Guest Reviews
- Gloria (10/5): Excellent - Everything In one of room the windows not closed properly and was not cold, but not warm
- Craig (1/5): Bad -
- David (7/5): Good -
- Asif (7/5): A reasonable value for money, not the very best though. - The location of this apartment was good. It's not very far from the train station so access to the rest of the city is not a problem. It appeared to be in a safe business area. Apartment is on 7th floor and the elevators are small but working well.
The apartment is spacious, clean and have most of the things that you would want. A good city view from the apartment's balconies.
A reasonable value for the money spent! Air conditioners in 2 rooms were not working for which we were informed by the property in advance via messages through booking.com. They had put small mobile air conditioners each of the 2 rooms, but room sizes were big, and it was hot in Milan and they were not enough. We ended up sleeping in the living room where there was a sofa-cum-bed.
The equipment in the apartment looked old. I think if the owners/agency spent a bit of time, money and effort on reshaping this apartment, it will make a huge difference.
- Rachel (4/5): Disappointing - Good location to train station The beds were extremely uncomfortable, no hot water in one bathroom. Overall condition of apartment needed work & attention
- Aline (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was comfortable, large and conveniently located close to a Metro station and a Carrefour Express. We loved having 2 bathrooms for our family of six. The AC units were lifesavers.
- Jill (7/5): Spacious apartment with nice balconies and location - The location was great and the apartment is so big! If you could upgrade your towels and pillows that would help so much. Everywhere we stayed had thin towels and minimal flat little pillows, so maybe this is just an American thing but neither were very appealing. The decor is not very welcoming, which was fine. We were staying just one night, but a little love would make this apartment so much better. I also had trouble with the bathroom toilet and shower. Maybe some instructions? The light over the sink didn't seem to work.
- Ildiko (9/5): Superb -
- Guðrún (7/5): Good - Very spacious and nice comminucation with owner was very good Not very clean but didn't bother us very much
- Andrew (2/5): Very poor -
- Vincent (10/5): Exceptional -
- Callum (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bianca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrius (8/5): Very good -
- Saara (7/5): Spacious but a bit scruffy - Apartment was huge so lots of space. Having two bathrooms was great even if we couldn't get hot water from the bigger one. Location is very good, metro station and the central station were just around the corner. Owner was helpful. The place was a bit older and more run down than you expect from the pictures. Not all keys worked and we got stuck in the bathroom many times. Kitchen did not have many dishes (no wine glasses for example) nor a kettle. Small bedroom was cold, other rooms were warm. It was a bit trivky to pay the city tax, requires online access and it was not an option to pay by cash.

- Nadia (10/5): Stunning flat in a prime location! Great hosts! - Amazing flat in a great location! Spacious and warm. Great experience all in all and we greatly appreciated the hospitality! Will stay again and absolutely recommend it. We were informed about the scaffolding in plenty of time, and we decided to stay, shame we didn’t enjoy the stunning views from the flat but it did not change our experience and we loved the flat!
- John (8/5): Great and spacious apartment - Very spacious, good beds, good bathrooms, decent quiet lift outside door, good kitchen space, good communication with host, so close to transport links Boiler powered showers - a couple of times we had to have cold showers because the water was being used elsewhere.
Pillows - all of us complained about them. They’re very thin and there were no more spare in the room.
Collecting keys - they left them in a bush for us to collect which I find extremely worrying. Can easily be solved with a key box.
Cleaners were knocking on our door at 9:30am when checkout is at 10am.
- Boaz (1/5): do not go near this apartment - The building is under renovation
The owner of the house did announce the renovation in advance.
But he said that it would be possible to go out to the balconies
In practice there was no access to the parapets.
Terrible noise.
A dirty apartment with a terrible smell, really stinky.
Two showers in one had no hot water at all so we didn't use it.
On the first day we contacted the owner of the house and told him that the apartment was unfit for living and we wanted to leave.
But unfortunately the fashion week took place in Milan and we couldn't find any replacement place.
After dozens of apartments I stayed in in different cities in the world, this was the worst.
Do not go near this apartment.
- Bagga (6/5): Pleasant -
- Bianca (8/5): Very good - Location was good right next to the metro and trams, easy access to city centre. Lovely big space! The guy handing over the keys was very nice. The air conditioning was off due to building works, and the portable air conditioners wern't very good, was very hot most of the time. Wifi was iffy at first, but the host came to fix it.
- Keith (10/5): Great apartment, great location and a fantastic host. - The location was excellent and everything was provided to myself and my friends upon arrival. Can’t say that anything sticks out about things we did not like.
- Virgilio (3/5): Needs a lot of improving - Location is excellent. Just a few steps from the Republic Metro Station. The communication with the host was satisfactory. He replied quickly and was friendly enough. We have been informed of the remodeling of the building, and we had agreed to stay. However, we were told only after we arrived that the air-conditioning was out of order because of the remodeling. This is hard to believe. The apartment did have portable air conditioning, but we had to leave the windows open in order to expel the hot air. This was not good. Also because of the remodeling, the apartment wasn’t spic-n-span. There was a lot of dust. Lots outlets were not working, forcing us to take turns to charge electronics. The freezer was broken and it was not possible to close its door. And to top it all, the washing machine was broken. We chose this place particularly because the add said they had a washing machine, since this was important for us, in the middle of a trip around Italy. All in all, it was not a pleasant stay.
- Chloe (4/5): Disappointing - Big apartment with lots of space and lots of beds for people to sleep. The location was also very good, close to the train station and city center. It was a big apartment but we didn't feel very safe. My biggest issue was safety. We had to use portable air conditions and the vents had to be placed outside the windows. We had to keep the windows open at night and didn't feel very safe. Also, the door could open from the outside if you just closed it and didn't lock all the locks.
- Laher (9/5): Superb -
- Ben (2/5): Stay away! Considering disputing my credit card charge as we were not supplied what was purchased. - The location was close to the main train station the apartment was in very poor condition. The air conditioning was not working so there were portable units in the rooms. these units needed the hot air outlets to be put outside the windows or doors. There was renovation work at the property with scaffolding around the building. leaving the doors and windows open meant the unit was not secure.
the floors were dirty. The furniture was in bad condition and stained. the mattresses were very old and you could feel the springs. The dishes were in the dishwasher and unclean when we arrived. One shower had no hot water. the list goes on.
Unfortunately it was a very busy time in Milan and I looked to book different accommodation for my family when we saw the property but almost everything else was full.
Very unhappy and disappointed with the stay does not look at all like the photos
Very bad value for money
- Stephanie (10/5): Comfortable, spacious room in a nice location - Great location, very easy to reach from the central train station. Huge living room, plenty of room for six people to spread out. Nicely equipped kitchen.
- Rachael (7/5): Nice apartment a short metro ride to city center - The property manager was very helpful, sending pictures to help us know exactly where to go. The property is in a great location and it was very easy to get to the metro and around Milan. And it was a huge space and had a great living room for us to all hang out in. We wished there had been more care taken in cleaning the apartment. It is a beautiful space, but it was dusty, there seemed to be dirty extra sheets in the cabinet, and the clean dishes were still in the dishwasher.
- James (4/5): Disappointing -
- Lesley (3/5): Find somewhere else. Not recommended. - Spacious, had a lift, Francesco helpful in ordering a taxi. Living room chairs were filthy and two were broken. Kitchen chair collapsed when sat on. Freezer completely iced up and impossible to use, a problem for one of us who had medication that needed to be kept cool with icepacks. Mattresses in third bedroom were hard, lumpy and had broken springs that poked into you. Pillows were lumpy and old and should be thrown out. Only one shower had hot water in the morning. Only one set of keys provided for six guests.
- Kathy (2/5): Very poor - No hot water, broken & stained furniture, not enough cups, pillows & towels need replacing, washer didn't work, dishwasher was full on arrival, booking.com email came day before arrival telling me able renovations. No air-conditioning. Very poorly maintained apartment. Location.
- Anonymous (7/5): Good - The apartment is really big for group of friends like us, and the location is good as it is close the metro station, and even Milano Centrale Station. Communication via Whatsapp is easy for us, and quick response to our queries even some issues could not be solved. Some facilities were broken or not working, e.g. washing machine, freezer of the fridge, lighting of kitchen, ...etc.
- Leanne (5/5): the property needs upgrading and some decorative tlc - the location was fabulous and it was extremely spacious needs better cleaning
the washing machine was broken
furniture was broken
beds made up as doubles not twins as requested hut I think this request got lost in translation
no bowls
not enough mugs
only 1 key between 6 guests
- Τρ (8/5): Easy Apartment-House in the centre of Milano - The apartment was easy. comfortable bedrooms with clean & fresh linen. Easy location, at the centre of Milano just few minutes from Duomo with amazing city view and some basic amenities such kitchen& hair dryer. Everything was great, if I have to say a negative, it’s too noisy with a continuous whine due to the activity of the city but for me this is not a really issue.
- Connor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Irma (8/5): Very good - The house is big and great, but some things are broken or do not work. Still, we loved staying there, the location is great. Could be cleaner and fixed a little and it will be a great appartment! We actually would live there.
- Steve (9/5): Superb -
- Eugene (5/5): Passable -
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gloudine (8/5): Very good - Valeria was very vriendly and helpful. Spacious apartment, very centrally located.
- Jonathan (8/5): Very good - Great location and large spacious apartment, perfect for a group.
- Yasmeen (5/5): nice apartment but needs new furniture. - nice views , loads of balconies high ceilings, spacious apartment and air conditioning everywhere and nice location a 5 min walk from the central station and 1 min walk from the metro which gets you to duomo in 3 stops. all the living room furniture was old, dirty , moulding and broken , the dining table chairs all broken with missing wheels , the bedding was dirty and had bed bugs.
- Joulieta (10/5): We had a great stay in Milan. - The location of the apartment was great, very close to the Metro station. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Communication with the owner and the girl that manages the apartment was excellent.
- Carol (7/5): Perfect spacious location for a large group - Spacious apartment that is perfect for a large group with many amenities. Close to train station.
- Mike (9/5): Superb - The view from the apartment was very nice and the llocation was excelkent.. The unit was very spacious. The hostess, Valeria, was very friendly and helpful and offered information regarding the area and accommodation. The furnishings may have exceeded their limit of timeliness and could stand a refresher.. Although we appreciated the style which was sure to be fabulous in its time.
- Albertico (2/5): Disappointing - Marcelo was on time, could speak English and Spanish. He was very friendly. The property was very good located. That being said, it is dark and creepy. The furniture is old and broken. The pictures advertised are not reality. AC was broken. Dishes in the dishwasher stank. Would not recommend this property.
