• Olga (6/5): Взагалі квартира непогана, можна жити, але для більш комфортного проживання потрібно її прибрати, замінити незручні поду - Гарне розташування, недалеко від Дуомо і близько до станції метро, поблизу були гарні кафе і бари, в квартирі є необхідний мінімум- духовка, плита, мікрохвильовка, холодильник, кондиціонери, телевізор, гаряча вода Поганий напор води, змити унітаз майже неможливо, мало засобів гігієни, не було чайника і кавоварки, не налаштоване смарт ТВ, доступні лише кілька італійських каналів, багато хламу такого як пусті банки без кришок і дуже старий та пошкоджений посуд, не було можливості користуватися ліфтом і було тяжко піднімати/спускати валізи. Підлога стара і холодна, тому потрібно брати з собою теплі капці. Також була проблема з розетками які не підходили до жодного електро прибору, власник надав один трійник який підходив лише до єдиної розетки на кухні
• Orsa (4/5): Pessimo - L'appartamento carino anche la posizione.. L'appartamento era pieno di polvere, sul letto c'era solo il lenzuolo di sotto e quello superiore era direttamente costituito da un copriletto sporco e macchiato. Abbiamo fatto più reclami al gestore dell'appartamento.. il quale ha provveduto a mandare qualcuno x le pulizie il giorno dopo e dicendo che avrebbe provveduto...ma praticamenre la persona che era addetta ha tolto solo la polvere e ha lasciato il copriletto sporco sul lenzuolo di sotto...senza metterne un secondo per consrntirci di dormire quantomeno in maniera igienicamente più corretta....abbiamo protestato ancora, ma nulla....nessuno più è venuto. Abbiamo quindi, dovuto dormire con le asciugamani addosso.... un servizio pessimo ...sconsigliatissimo!!!!

• Thais Rocha (8/5): - Bom custo-benefício! A acomodação é bem localizada, cerca de 7 minutos da estação de metrô Crocetta e aproximadamente 23 minutos a pé do Duomo. A rua conta com várias opções gastronômicas e, mesmo sendo movimentada, o apartamento é silencioso. O sistema de abertura das portas é feito por aplicativo, pode parecer um pouco confuso no primeiro uso, mas depois se mostra muito prático por eliminar a necessidade de chaves. No meu caso, funcionou bem. No geral, uma boa escolha para quem busca praticidade e boa localização! Apenas alguns pontos de atenção em relação a limpeza. Além disso o apartamento é antigo, algumas remodelações seria de grande melhoria.
• Sokratis (6/5): - Only the location is great! Very low water pressure. Very old building with humidity.Extremely difficult access on the apartment. You have to be with 4g data and battery in your smartphone, otherwise you don't have access in your room. I don't recommend it for sure.
• Van Schaik (4/5): Teleurstellend. Voor die prijs kan je beter iets anders zoeken! - Locatie was oké, alhoewel ik denk dat er betere locaties zijn in Milaan voor deze prijs. We waren er 5 dagen. Voor deze dagen kregen we 1 handdoek per persoon (dus 2 in totaal) wat ik erg weinig vind. De lift deed het niet, dus moesten we met zware koffers omhoog, een stuk of 6 trappen. Contact met de hosts was erg slecht. De wifi deed het ook niet. Toen ik de host hierover een bericht stuurde zei hij: contact my colleague. Totaal niet vriendelijk. Bed was ook erg oncomfortabel en het huis is heel gehorig. Ook het toilet spoelt niet goed door en de douche was vaak koud water.

• Borycki (5/5): Ludzie na osiedlu wporzadku, lecz personel ciężki do dogadania - Ludzie na osiedlu Kurz na półkach , personel nie chce rozmawiać odpisuje po dłuższym czasie jeżeli zadzwoniłem 3 raz by się dopytać nie odbiera brak kluczy do bramy która jest na klucz albo otwierana od środka jedynie aplikacja do budynku i do drzwi próbowałem to wytłumaczyć to nie rozumieli i ciągle powtarzali że aplikacja która nie działała do tej bramy
• Yana (9/5): І додати більше засобів особистої гігієни - Хороший район, метро Крокетта дуже близько, це жовта гілка метро, по якій знаходить майже все що можна подивитись в Мілані, дуже зручно, також на цій ж гілці і автовокзал і залізничний, і станція Дуомо, де знаходиться головна площа з костелом, Хотілося б щоб кондиціонер працював трохи краще а також щоб була можливість доступу до смарт тв бо доступні лише італійські канали. Але в загальному мені сподобалось 🫶 Кондиціонер треба почистити щоб він краще охолоджував

• Elia (3/5): NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL IF YOU WANT A PLEASANT STAY - the location was good and it was warm inside the apartment A lot of things didn’t like me at all. To begin with, there was no lift available in the building, then the sofa bed didn’t have a duvet and my stay was in February, then the kitchen was very old, the matress of the bed was SO UNCOMBORTABLE, PLEASE CHANGE IT URGENTLY. The only thing you wish to have in a trip is a comfortable bed. Also the shower had poor fluid water falling, CHANGE THE SHOWER PLEASE. The owner didn’t want to bring me a duvet to the apartment, that is very sad and deceptive.
• Daniel (3/5): Not that splendid - The location was fine, solid building, very quiet It was splendid many years ago, now everything is worn out - furniture, floor, it has no nice view, only to neighbors windows. There were not provided elementary things like salt, sugar, coffee or tea. The garbage instructions are not clear enough, the plastic and food waist go in the basement but there are three similar bags with no indication. The water closet is really strange.

The instructions were a little difficult, but with the help of the woman near the main door we vere manage to find the keys

• Melissa (5/5): Passable - The location was amazing to access sightseeing and nightlife. The apartment was not fully clean, with a dirty utensil left in the dishwasher to make a smell, as well as a smelly mop. Also it did not have all the facilities such as an electric kettle or wine glasses which was a shame

• Nika (5/5): The location is great, the apartment itself has some flaws but it’s okay for the price. - The location is great. A short 10minute ride with the subway to the city center. The apartment has a great bar nearby. The apartment smelled of cigarettes, the smell went away after we opened the windows for a day or so. One side of the bed was broken (had a hole/ slope to it) so it wasn’t very comfortable. Additionally the door to the bathroom got stuck on the first day and it took some time to get it open again.

• Andre (6/5): Nice location in a good area close to restaurants, metro and shops but could improve - Spacious living area with comfortable couch Not suitable for people of larger stature, as the shower is very small and the door for the bathroom only opens slightly. Also, no kettle to boil water for tea etc. Found some of the utensils to be dirty and needed a wash before use. Apartment is on the 2nd floor and even though there is a lift, it is not available for use. Carrying heavy bags up to the apartment is not ideal.

• Desislava (7/5): Good - Great location on a nice street with many restaurants. Walking distance from Duomo and a metro station is nearby. The flat is big enough for a couple and is perfect for a short-term stay, especially considering it's location. The apartment is very nice but some furniture and walls need reparation. Also, the flat wasn't as clean as we expected to be.
• Milosevic (9/5): Really nice stay - Appartment was warm and cozy. Location was really good (near the metro station, but also nice for a walk toward city centre). Bathroom had floor heating which was a nice surprise in winter months. Host was really responsive and quick to help us with our questions. Great stay overall. Beds were not uncomfortable but not comfortable either. Some of the chairs or other furniture should be refurbished or replaced as it is a bit worn out.
• Rehana (8/5): Very good - The location was great. Close to metro buses and tram. Easy to walk to the Duomo. Some good eating places in the area. Hosts responded quickly to messages. Didn't really like the digital access. Bathroom basin stopper could not open

• Susanna (6/5): Good value for money with difficult access on arrival. - It offers enough space and is within close proximity of the Underground and a wide variety of eating places and small supermarkets. I could not access the building or the flat without wi-fi as all the instructions were for electronic access. Had to ask another person in the building to give me access to their wi-fi. No keys available as indicated on the instructions either. Also had some difficulty to locate the bins for waste. The aircon had a minimum setting of 25 deg C which was too hot for me.
• Katarzyna (7/5): Good location but flat needs new furniture - Quite location, very close to main attractions in Milan. Good communication with the owners. The furniture in the flat is dated and needs replacement for the price you pay. The sofa bed in the living room is ok-ish for one night but for longer it’s rather uncomfortable. The lift didn’t work so we had to carry the luggage to 2nd floor.
• Pansela (9/5): Superb - The location and availability of the host. The place would need a bit more cleaning.
• Nora (9/5): Good but can be improved. - The location was great only 2 station to Duomo and central metro. The host is very fast in responding and loads of eatery places nearby. No elevator services to carry luggages. In our case, we are lucky that during checked in and checked out, someone passed by and let us use the elevator. A little disturbance from mosquito during night time.
• Zoltan (9/5): Very clean apartment in a perfect location with a extremely kind host - Perfect location in a quiet area. The apartment was very clean, the bed very comfy. Thet host was very kind and answered all my questions instantly via the booking.com app. Everything was perfect. A small minus that there was a traditional coffee maker and not I expected based on the photos. However, this was not really a problem since there were plenty of coffee houses just around the corner.

• Karina (9/5): For the most part we were satisfied, thank you - Very good location. We take the metro to the apartments, 9 minutes by metro to the Duomo Milano. The room had clean towels and toiletries There are many grocery stores nearby. All my questions were answered very quickly. very few forks, spoons, knives... On a good note, this apartment could do with a fresh coat of paint on the walls.

• Miho (9/5): Superb - Close to all. 5-7min from M3 station. 2sta from Duomo. Tram16 runs 3min from apartment. Run between Santa Maria delle Grazie och Duomo. In front of tram there is minimarket which open 08-25. Very small but everything can be found. CC and English available. Via Orti has many restaurants and a good gelato shop. No deposit and free cancellation. Easy check in/out. Get link to open the door. Good WiFi. Staff reply very quickly. Sofa bed was large and comfortable. Original bed in bedroom as well. El-outlet were few and some didn't work. Keys at entaurance at apartment area or building were hard to open. Actually I couldn't. But use link to open and it's much easier. Problems were small to consider to reasonable price.
