Khi tôi nhận phòng lúc 23 giờ đêm, tôi đã mất khoảng 1 tiếng mới có thể liên lạc với chủ căn hộ vào được phòng. Mong chủ căn hộ hãy thay đổi thích sách nhận phòng để người thuê phòng có thể nhận phòng dễ dàng hơn. Đặc biệt là người nước ngoài tới du lịch. Chắc chắn tôi sẽ đặt phòng tại đây một lần nữa khi tôi du lịch tại Osaka.

• Jocelyn (10/5): Hébergement très confortable, situé à deux pas d'une station de métro, de konbinis et d'une épicerie - Hébergement très confortable dans un quartier très calme. Situé juste à côté d'une station de métro, de deux konbini et d'une petite épicerie. Les lits sont très confortables. La cuisine est bien équipée pour cuisiner, et il y a maintenant des spatules :) (du moins, dans la chambre que j'avais). Accès à la clé de la chambre très simple avec les informations fournies par les hôtes, à partir de la boîte aux lettres. Laveuse à linge accessible à même la chambre avec détergent fournis. Le système de ventilation de la douche permet ensuite de bien sécher les vêtements. Un peu à l'écart des points d'intérêts d'Osaka, mais la proximité de la station de métro rend ce point négatif peu pertinent.

• 樹樹 (8/5): CP值首選👍 建議大家來大阪市玩可以多探索北加賀屋附近，有許多文創店，住之江公園有唐吉訶德可以買，住的地方還有許多超市跟藥妝店可以大買特買，離南海電鐵超近來回機場也超方便，每天都可以見到改裝車或機車暴走族超讚👍 - 床超好睡很舒服，浴室功能超厲害，有陽台風景不錯，地點很讚 洗衣機有點髒，有垢，所以自己買了洗衣槽清潔了一下

• CHI-JUNG (10/5): 離車站出口相當近，功能齊全 - 空間對單人來說很大，2~4人前行也相當足夠 冬天來的關係，房間暖氣足夠這點滿意 日租公寓除了洗衣機標準備配，新的衛浴組合有搭配烘乾設備，對外出旅行烘衣服的人來說很方便 電視可以看還行 Wifi訊號有時相對不穩 岸里3號出口沒電梯，改其他出口就有電梯可以搭乘
• SU LUAN (9/5): Fantastic studio living in kinosato & tengachaya - Very clean and compact room that has everything. The full Japanese studio apartment experience. It was safe and cosy with 2 stations within 5 mins walking distance and many budget friendly supermarkets and shops in the area to get everything I needed. It was cold at the kitchenette and corridor. I figure there's no heating or solid insulation in those areas, but nothing a good indoor coat won't fix.

• MING-HUNG (10/5): - 離岸理車站很近，非常方便。價格便宜，CP值很高。空間不大但五臟俱全，會回訪 到其他地方大多需要轉車，小不方便，只是多花一些時間，問題不大。
• Halee (9/5): Great apartment hotel - Best thing about this place was the soundproofing - I barely heard any other guests for the first time since being in Japan. And hardly any street noise. The bed was pretty comfortable, everything was clean, and there was a train station entrance just metres from the door. You can go direct to Namba (Dotonbori) or Nishi Umeda (Osaka station) stations. The Lawsons across the road is a really good one, plus there are two Family Marts nearby also. It was handy to have the washer and the drying function in the bathroom (hang everything up on hangers). The neon sign outside didn’t bother me, I had really good sleeps here. The bath towels were small and low quality, and the bath was the smallest I’ve experienced in Japan so wasn’t overly comfortable.
• Lisa (6/5): - Le logement est juste à côté du métro donc c’est assez pratique mais n’est pas au centre ville. Les règles de check in et check out sont trop strictes. Il n’y a aucune flexibilité pour laisser les valises lors du Check out ce qui est désagréable pour un hôtel. Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon à 80€ la nuit.

Everything was clean and the rules are posted everywhere so that you know what you can and can’t do. Honestly, communication was wonderful too. Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

I mean because is apertment so it might look too real and not like a hotel it seems like we open the door and might meet the neighbor or else it might make you feel unsafe a bit (but it's safe) 🤷🏼‍♀️
• DO THI (8/5): - 立地は駅に近く、とても便利です。 建物のすぐ下に駅への入口がありますが、私はあまりその駅を利用する機会はありませんでした。 すぐ隣にコンビニがあり、生活する上でとても助かりました。 スタッフの方とは直接お会いすることはありませんでしたが、連絡した際の対応がとても早く、丁寧に案内していただきました。 部屋の中には生活に必要なものが一通り揃っており、清潔感がありました。 浴室には暖房機能や衣類乾燥機能が付いているため、雨の日でも洗濯ができてとても便利でした。 洗った食器を置いて乾かす場所がなかったため、濡れたまま食器棚にしまわなければならなかった点は少し不便に感じました。
• CHIH-HSIANG (10/5): - 住宿位置超棒，一走出來就是地鐵站，不管要去哪裡都很方便，從機場來也可以直達!! 務人員回覆很快，即使是自助入住也不會有問題 房間整體很乾淨，我是12月來的，一入住的時候發現服務人員很貼心的先開好暖氣了，超讚 住宿樓下對面就有2間便利商店、1間超市，完全不用擔心宵夜問題!! 浴室很大、水壓很足、熱水很夠，冬天洗澡完全沒問題 可以再多放一個垃圾桶放回收

• ChiaYen (9/5): 除非想嚐鮮 或者我發財了 那我可以一住再住 - 岸里其實到主要地點需要轉車 但是考慮到價格跟房間設施大小沒得嫌棄了 附近有玉出超市很值得一看 有提供廚具可以下廚 洗衣機跟足夠的衣架 三分離浴室屌打平價飯店 許多細節可以看出主人的用心 難以一一提及 招牌燈光很亮 當然有窗簾遮擋就沒問題 白天紅綠燈聲音也很吵 但是旅遊白天都出門 問題不大 如果連住數天 又煮飯的話 垃圾可能會有點不知道要放哪裡

• Gav (7/5): - Spacious, great if you would like an authentic Japanese apartment experience. Right next to several convenience stores and Kishinosato Station. The bed was very firm. The kitchen cutlery and chopping board needs replacing and was unusable, so I could not use the it. A pan would be welcome to have.

• Zarida Jean Bt (9/5): Excellent location and value for money apartment - 1) Location was excellent. Many supermarkets and multiple combinis around the place… 2 stations, Kishinosato metro station is just underneath, few stops away from Namba, Umeida etc. Tengachaya Station is just 8 minutes away on Nankai line, brings you straight from Kansai Airport, manageable even with big luggage. 2) Apartment has everything needed for a long stay. Small kitchen and washing machine is provided. Cooking and bathroom was separated from main sleeping area which was very good design. There’s no dryer but the bathroom itself has a heating/ drying function, just need to buy clothes pegs etc which is not provided but is cheaply available from nearby supermarkets. Space was small, but enough for 2-3 ppl and definitely larger than most Japanese hotel rooms. I would definitely come here again next time I’m in Osaka. Everything was good. Just note that its self service so there’s no cleaning provided. If shipping luggage via Yamato, you need to be there in person to pick up but also easily arranged. Just remember to ask for the apartment number beforehand. Also things like towels, pillows are basic- they did provide extra towel set so we could wash them during the stay but not extra pillows, which was a bit bothersome for those with medical reflux conditions. All in all, very small grouses in view of the excellent value for money, not worth complaining about at all.

• M (8/5): Logement agréable mais prix élevé. - Le logement est petit mais récent et bien équipé (petite cuisine dans le couloir, de quoi préparer des repas simples). Il convient parfaitement pour 1 ou 2 personnes. Il y a un petit supermarché et kombini en face de l'immeuble. Le logement est à environ 15-20 min du centre-ville en métro et 1h-1h30 à pied. L'immeuble se trouve à proximité de 2 gares : une à côté de l'immeuble qui mène au centre d'Osaka et une autre à 7 minutes à pied qui mène directement à l'aéroport d'Osaka. Le système de récupération de la clé (boîte aux lettres avec code tournant) n'est pas intuitif. Le personnel est très peu réactif aux messages. En cas de problème à l'arrivée, vous risquez de devoir vous débrouiller seul. Débit du Wi-Fi moyen. Le tarif est élevé pour Osaka, (par rapport à la taille de l'appartement et à sa localisation) peu être l'effet expo universelle.

• Ivy-Lu (9/5): CP值高的住宿，像家一樣的地方 - 住宿處離熱鬧的、木津市場、難波站只有二、三站的距離，非常的方便。離地鐵站3號出口很近，但有電梯的地鐵在2號出口及LAWSON旁邊，過個馬路就到了。取鑰匙照著說明也很快取得，房間內設備齊全，也很乾淨，床和被子讓我非常好睡。浴室有暖房及乾燥功能，洗衣服脫水後，掛在浴室，隔天早上也幾乎都有乾。冰箱的空間算大，冷涷庫效果很好，冰東西很方便。附近的藥局、超市、小店都很值得逛逛，尤其旁邊的SUKI藥局除了藥妝免稅，食品也有免稅，非常的方便，總而言之，此次住宿我非常的喜歡。 住了四晚，備品（牙刷、搓巾）都只有一份要用四天，有些不夠。房間小了點，打開行李箱後會堵住走動的路線，自己在廚房弄吃的，也沒有吃飯的地方，只好搬椅子坐在廚房吃。

• Brittany (10/5): Very affordable, well maintained, easy access to train station! - Convenient location for everything I wanted to see. Easy access to train station, two convenience stores in a 3 minute radius, and right across the street from a grocery store! That was a definite plus and helped me save more money on food costs with the ability to cook breakfast. Would definitely stay again if I come back to Osaka! Great value for a full week of lodging.
• Jia Min (10/5): Fabulous place! - This is the best place i have stayed in Osaka. Firstly, it is clean, well lit at the various rooms and well heated at all rooms during the cold seasons. Secondly, the facilities are great, clear instructions to use the various controls and washing machines. Clothes can be hanged indoor in the heated rooms and dried very fast. Thirdly, service was great and fast. The hot kettle was spoilt during my stay and a new one was delivered the next day. Last but not least, location was great. Near to kishinosato which leads you to namba quickly. Near to tengachaya which leads you to nankai line quickly. The price is reasonable as well. Nothing. I just wish i could stay longer!

• CHENYAN (10/5): 非常推荐！ - 特别特别好！ 位置：住宿附近有两个地铁站，到难波和心斋桥都无需出站换乘。到大阪机场直接南海线一部到底。出门左右各有一家family mart，对面有一家罗森。方圆1km内有二三十家大小餐厅，从烧肉到拉面应有尽有。 设施：房间里有wash toilet，浴缸淋浴，晾衣架，烧水壶，微波炉和灶台，洗衣机，床品很好，提供的浴巾和毛巾特别软也吸水用起来很舒服。之前评论提到的窗外有霓虹灯，房东用了加厚窗帘，全部拉上后基本没有问题了。 服务：checkin说明图文并茂非常清楚，回复也非常及时专业。 价格：这个价格还不夸张的说在大阪很难找到第二家，非常推荐！ 房间里的垃圾桶有一点点小，导致有些矿泉水瓶放不下。

It is very close to Kishinosato Station. It was very easy to get to anywhere in Osaka! I had the Osaka Amazing Pass for 2 days, and I managed to not spend any money on subway transportation at all! The location is really amazing and saves me time to get to anywhere around Osaka and even Kyoto. Everything was superb! Im not sure if they have Iron or Ironing Board. If they dont, I guess they can provide these tools to improve the experience of our stay.

• 溥儀 (8/5): - 這次找了可以單人入住且價格合理的房型，入住前詳讀房東提供的入住資訊即可毫無困難的自行辦理入住手續。 這趟旅程主要是來看演唱會，住宿地到京瓷巨蛋很方便，距離岸里及天下茶屋也很近，附近還有便利超商非常方便。房間空間雖然不大，但用品齊全，可以下廚還有微波爐、洗衣機，浴室的熱水及水壓，個人很滿意。 這次停留的時間不長但體驗很舒適，未來若有機會還想再次入住！從關西機場可以直達天下茶屋，所以我覺得這是一個優秀的住宿地。 陽台落地窗的隔音效果不佳，外面只要有車經過就會有噪音，我尚可接受但淺眠的人需要考慮到這一點。

• Veronika (9/5): Quiet and spacious apartment - Great spacious apartment with all you need for the stay, including a washing machine, and a balcony which looked out to the street which had nice views but was still quiet enough for sleep. Lots of privacy too. Would stay again! Minor detail but plushy texture towels I’m not used to, and the balcony was missing drying strings to hang clothes onto but I hung them onto wardrobe hangers and then out so all good🙂

• Ana (10/5): Luna de miel en Osaka - Al ser un apartamento teniamos más espacio y eso se agradece. Estaba a un minuto andando del metro, asi que te puedes mover sin problema por Osaka. Tiene tiendas cerca y restaurantes, es una zona tranquila.
• Min (10/5): - It was very close to subway station so easy to get around. Another train station to go to Koyasan and it was convenient. Quiet area compare to staying in downtown. Love the area. The room is quite small but I guess that's normal in Japan.
• Martin Mchei (10/5): Somehow long and short stay - The appartment was way clean. I loved it, to tell the truth. Even the owner was perfect. The check in instructions were also perfect. In general, everything about the apartment on my side was perfect. To tell the truth, everything to me was fine.
