Das Personal (mit dem wir über WhatsApp Kontakt hatten) war unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Selten so einen netten und aufmerksamen Service gehabt. Kann es nur empfehlen ☺️

• Macbeth (5/5): Nice location, but overall a frustrating stay due to poor communication and unresolved problems. - The apartment is well located and Milan. The space itself has potential. Upon arrival in the late afternoon (not at night), we had an issue accessing the keys and were unable to reach the host despite multiple attempts via WhatsApp and email. We eventually found a solution ourselves, but the lack of support was disappointing. Additionally, several items in the kitchen and bathroom were unstable. There was also a missing set of towels. Overall, there are many lovely apartments in Milan — next time we would choose one with more reliable customer care.

Apartments very clean and nicely furbished. Area is full of great bars and restaurants and there are two nearby underground parkings we can leave the car that are monitored. Pretty important for Milan :) The host is always so nice to us so it’ s a true pleasure to come every time.

Ansonsten Check in nicht möglich Die Aufmachung und die Kontaktaufnahme erinnert an Phishing Mail. Wurde über WhatAPp kontaktiert und aufgefordert 300 € bis 4PM zu überweisen. Leider geht auch bei dern von Booking angegebenen Tel Nummer niemand ans Telefon. Die Rezeption ist dann ab 4 PM geschlossen und man hat keine Chance die Sache zu klären. Bei Booking bekommt man eine Chat Nachrifht ... aber nicht offiziell von Booking ... mit dem selben Text. Die Buchungsgebühr über Booking wird auch nicht zurück erstattet.

Two shutters were broken plus one window which causes us heavy noise and sunlight early morning. When we contacted the host re those issues they came up with lame excuses and irrelevant explanations. Bottom line - they couldn’t fix it during our stay. The property description was 155m2 apartment while it’s actually 2 separate units that are connected through the hallway.

• Daniele (1/5): Totale mancanza di rispetto e attenzione per i clienti: evitate questa struttura. - Posizione. La mia esperienza in questa struttura è stata estremamente negativa e desidero condividerla per tutelare altri viaggiatori. Dopo la prenotazione mi è stato richiesto un deposito cauzionale di 300 €. È vero che l’informazione si trova sul sito, ma è ben nascosta e non chiaramente segnalata in fase di prenotazione: una pratica che considero poco trasparente. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni, invece di ricevere un chiarimento cordiale, mi è stato risposto con “siamo dispiaciuti per la sua diffidenza”. Una comunicazione che lascia sconcertati e che ritengo del tutto inadeguata nei confronti di un cliente, nonostante l’offerta di upgrade. Il momento più grave si è verificato al check-in: entrambi gli ascensori erano fuori servizio, uno evidentemente da tempo. Un disservizio così importante non era stato in alcun modo comunicato, nemmeno durante lo scambio avvenuto poche ore prima riguardo al deposito. Io e mio padre di 73 anni, da poco guarito da un cancro, siamo stati costretti a salire cinque piani di scale con i bagagli sotto il sole di agosto. Alla mia segnalazione, l’unica risposta ricevuta è stata che potevamo prendere dell’acqua dal frigobar o cancellare la prenotazione alle 16 del pomeriggio e cercare un’altra sistemazione last minute. Come se non bastasse, sul terrazzo era presente un odore nauseabondo (probabilmente non dipendente direttamente dalla struttura), ma tale da impedire di lasciare le finestre aperte e rendere il soggiorno ancora più sgradevole. Per chiunque abbia vissuto direttamente o in famiglia un’esperienza oncologica, questo tipo di trattamento è non solo inaccettabile ma profondamente doloroso. Non auguro a nessuno di trovarsi in una simile situazione durante un viaggio. Per questo motivo mi sento di sconsigliare fortemente questa struttura a chiunque abbia avuto o abbia familiari che hanno affrontato il cancro, o più in generale a chiunque cerchi rispetto, sensibilità e vera ospitalità

The water pressure was poor and if anyone else in the premises was using the water we only had a "dribble" It was a little disappointing that the coffee in the room was an added cost. The Concierge, Antonio was extremely helpful and gave us lots of useful information.

Despite receiving instructions on how to find and access the apartment before our arrival, our first evening in Milan was unfortunately ruined due to misleading and inaccurate directions. We spent 2.5 hours trying to locate the apartment. The instructions stated that we were staying in apartment 505, but when we reached the 5th floor, there was no such apartment. We only found 502, 503, and 506. All doors had key boxes, but none matched what we were told. It was impossible to contact anyone responsible, as it was a Sunday after 5 PM and no one was available. Even the neighbors we met couldn’t help us. Thankfully, we thought to step into a nearby café, where a kind bartender helped us by contacting the building's security staff. Only then did we find out that apartments 504 and 505 are actually located behind the door labeled 506—which had to be opened with some force to reveal the hidden corridor. This could have been avoided entirely with accurate, detailed instructions.

• Franco (10/5): Choose them! - Close to Porta Garibaldi / Centrale FS. Not too far off Duomo if you fancy a 20' walk. It has everything you need whether you are a single traveller, out and about for business or a young family. Good shower pressure, spotlessly clean, the flat is warm and with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The staff I spoke to are kind and with great customer service skills, will definitely come back.

The TV and WiFi did not work even after the WiFi apparently being reset by Vodaphone. Remote control needed new batteries. Didn’t work.

Many restaurants within a few blocks and walkable to the castle, Santa Maria delle Grazie, and the Cathedral. The host was in constant contact and provided all information far in advance. Great service! Driving in the city is a bit stressful, so it's best to park and walk or Uber.

• Isabelle (8/5): Convenient and good location, but rather basic - Great location in the Brera district, easy check-in and check-out, space sufficient for a family of four, basic kitchen Kitchen has very little equipment (no microwave, one pan, no toaster, no kitchen towel, no good knives, etc). Beds not very comfortable, especially the sofa bed in the living room. There was a hot water issue (no hot water during 16h) during our stay, which was apparently due to a technical problem in the building. There are snacks and drinks in the apartment which are billed separately, and the prices are ridiculous, so better avoid to take those.
