• Evi-Anne (8/5): Prettig verblijf met goede verbinding naar centrum - Huiselijk ingericht Fijn bed Doucheputje liep niet goed door waardoor je de kraan tijdens het inzepen uit moest zetten, wel goed om water verspilling tegen te gaan ;) ook de douchestraal was niet heel erg veel.

• Carole (8/5): - La déco de l'appartement, les transports à proximité, le magasin d'alimentation à côté, la literie.. Il manque juste des torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle ou pastille pour lave vaisselle et pourquoi pas un micro-ondes. Mais sinon c’est top!

• Herr (4/5): Wir können die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen ! - Ruhige Lage, nicht weit zur Straßenbahn, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar , Obstteller mit Äpfeln und Bananen . Schlafzimmerschrank für paar Tage ausreichend. Die Wohnung liegt in der 3.Etage ( Altbau- dadurch eher 4.Etage) und der Aufzug war die 5 Tage defekt, die Einrichtung ist etwas für junge Leute bzw. Szeneliebhaber, beim Abendessen- sitzen auf Plastestühlen , in Duschkabine Schimmel an der Bodenrandfuge, Kaffee extrem bitter und die Waffeln zum Frühstück pappig und seeehr süß - lieber Frühstück selbst kaufen ! Es gibt nur Espressotassen, wir haben den Kaffee deshalb aus Müslischalen getrunken. Von Ordnung im allgemeinen und in den Schubfächern kann man nicht reden - nur Gerümpel und keine freien Schubkästen. Tiefkühlfach müsste mal abgetaut und gereinigt werden. Schluss

Peut mieux faire pour le prix. 2 nuits 302 euros Petit déjeuner beaucoup trop léger pour le prix, juste des croissants et gaufrettes emballés qui ne sont pas fameux. Il serait également agréable de rajouter les petites serviettes carrées pour la toilette

Problematyczne miejsce parkingowe - wszystkie dozwolone miejsca na uliczkach wokół pozajmowane. Na wszelki wypadek wyjechaliśmy rano przed 8.00, aby nie narazić się na mandat.

Really clean and comfortable, friendly instantly contactable host, value for money and especially appreciated the complimentary snacks, drinks and coffee. Location felt like an authentic neighbourhood with easy transport links to the centre of Milan. Only stayed for one night but imagine the apartment would be very suitable for longer stays too (washing machine, kitchen you could actually cook in, quiet area, etc). Highly recommend.

You have everything you need in the bathroom, kitchen and even washing machine with the washing powder and washing conditioner were available. The location is in a calm district and proximity to the public transportation. It took us maximum 20 minutes to get into the historic center. The apartments equipped with the air conditioner. All the windows had mosquito nets. You can leave windows open during the night for the fresh air. Cozy balcony with the flowers.

• Gerhardno (8/5): Nice lost and "loft" with little technical weaknesses, in a none touristical area. Each time again! - Best communication from beginning! Simple key transfer at 23:30 with the very friendly english speeking owner. Apartment as at the photos - this was the reason for our choice - a little loft feeling instead of hotel. In the apartment a pre-prepared assortment for a little sweet breakfast with coffee and orange juice and a little sparkling wine in the fridge to overcome one or two nights. Fine! And we learned, that there is liquid dishwasher detergent used at Italy as we´d never seen it before... Thank you for the nice support teaching the uninformed guests... Free parking along the roads in a mixed area of apartment houses and offices/industry - sometimes only space on the walkway as the others do - and the need to take all worthful things out of the car - referring owners advice for safety. Thank you for the nice stay and the detergent support/lesson ;-) If we are coming again to Milano, we would stay here again - nice real Italian restaurants with only Italian guests in the surroundings! I read the reviews of the apartment in advance. I could confirm the bad draining shower tub - it´s because of an integrated filter in the drain. Maybe not useful for that flat shower type. This causes also the mold in the edge above the drain due to the high water level of the low tub shape and a -probably- additional non profossional fugue filling... Also the shower itself is -a bit uncomfortable as mounted 20 cm from the left wall - simple product, with a very simple always dropping shower head. I would say - poor advice of the hardware store to get an acceptable shower to be mounted above the water handle and in the middle of the cabin. Also the tap on the kitchen sink is not fullfilling its task by too less pressure and resulting no warm water from the general good working central gas heating/warming. Difficult to identify kitchen light switch as well as connectors for 3phase plugs.
