• Qian (6/5): - A struttura sarà anche sufficiente ma sinceramente mi aspettavo un’accoglienza è un servizio migliori. Da 3 giorni prima bisogna comunicare l’orario di arrivo, su Booking è scritto che la tassa di soggiorno può essere pagata in loco e invece chiedono un bonifico con pagamento istantaneo poche ore prima. Poi mi hanno scritto “Ciao questo non è un bonifico istantaneo ma un bonifico ordinario che se andrà a buon fine verrà ricevuto da me martedì 26. Ti permetterò eccezionalmente di fare il check in nonostante il pagamento non ci sia e martedì verificherò l’incasso e ti farò sapere.” 130€ pernottamento siete pure preoccupati che l’ospite non paghi 9€ di tasse di soggiorno? Inoltre con 35 gradi non c’era una coperta leggera ma solo un piumone (il telecomando del condizionatore era quasi scarico). L’acqua nel piatto doccia non scola bene. Tanto il proprietario ora risponderà alla mia recensione DI SICURO. Steremmo a vedere come si difende.

• Andrew (8/5): A quiet and clean apartment. Convenient for walking to centre. I will stay again. - A quiet apartment, and very clean. Only a half an hour walk to both the main railway stations and easy to walk to all the main sites of interest in Milan. The area felt very safe. Not fault of the hosts, but I arrived after dark and the street lighting was broken so I got rather disorientated and couldn't find the door. Someone across the road helped me (Number 5 is directly opposite Number 6, which is clearly lit). Also, my own fault for not looking at Google maps,, but the key box is several meters along the road i.e. away from the front door. Once I'd got that sorted there were no problems and I got into the apartment itself without a problem
• Monique (8/5): Very clean and lovely and efficient little loft on a great location. - Very clean and lovely apartment. Because of the size there wasn't a place for a couch or lazy chair so you have to sit on the bed. Having said that: everything else was brilliant. Perfect for a short citytrip. It was too small for a relaxed chair and that would be a problem for a longer stay. For a few day's it was fine.
• Ramirez (3/5): Good place, not polite owner - The place was beautiful, clean and the location was fantastic I ask to the owner to ckeck out at 3, when I saw the message that he answered me at 12.30 he told me It was not possible, he said the cleaner man is going if you are there Im going to call police, we were in 10 min in the apartment and the cleaner man was inside. Why the police? I will not recommend this place for that reason

• Stefanie (10/5): Highly recommended - Super nice equipment for the guests. Tea, coffee, water, snacks. Really convenient. It is placed in Chinatown very central to the main touristic attractions. I was even able to check-in 2 hours earlier. Really friendly owner. A little complicated to get in, but once you are in there is a key and you can manage easily;)

• Ziehn (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and bright. Very accessible to public transport and sights. Restaurants are nearby too. The neighborhood is a little bit run down but still safe feeling. Check in procedure is a bit tedious.
• Bahar (7/5): Milan - It was a cosy place, neat and tidy. Had kitchenwares such as microwave and coffee machine. The place was conveniently located in several trams and local bus and train stations. Also had complimentary snacks and drinks, so thoughtful. It was a little bit tricky having to check in, but instructions were good (first time having to check-in that way).

• Lisa (10/5): Perfect stay in Milano ❤️ - Wonderful, attentive host! I injured my hip before our arrival and the host was quick to offer advice with regard to medication/Doctor. Apartment was just like the photos and had everything you could need, from toiletries to kitchen essentials. Bed was comfy, shower pressure was perfect and the apartment was a lovely, homely place to stay 😊 The closest metro station (Moscova) was 10 mins walk away. Highly recommended!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nothing - it was PERFECT! 😁
• Allyson (8/5): Cozy loft in the heart of Chinatown. - The loft's location made it easy to get around the city. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops as well as some tourist attractions. Despite its size. the loft was well-equipped and comfortable for a long weekend stay. The height of the counters was quite low, especially in the bathroom, which can make getting ready or cooking a bit awkward if you are tall.
• Oksana (9/5): Lovely stay in the cozy apartment in the lively neighbourhood near the many city attractions. - The location is excellent! Many parts of the city can be reached on foot if you like to stroll admiring magnificent cityscapes. Close to the apartment lays Chinatown which offers mesmerising street food experience. Very accessible is the bustling street of Porta Garibaldi with wide selection of food, shopping and nice architecture. There is also available huge park on Via Legano street, where the Sforza castle is located. The apartment itself is small but very cozy with all the necessary things for comfortable stay (only shoehorn was missing :)). Also thanks for the complimentary snacks, it was very needed to restore energy levels after a trip! The inner yard is charming. It seems like a very good, clean and safe neighbourhood. The only downside is that the apartment is not soundproof, i.e. you can hear sounds from the neighbors, the stairwell and the street. In the evening, they are almost gone, because everyone falls asleep, but it's a bit disturbing.
