• Guillaume (6/5): Un peu décevant - + Localisation et transports en commun proches + Supermarché proche + Appartement lumineux + Communication simple + Linge de lit propre et de bonne qualité - le système de verrouillage des portes d'entrées via le téléphone génère un certain stress : avoir un smartphone avec de la batterie et internet en tout temps - les matelas du lit et du canapé-lit peu confortables - la robinetterie de la sdb est très bruyante/ en mauvais état (mais fonctionne) - pas de chaînes de tv normales

• Aleksandar (9/5): - Odlična lokacija, blizu kanala sa brojnim restoranima i kafićima. Lako se obavi check-in pomoću telefona, samo što morate da imate internet. Kauč na razvlačenje nije baš udoban za spavanje.

• Martina (7/5): Carino ma si può migliorare! - Bilocale comodo e spazioso composto da sala con cucina, bagno e camera matrimoniale. Nel complesso è un piccolo appartamento accogliente in un condominio super tranquillo e silenzioso. Dista più o meno 15 minuti dalla fermata Romolo e una decina di minuti a piedi dalla Darsena. Proprio affianco al portone d'ingresso c'è l'esselunga, super comoda! Io suggerirei più cura nei dettagli e qualche ristrutturazione da fare. lo specchio del bagno è sbeccato, le coperte macchiate e la serratura della porta un po' rovinata... Inoltre il processo per aprire la porta è davvero complesso, servono codici che non arrivano...

Porta di ingresso: ho avuto problemi ad aprirla dall'interno! Assistenza: non c'è un contatto diretto con il proprietario ma solo con l'agenzia disponibile in chat fino alle 22

• Gabriel (7/5): Good for 3 or 4 people, just be a wary in regards to thinking of cooking as oven may not work - Beds were comfy and the living room was a very nice with the big open windows Access to balcony was really hard and required excessive force to access. Oven did not work

• Klim (3/5): If you are up to play escape room game that would be it, otherwise never again - Good location, spacious rooms, washing and dishwashing machine, good internet. Windows face private parking lot, therefore there is not so much noise coming from busy street. Worst automatic checkin experience ever (spent 2 hours getting in), you have to fill out some forms before you could get into the building, the time to process those forms by someone on other end took at least an hour, so be prepared to hang out somewhere in cafe near by, since you would not like to wait in front of the closed door, on a busy street of Milan. The whole digital form software doesn't work properly. The whole digital lock idea working on you phone very strange, since it might be that you will be out of battery at some point and noone is going to help you. The customer service is super rude. There is no light in the living room (light bulbs are burnt out). The shower head is broken. The sofa in the leaving room should be thrown away, it's not possible to sleep on it once unfolded. Whoever manages this place doesn't really take any care of it, beside paying for cleaning.

• Krizzle (8/5): Very good - There is enough space for 3 or 4 people. Kitchen had utensils and there was a washing machine for our dirty clothes. There was a supermarket near the building. There was no english channel to watch on the TV. The linen had some stains.
• Alison (4/5): basic , complicated check in and not good value for money - was a good location for what we needed. the apartment was basic and wasn’t what we expected. there were 3 of us and the bedding for the sofa bed was dirty , no pillowcases or sheets just bare pillows which were stained. There was only enough towels for 2 people. The shower was very small and cramped. On our last night we couldn’t get into the apartment from the front door. The number to ring for automatic opening was just cutting off. 2.30 am in the morning, no one to contact as you have to whats app and they respond between 9am and 11.30 pm . We were stood in the street until 3.30 am I was extremely upset and my son was panicking. My partner eventually managed to get the door open. we were up early for our flight home so lucky we managed to get in as we may have missed the flight home. I messaged the whats app number and I am still waiting for a response. Overall a very poor service. The check in process is complicated and if something goes wrong like it did for us then theres no one to contact. What we paid for the property was definitely not good value.

• Juliette (8/5): Very good - Confortable flat with everything you need 10 min walk from the vibrant neighbourhood of Navigli perfect for night out ! Transports to Central Milano and everywhere in the city very convenient from this place and cheap ! The flat was very clean and it was in a quiet street so not noisy at all ! The check in was a little bit confusing but nothing complicated once you understand
