• Linda (5/5): This property has so much potential if the owner listens to customers' reviews and work on them. - Staff = 10/10. Very responsive! Location = 10/10. Family Mart, Lawson and restaurants along the way to the property. Only 200m to Shin Imamiya station and Dobutsuen- Mae metro station. Bonus: Mega Donki Quijote just around the corner for your shopping convenience. Shinseikai is a little further down and is bustling with tourists and locals. Bonus: there is an elevator in this building! And the Living area is very spacious! Facilities = 7/10. We paid for 10 nights for 4 adults and 2 children but only 4 rolls of toilet papers were given! When enquired with owner, instead of providing more, we were asked to go buy it ourselves. For a stay of this type, we expected a more adequate supply of basic necessities such as toilet paper, rather than needing to purchase additional rolls ourselves. Cleanliness = 5/10. My child dropped a toy and it rolled under the bed. I saw a thick layer of dust under the bed. Comfort = 3/10. This has to be the cheapest beds and pillows ever provided, in a Japan accommodation we ever stayed in. The pillows are so thin that we had to fold it in half to sleep on. ALL four beds creak LOUDLY with even the slightest movements, making it impossible to have a good night sleep. Even my 2yo (barely 10kg) makes a loud creak when she climbed onto the bed. Unfortunately, one side of my bed frame has cracked right through but instead of replacing with a new bedframe, they had screwed on a L bracket to hold it in place, which did not do any good because now my bed is sagging to the right side and creaks insistently . In addition to that (if you are unlucky with inconsiderate neighbours), you can hear every conversations, luggage dragging, usage of the washing machine, through the paper thin walls. Suggestion to Owner - Please listen to all past customers reviews. Provide comfortable pillows, proper beds, hooks to hang towels/clothes, basic necessities like ample toilet paper for the duration of the stay and occasionally vacuum under the beds, I would have easily rated this property a 9.

• naho (10/5): 快適に過ごせてとても良かったです。 - アパートをワンルーム貸し切ったような、広い部屋に十分なベッドの数、トイレお風呂も別でキッチンも付いていて普通に生活ができました。 事前に不明点はメールや電話ですぐに対応していただき、不安なく宿泊することができました。 荷物を預ける時に清掃の方にお会いしましたが感じもよく、お部屋もとても綺麗にしていただいてました。 また大阪へ来る際はぜひ利用したいです。 お世話になりました。 施設自体に不満はないが強いて言えば立地の治安がすこしよくない。朝から酔って道で寝ている人がいたりする。

• Apau (6/5): Room for improvement. - The unit is clean and spacious. Furnishings are modern. Bed is noisy, and the walls are thin enough that you can hear conversations in the other unit. The corridor outside the room doors looks bare and like walking into a utility closet, not to your room unit.
• Andrea (6/5): - Location: very close to subway station Very clean and convenient. While this kind of house accommodation are normally cheaper than hotel stay, hotels allow for free luggage storage. This accomodation was quite flexible but still charged us 5,000 yen for 1 hour late check out. Beds a bit noisy.

• Nadiatul Shamimi (10/5): Overall, I enjoyed the stay and would consider repeating it next time. - The location is very convenient, only about 200m from Shin-Imamiya Station. The house is spacious and big, and the host is really nice,always quick to respond to questions. However, the house is not very soundproof, so we could hear some noise from the neighbors. Once I informed the host, they settled the issue immediately. There’s a kitchen for cooking, two bedrooms with two queen beds each,very comfortable. The bathroom is big, and there’s also a washing machine, fridge, and water heater. There’s even an extra room for luggage, so the house doesn’t feel messy, and it can also be used as a prayer space. Perfect for a family stay. Since the house is right next to the main road, you can hear traffic noise, but it was still okay. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and would consider repeating it next time. One small downside was that the mattress felt a bit itchy, but overall still manageable.

In qualche sito il quartiere viene indicato come pericoloso, ma non abbiamo avuto alcuna situazione preoccupante e ci siamo sempre sentiti sicuri. Le strade del quartiere non sono pulitissime, la sera si vede qualche scarafaggio, che in un paio di occasioni abbiamo trovato in casa. Ma con un po' di insetticida (fornito dal proprietario)a porte e finestre, abbiamo risolto il problema.

• John (9/5): Over stay was overwhelming and satisfying. Highly recommended - The Self service key is very smart. Whenever we visit Japan we learned something new. Simple technology but very essential. The Place we stayed exceed our expectation packed with simple tech and convenience. Highly recommended.. Maybe the check out time can extend up to 12 Noon.. Overall its fine. Nothing Negative as far i can remember.

It was near family marts, stations, don quijote, daiso, mcdonalds, restaurants, daikuko luggage store, tennoji zoo, tsutenkaku, takashiyama, glico, wonder cruise, hep five, kuromon market, malls and a lot more. But the best part was, there's a restaurant on the ground floor of the building that serves great Ramen and gyoza! The hotel was squeaky clean! Perfect for 8 people. The hotel came with a manual instruction on the locks, appliances etc all of which were clear and concise. There's a washing machine but no dryer. There's a hotel wifi but the signal is very weak in some areas of the hotel. There's only 1 bathroom though and not a lot of hooks or racks to hang your clothes or towels on. The owner reaches out via email and sends guidelines and check-in instructions in advance several times before your trip so it's best to read on them. The owner replies within 24 hours via email. There's a washing machine but no dryer. There's a hotel wifi but the signal is very weak in some areas of the hotel. There's only 1 bathroom though and not a lot of hooks or racks to hang your clothes or towels on.
• Taylor (9/5): Nice ^^v So sorry we didnt take photo of the unit. It is same as advertised 🥰 - It is clean and well maintained. The owner/ management very responsive and kind. They allowed us to drop our luggages before we check in. They are very understanding. We complained about the neighbor make noises after 12am, and it was handled nicely by the owner/ management. There are few times we were yelled by drunk man. If you are travelling alone or only girls group, not advisable to stay here. The drunk man yelled at us to go back or to get out something like that. It was early in the morning by the way. The owner/ management didnt have anything to do with this.

• Sherryl (8/5): Overall location and apartment size is good. - Nice sized apartment good for 2adults and 3kids. Location is very close to metro and JR train station. Shinsekai and Din Quijote is just 5min walk. You have to be quiet as it is a residential building. Problem is your on a holiday with kids and you want to have fun and not be quiet all the time! You will get messages from the host for dragging luggages in the room and making noises. Good luck!

• Pasika (9/5): Good Experiencen - The facility is very good, you have every equipment like as apartment. It is suitable for stay with group of 4-6 people. The location is not too far from Dobutsuen-Mae Station (Midosuji Line) and Shin-Imamiya Station (JR Line). Also you can walk from the hotel to Osaka Tower (Tsutenkaku). Good choice for the place to stay in Osaka. The room wall couldn’t keep noise from each other room. So, there are inconvenient if you need privacy.
• Shu (4/5): Nice location but poor bed frames quality and worse house sound isolation. - 1. Great location which is located in between JR Shin-Imamiya station and Metro dobutsuen-mae station. 2. Only two stations to Namba station via Metro dobutsuen-mae station 3. Only Walking distance to Shinsekai 1. The house with poor sound isolation, able to hear loud conversations from neighbouring houses. 2. Bed frames are squeaky which making loud voice when laying or flipping on the bed. 3. Pillows are thin. 4. Body feels itch while covering with blankets.
• Atul (8/5): Overall, very good location and room. - Very good location (near the train station) and is easy to walk to / from station. Rooms and living room were big enough for a family of 5. This place has got elevator as well, that's helpful for elderly travelers. Good sized bathroom with hot water supply. Kitchen had everything we required to cook light meals in the room. If guests arrive early before the check in time then at least allow the guests to leave the luggage and check in later. In my trip, finally the host agreed to let me drop the luggage early for free, but it was after a lot of discussion and we ended up wasting a lot of time negotiating.

• Michael (2/5): Not recommended - Location was good for transport options The house is not fit to be accommodation. It has extremely thin walls so you can hear people talking as though they are right next to you. The curtains to the street don't properly shut. The shower bathroom doesn't even have a lock which I'm not sure is even legal. There are stains on the ceilings, underneath the beds are cakes in dust likely to trigger allergies, doors open into each other in stupid ways. Room mugs are stained and not properly clean. Towels have stains. The living room light is so low that you willl hit your head on it. The area and building do not feel safe if travelling as a single woman. If you have the money just book a smaller hotel nearby that has a proper reception and staff.

• Hamiza (8/5): Very good - Location : close to Donki, Lawson & family mart 5 minutes walk to JR line, Nankai Airport Express and Metro Near Super tamade (they have halal boneless chicken, which is difficult to find in this area) The laundry detergent provided smells really fresh Cigarette smell in the hallway. Main Entrace keypad not responsive. On our third day of stay, next door guests are screaming and laughing until 1 p.m. We hope that host provide more space to hang clean clothes (wardrobe) and drying rack for wet clothes.
