• Jonathan (9/5): Friendly, helpful host. Apartment was clean and comfortable with an excellent WiFi connection. - Good location in a lively neighborhood near public transportation but also within walking distance of the center. Bedroom isn’t separated from kitchen area by a door.

El apartamento limpio, espacioso y con todo lo necesario El ruido, justo debajo hay una terraza y se escuchaba bastante. Se escuchaba a los vecinos a distintas horas como tocando un piano y música
• Erwin (10/5): Highly recommendable - Just like the pictures. The owner was very flexible with check in/ check out times. The location is walking distance to Duomo and near restaurants and stores.

• Lotta (10/5): Nice apartment in good location - Spacious, clean and cozy apartment. Near the metroline and nice restaurants. Kitchen where you can do e.g. your own breakfast and laundry machine for clothes. Also good air conditioning as it was hot outside. The apartment owner was very helpful and flexible with late arrival and gave us tips where to go in Milan. You can hear the neighbour in the kitchen area, but it did not bother at all in the bed room so we slept well.
• Mikhail (8/5): Great location, host and modern facilities - The location of the property is excellent. Everything is close by - transport(M1 Metro, S line, trams), good supermarket, restaurants and good bakery, shopping etc. The apartment is nicely renovated, clean and modern. The host is very easy to communicate with. Francesca met us to give the keys and provided overview of the property, transport options and wine recommendations. Sound isolation is poor - you can hear the neighbors. It can get noisy from the bar in the street but it stops at 11pm.

• Cinz (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was extremely welcoming helpful and kind. The communication was excellent. The apartment was very well designed stylish and clean and in the perfect location, we felt safe in this area with lots of restaurants shops etc.
• Robyn (10/5): Ideally situated accommodation in central Milan - Our arrival was later than expected, and we had initial difficulties communicating our intentions due to our lack of mobile data or phone connection upon our arrival in Italia. Although this must have greatly inconvenienced Francesca, she was super kind and ensured that we settled in comfortably to the flat. The location is absolutely top-notch for mobile visitors to Milano. There are many interesting attractions within walking distance and the Metro and Subway stations are close by. The apartment is a charmingly renovated unit in an older apartment block. Despite being so centrally located, our flat was high up, quiet, and cool, which made it a haven to return to after the summer heat on the streets below. We enjoyed being surrounded by local neighbors; the soft, comfortable sounds of everyday life, the chance meetings and friendly exchanges, and the flocks of swifts, which fly and call between the buildings in the early mornings and at dusk. It was a great advantage to be able to wash and dry our clothing after our long flight. We loved wandering through the cool, tree-lined Cuore Verde; the central park which is named the "Green Heart of Milan." We were inspired by the wonderful Italian sense of street fashion as we walked the Corso Buenos Aires and Porto Venezia and we marveled at the beautiful and varied architecture of the areas we visited. Francesca recommended a really lovely trattoria only a short walk away from our apartment for my husband's birthday dinner. The atmosphere in that district was delightful. On our walks, we enjoyed seeing many families with young children out socializing in the piazza while enjoying the long, warm summer evenings. Although cooking facilities are provided at the flat, we usually either ate out or used produce from the excellent butcher, vegetable shop, and small supermarket in the vicinity to make cold platters using local produce. We loved it all!

Locations was perfect. 5 minute walk to the Metro and there are numerous restaurants in the same street as the accommodation. Host was fantactic and so helpful. There was nothing we didnt like

Francesca met me at the apartment and explained everything I needed to know. Apartment was clean, functional and comfortable. Would recommend whether you're traveling for leisure or business. Nothing. It was really comfortable.

It is so beautiful and practical, located in an amazing typical old Italian building in a hip and lively neighbourhood. When Francesca met us she gave us lots of helpful recommendation and made sure to let us know that the neighbourhood is safe, which was especially nice to hear, as we were on a girls' trip. Location is perfect to explore Milan on foot or with public transport, as it is really very central. Amenities in the apartment were perfect as well, especially the AC was greatly appreciated, as it hit 35°C outside during our stay. Can't recommend this place enough!

• Victor (9/5): Superb - We almost checked into the wrong apartment because we agreed with Francesca (the host) that someone would meet us to pass the keys and indeed there was a woman awaiting at the main door who told us she was from Francesca. Apparently, it was different apartment and another Francesca. We realised it only when we saw that apartment. Luckily, we were able to figure it out quickly with a WhatsApp call, but it was fun :) The apartment is really nice and in a very good location. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Just a minor nitpick: it was a bit darker than in the photos, but otherwise it was great!

The reason I did not book is because Airbnb asked me for a facial recognition photo in order to be able to book, this after I had already provided a copy of my passport. This is too much invasion of privacy. The bad review is for Airbnb. I have booked something else with Booking.

The apartment is dark - poor natural light and the artificial lighting was pretty bad. ...The toilet were dirty brown It would be nice to have some paper towels and oil in the kitchen.
