに行きたい宿です。 - 大人数（６人）で泊まったのですが、 広くて快適でした！ 駐車場もチェックインからチェックアウトまで 出し入れ自由、無料で利用出来たのも良かったです。 悪天候でUSJまでの送迎が中止になった事。 でも、それだけ安全管理を徹底されているのだと思います。

• Hideya (9/5): 駐車場の件が無ければ大変満足できたのに残念です - ゆったりしたベッド(ダブル)が４つもあり、部屋の広さといい付属設備も色々用意されていて大変満足した。 申し込み項目の中に駐車場予約が無かったので、要望欄に念の為に駐車場を利用したい旨入力したが、予約が終了した後で事前予約が必要と返信があった。 わざわざトリバゴの方に連絡して確認して貰ってようやく依頼が完了したが、申し込みの際の項目に最初から入っていればこんなわずらはしさは起きないはずでは。

• KIYO (8/5): 家族連れのユニバやベイエリア観光に最適。 - ユニバや最寄駅への送迎が子連れにとってありがたかった。多少、時間に遅れてしまったり急な時間の変更にも快く対応して頂けた。 特にないくらい快適。 あえて言うならWi-Fiが玄関掲示されてるのを気づかず施設案内資料を見て迷ってしまった。すぐメールの返信が来たので問題なかった。 洗濯干しが壊れてた？干すと落ちてしまう。

• 坪田 (8/5): とても良かったです。また利用したいです。 - お部屋が綺麗で広くて快適でした。 洗面所、トイレ、シャワールームとも二つずつあって、グループや家族で利用する際助かります。 2階、3階への入り口がわかりにくく、また階段も急なので、大きなスーツケースを持って3階まで上がるのが大変でした。
• Satomi (9/5): - とにかく部屋がキレイでキッチン用品や化粧水などの備品が揃っていて　まるで家のようでした。急なリクエストにも答えてくださりチェックアウト後に海遊館までトゥクトゥクで送っていただきました。ちびっ子や荷物があったのでありがたかったです。 普段静かな場所で生活しているため気になった事が１つ。ゲストハウスは幹線道路沿いなので夜中から明け方までは　大型トラックなどの騒音が激しく眠りが浅かったです。次回は耳栓持って行きます。

• MEGUMI (10/5): 素敵なお部屋でリフレッシュ👀‼️ - 宿泊前から、何度も宿泊サービス、観光やちかくの天然温泉についての細かな質問、ギリギリまでチェックインの時間がわからず、宿泊中も何度も予定変更をしたのですが、どの質問にも、素早く本当に丁寧に対応してくださり、感謝でいっぱいです。 USJへのボート送迎も、はじめての体験でありがたかったです。 徒歩圏内に駅、バス停、天保山、海遊館、天然温泉、お買い物はコスモスもあり困らず、滞在中の無料駐車場完備、お部屋も広く、トイレや洗面所も2ヵ所もあり(201号室)、インテリアも素敵、お洗濯や、簡単な炊事もでき、自宅にいるような、とても快適にゆったり５日間を過ごせました。 なにより、オーナーさんの人柄がとても温かく本当に癒されました。 また、大阪帰省、USJに行くときには、ぜひ利用させてください。 年越しまたぐ５日間、お世話になり、本当にありがとうございました。 良くなかった点は、ないのですが、しいて言えば、お洗濯した時に干す物干し竿がもう１本あったり、ハンガーがもう少しあると助かりました。

• Masuyo (8/5): リピートありの宿 - 駐車場が近くで無料、清潔、今回は使って無いが台所用品がかなり充実している、トゥクトゥクも利用できる、ホテルのフロント業務がなくて楽、近場にスポットが多い お風呂に浸かりたかったけど、シャワーしかなかった。寝室にテレビがあれば横になって見れた。

• バロンくん (10/5): 細かいところまで気配りがある - 隅々まで行き届いた施設です。 部屋や寝具はとても清潔です。 すぐそばに無料駐車場があります。 万博に行くのに利用しましたがユニバも近いのでまた泊まりたい。 前が道路なので場所的にダンプや大型トラックが通りますが 音はさほど気になりませんでした。

• Nathalie (7/5): Location noisy, not pretty but very convenient - Clean very large apartment offering complimentary boat shuttle to Universal studios which was a big bonus as we were only there for 2 nights for usj. Some noise from trucks at street level at night which disturbed the sleep of some but very convenient for usj and easy ride share to airport. Good restaurants and kombinis close by.
• Chad (7/5): We enjoyed our stay with a big family. A few cons but overall it had everything we needed. - Location was good for travelling around Japan. Close to shops and attractions. The amenities in the house were great for what we needed. The location was right on a main road with a lot of loud trucks etc passing all hours of the night and early morning. The view was quite poor with a main road and a factory right behind the building. The thin floors and walls means it wasn't great for noisy children to stay, we felt like we were walking on egg shells all week. Have to take the stairs to your room outside and when wet were a little daunting for a couple of oldies.

• Y (10/5): 大変お世話になりました。機会がありましたら、また宿泊したいです！ - 部屋がとても広々としていて清潔でした。ベッドも大きく、トイレも2つ、洗面所も2つ、バスルームとは別にシャワー室まであり、とても贅沢な空間でした。家族全員のテンションが上がっていました。また、洗濯機や電子レンジもあり快適でした。 スタッフの方も非常に親切で、事前の質問等に迅速かつ丁寧に返信して頂き、安心感がありました。 そして、USJへのクルーズ送迎と、海遊館までのトゥクトゥクのサービスが最高でした。 駅からの通り道にコンビニ等があると更に便利でした。とはいえ、歩いて数分の場所にコンビニがあるので助かりました。

• Heath (10/5): A great place in a great location - This place was a magnificent place to stay for our family of 3. The location was nice and close to Universal studios and having the option to take the shuttle boat to USJ was great as it was a 10min trip after a big day on our feet it was worth its weight in gold. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, clean and close to all the amenities needed for a family. The host and staff were very friendly and great to deal with at all times. We would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone it was fantastic. Nothing.

• Rosana (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very kind, they allow us to check in early by 10:00 am even the check in time is 16:00 pm for free. Highly recommended for USJ trip. Free boat transfer that takes only 5 minutes. The room was very clean, and all you need are complete, very comfortable beds. We booked Room 201 with 2 toilets, 2 shower and 1 bath tub. The room was very spacious that can accommodate even 12 pax. Highly recommended.

• Maria (9/5): We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay! - It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It is like a home away from home. It is located in a mostly residential neighborhood that has a Family Mart and laundry services nearby; and quaint coffee shops within walking distance. One other main reason why we chose this property is that it is near Universal Studios Japan. We were able to get a free round trip private boat ride that only took a few minutes to get us to USJ! If you’re looking to go to shopping areas like Dotonbori, train stations, and other tourist spots, you’ll need to allot 30-45 minutes travel time by car or taxi.

• Eric (7/5): Suitable for families. - The host responds quickly. The room is comfortable and well-equipped. Close to the main road, soundproofing is average — mornings can be quite noisy.
• Hitesh (10/5): Exceptional - Good location for Universal Studios Japan (USJ). Good sized accommodation, very clean, very comfortable, has all required amenities. Owner is very kind and helpful. Owner was also the driver for our ferry ride to USJ, and he kindly waited for us to arrive for our return boat trip in the evening when we were running late. Would highly recommend it. There are several steps to reach the room 301, and there is no elevator (lift) facility in the building, which makes it difficult to carry heavy suitcases.

• Michelle (9/5): Great little gem - It was all really good. Clean, spacious, comfortable. The boat ride to USJ was a highlight. 10min walk to Osakako subway. The only dislike was the traffic noise but nothing can alter that.

• Chris (10/5): Great for families - Key was available for us apon arrival, huge, spacious room easily accommodated our large family of 5. Two full bvathrooms and toilets. Location is excellent for the Osaka Aquarium and giant ferris wheel. The best part, BOAT TRANSFER to universal studios was a huge highlight (our host was the boat driver). Our host was very friendly and even made us some beautiful sandwiches upon departure. Highly recommended, will definitely return. The only downside (not the hosts fault) is that if there is a child stomping around upstairs at 5am, you will hear it!!!

We could also be sent to Aquarium Kaiyukan, but we didn't make it because of flight problems. Self-service check-in and check-out were very convenient. On the morning of check-out, we were sent a sandwich breakfast and snacks when we were sent to Universal Studios by boat.

• Lucas (10/5): A Perfect Affordable Option If You're In The Area For The USJ or Kaiyukan - The apartment was an amazing value overall. Situated in a quiet located that was actually safe during all hours, it was close enough to the aquarium and USJ plus a short distance to some great restaurants and all major convenience stores. The boat service offered to USJ was a great added perk and added to the experience, the boat operator was kind and helpful, and the views you on the boat ride during the day and especially during the night were amazing. The apartment itself was a great mix of traditional with modern and felt really cozy, with all the bathroom and kitchen amenities you could need for your stay. HIGHLY recommended if you are coming to Osaka to see the Kaiyukan or Universal Studios. Nothing, it was everything I needed for my stay and MORE!
• Mari (4/5): Spacey but not very comfortable. - The size of the unit was big and made it comfortable after getting used to business hotels. There were constant traffic of big trucks and the room didn’t get dark enough after switching the lights off. Also there were many mini cockroaches in the dining room and toilet.
• Bell (9/5): Excellent property, host and features for our visit to USJ- highly recommend! - The room was spacious and well equipped. Attention to detail was appreciated in bathroom and kitchen supplies. It’s very nice to have a few common items like salt and sauces. It seems this host thought of everything! Linens and beds were very comfortable. In particular, the boat ride taxi to USJ dock was so helpful and was a fantastic feature as was the Tuk tuk transport from the wonderful Aquarium and Mall area. Highly recommend. Very little to dislike. The building sways a little when large trucks drive by. There was a slight stuffy odor in the house that easily cleared with opening windows or turning on the air.

• Anthony (3/5): It was my mistake in booking in the wrong area but I recommend avoiding this place. - The apartment is spacious and clean and has everything you need…….but It’s in the middle of nowhere, very difficult to find at night and there’s limited options re shops within walking distance. The area is a little scary at night and the noise from the expressway and local streets make it difficult to sleep. We stayed one night and got out first thing in the morning.

It is very near Universal studios and the neighborhood is very quiet. there are nearby convenient stores and grocery store. Stayed in the 2nd floor. The stairs was a bit of a struggle for multiple luggage groups. It is also quite far from downtown Osaka.
