• Philip (7/5): Good stay close to restaurants and transport. - Renovated good sized apartment that was clean and comfortable. Excellent shower and bed with lovely sheets. The wi fi didn’t work the entire stay. Entry, lift and corridor all looked concerning and doubtful until we saw the apartment.

• Loriana (5/5): Passable - Location is nearby shopping area, walking distance to Milan landmarks. Misleading advertised on Booking as an “apartment with a separate bedroom”, it is in fact one single room with a bed, a sofa and a kitchenette corner.

• James (7/5): In cool weather great for a night or two. - Location was 10. Close to many great restaurants and cafes and to the Milan Garibaldi Train Station. Also communication with Sara was easy and responses were extremely quick. It was during the heat spell. The air conditioner was not powerful enough to cool the room. Although the room was cleaned ahead of time, the air conditioner had been shut off to save energy so the room had no chance of ever cooling down. We were allowed to retrieve a fan from another unit down the hall but at that point we were just blowing hot air. A rough night’s sleep. Most problematic is that in all the properties and Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at over many years — this is the second time when we’ve been asked for and offered a discount if we left a 10 review. That makes all the good reviews for the property suspect and we rely on reviews for making decisions on lodging. We are Airbnb owners of two apts and value honest reviews as owners as well as guests. Also you’re only want this place for a night or two in cool weather if you didn’t plan to cook — although there are appliances, there were no real utensils with which to prepare and cook meals. Basic pot and pan or two, one wooden spoon. No knives, cutting board, mixing utensils, colander, etc.
• Aoife.oc (10/5): Really nice clean modern apartment. Would stay again. Good contact with the host. - Modern, bright, spacious, clean apartment. Bottle of water in the fridge for us on our arrival. Good location with lots of restaurants around. 15/20 min walk from the Duomo. Comfortable beds. Everything was good.
• Jana (10/5): Beautiful, clean, cosy and spacious accommodation in the city centre. - We were with friends for 1 night in Milan and booked this accommodation which was a very pleasant surprise. The communication with the owners was really very fast and nice. They sent all the info and were there for us on the phone. The accommodation itself was WOW! Clean, spacious, large bathroom with a large shower, comfortable bed and sofa bed and a balcony overlooking the city. Best of all, there was air conditioning which we were happy to use. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. It's a 30 minute walk to the Duomo. I don't have a single complaint here.
