• Stoyan (4/5): Good for 1-2 nights max during weekdays. - Location was good, had all accommodations a person needs Loud neighbours all night (mainly on weekend nights) from the apartment behind the bedroom, poor lighting, very old bed and the mattress you could feel the springs.

• Laura (7/5): - Appartamento ampio, ottima posizione L'appartamento è un po' rovinato, molte prese non funzionano, il frigo non tiene bene il freddo e manca una luce grandein camera. Inoltre pareti ed infissi sono molto sottili e durante la notte si sentono molto sia conversazioni, sia i rumori della strada

• Eva (10/5): Muy bueno - El apartamento tenía calefacción automática y hacía muy buena temperatura aunque fuera hiciera mucho frío. Comedor muy espacioso. Colchón cómodo. Las toallas estaban dobladitas en forma de oso encima de la cama, un detalle muy bonito. La ducha grande y el agua caliente funcionaba bien. Muy muy cerca de la estación de metro, un lujo. Por decir algo, la tele no es SmartTV y no puedes poner las plataformas de streaming habituales. Además el mando había botones que no funcionaban.

• Serafine lucy (7/5): Bene, ma può migliorare - La posizione rispetto al luogo di lavoro Ha bisogno di un mantenimento più attento (persiane rotte, scarico del water senza la copertura, alcuni mobili piuttosto consumati)
• Nerini (4/5): - La posizione Appartamento con scarsa manutenzione. Muri scrostati in più punti, tapparella in camera da letto non funzionante quindi luce diretta di giorno e di notte. Materasso quasi sfondato e letto in similpelle scrostato in più punti. Ripostiglio ingombro di vari oggetti ingombranti. Bagno con finestra senza una tenda quindi impossibilità di privacy a meno di non tenere le tapparelle abbassate anche di giorno. Placca dello scarico mancante.

• Roberto (8/5): Bien ubicado y muy espacioso - Es súper espacioso, estaba muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario, secador, plancha, cafetera, hervidor, horno microondas, wifi, A/C,.... Hay una estación de metro muy cerca, unos 150 metros, con lo que estás en el centro de Milán en unos 15 minutos Necesita algún arreglo o reparación, la persiana de la habitación está atascada, y tiene algún que otro desperfecto en pinturas y muebles. No se percibe ruido de la calle, pero si del piso de arriba, nos quedamos 3 noches, y en una de ellas estuvimos escuchando la conversación de los de arriba hasta las 3 de la mañana

• Francesca (9/5): Seconda permanenza - È un appartamento molto comodo, diviso bene, spazioso e molto vicino alla metro, ha un frigorifero e una piccola cucina utilissimi per prepararsi qualcosa. Ha l'aria condizionata e è silenzioso di notte. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto il tavolo con gli sgabelli lo trovo scomodo.

• Milica (6/5): Good location and easy access, but poor cleanliness, unpleasant smell, and noisy neighbors - On the positive side, the location is convenient, with public transport nearby, which made getting around easy. The check-in process was also simple and well-organized Unfortunately, I wasn’t very satisfied with the accommodation. The room was quite dusty, which gave the impression that it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly before my arrival. Additionally, there was a strange smell that was unpleasant for staying. The neighbors were also quite noisy, making it difficult to relax and rest

• Elena (7/5): If apartment was heated it was perfect. - The apartment was very clean, excellent location A major heat problem. It was 0 degrees outside and the radiators didn’t work at all. In addition, there is air conditioning with which we could have heated ourselves, but the remote control was hidden. After 2 days spend here, I left sick. Also, there was a slight unpleasant smell in the apartment.

• Dorian (7/5): Beautiful appt in well connected area. Friendly host. - Location well connected, and appt beautiful and silent! There was no host because the appt is rented via a third player: The company "primo piano". Initially I was disappointed because I prefer to talk to a human, but then I have to admit that they did well and were friendly and responsive with the chat (booking) and during working hours on the phone. They also sent somebody to fix a small issue. Things to be improved: 1. the Air conditioning is not sufficient for the sleeping room, therefore it was ways too hot!! 2. If you want to hang your wet clothes after washing, there is just a very very small hanger ! 3. The board over the sink does not remain in its open position, so if you want to put the dishes in that board the only way to do that is to keep it open with your head in order to keep your hands free!! May be you want to fix these issues.

No towel hanging rod and any place to put essentials in bathroom. No any wardrobe and hanging place in entire apartment to hang your clothes They attended call in office hour only. You are helpless in other time.

• Lady (9/5): Great value appartment close to public transportation and great host - The location was one street away from the metro so it was great not to have to move farther to get transportation. We got all the instructions before our arrival and just by following the step-by-step, we got inside without any trouble. Neighbours were quiet and we had restaurants close by as well. All in all, it was a good experience and spacious apartment. My only complaint was that at some point in the evening, perhaps when we had not used the toilet for a long time, the small corridor connecting the living room and the bedroom got some bad smell we never managed to discover were that smell was coming from.

• Milica (10/5): Great pleace, strongly recommend! - Good location, close to the M2 station, easy access to everywhere. Nice spacious apartment well equiped kitchen. We stayed 4 days, it was perfect. Change these blinds please! Water keeps changing temperature by itself all the time, its either boiling hot or cold, also water pressure is very low.

• Hermine (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, metro stop down the street and easy access to other public transport links. Plenty shops and restaurants around and within walking distance. Apartment was OK for purpose of stay. Good to have washing machine, dishwasher and spacious fridge. Bathroom: water pressure too low and temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold. Bedroom: blind/shutter was broken. I’ve read this in a previous review and asked if this has been looked into. I was told the issue was sorted but it was still there when we arrived. Sent an email to report again but never received an answer. Inconvenient to sleep as sun rose early and heated up room during the day. Mattress is really uncomfortable and old, could feel springs and resulted in body aches. Bed frame is old too. Floors were dusty. Neighbours: Heard loud hammering, chatter and music through bedroom wall after 9pm on couple of nights.

• Jennyfer (8/5): Very good - The place was very spacious and well equipped with everything you need. The location was great, the metro station is one minute away by foot. There was a supermarket, a laundraumat, and a sim card shop just around the corner. The mattress was not comfortable. Definitely needs to be changed. And the shutters in the bedroom didn't work, which made it harder to sleep past 6 am.
• Ivan (10/5): Exceptional - It was a great place. Big apartment with great location - just around 100 meters from the Metro station Lambarte and 200 meters from Lambarte train station. The place had everything needed for extra comfort. Easy self check. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The metro system is great and easy to use, so it's easy to get to every point of the city very easy. I definitely recommend the place and would come back if I visit Milano again. Nothing to share here. Maybe the only little minus was that the water temperature in the shower was hard to control. Even with a small move to the left or right, the temperature was changing a bit too much. But still it was not such a big deal. Still 10/10.
• Melkonyan (7/5): Good - everything was clean and beautiful, compact. check with host about wi fi before your arrival, it wasn’t working for 3 nights while I was there. Its a big problem for me.
• Rocky (6/5): 6/10 Fix the shower and the outdoor handle - The location was super! Not in the center, but if you wanted to visit Duomo or something else, the metro was an easy option. Lambrate FS metro station was just behind the corner. The shower didn’t work properly! The water was either burning hot or ice cold. The outdoor handle was so loose that it fell on the floor, and I had to set it up myself. The bedroom blinds were also broken.
• Drumea (7/5): Really enjoyable, great staff, awesome location, floors can be cleaned more - All the facilites, the location of the appartment, and the staff, we did not recieve the email with access codes to the apartament, but the staff were quick, professional and very helpful, sending us really Fast. I didn’t like that the floors were not cleaned. when we arrived we couldn’t stay without socks or shoes because the floor was full of dust and also we could not close the shutters in the bedroom

• Bianca (7/5): It was a pleasant stay, I recommend it if you don't have problems with noises when you sleep. - The location is really good, near metro station and train station. Check-in easy to do. Some constructive comments: - it would be nice to have a shower gel and a shampoo in the bathroom - dishwashing detergent and a sponge (as it is mandatory to wash your used dishes) Also, the neighbor was really loud every night and we couldn't sleep much because there was so much noise in the bedroom.

Bus 81 takes to the central bus station, 54 takes to the Milan cathedral. The host has sent us all needed info before our arrival. There is nothing absolutely.
• Dan (5/5): mediocre - spacious and modern toilet didn’t have an actual backboard installed with the flusher was just tubes sticking out. window was left open for check in so the bedroom was covered in mosquitoes when we came in at night, they were impossible to get out and now full of bites. shower didn’t work properly and kept going hot and cold constantly without changing. area was okay but felt quite uncomfortable at times there.
