• Jonathan Tonnesen (8/5): Good value - Spacious and fairly priced. Quiet considering the proximity to Dotonbori, but our room was situated on the 12th floor, so that might have helped. Dusty and old - but nothing too bad for our taste.

• Andrew (8/5): - Closeness to areas within Osaka. Being near some of the restaurants that shut late there was a bit of late night noise but not too raucous.

• han (7/5): - 성인2, 아이4 이용 하기에 좁지 않고 좋았습니다. 도톤보리가기에 가깝고 근처에 편의점도있어서 이용하기에 불편함없었습니다. 수건또한 넉넉하게 준비되어있어서 좋았습니다. 세면대에서 하수구 냄새가 좀 올라와서 그게 아쉬웠습니다. 창문이.. 잠기질 않아요.. ㅠ

• Julie (8/5): - We liked location and the 2 bedrooms and bathroom with bath. Good cooking facilities too. We asked for 2 bedrooms and the second bed was in the same room so had to move it ourself to other room. All a bit worn out especially kitchen.

• Hanna (9/5): Great family stay - Great location as it was close to Dotonbori and a subway station as well as a Family Mart and laundroma. Facilities were nice too, all basic necessities were covered such as fridge/freezer, small kitchen, and washing machine. There is also a small balcony. Check in and out was easy and staff is responsive. Recommended stay for families! Large bed was very soft which can be bad for your back. Not a lot of plates/utensils. Drying rack was a bit broken.

• Virmary (9/5): Highly recommend! We would come back again, we had a wonderful stay, in a wonderful convenient location close to Dotonbo - Fabulous location, short walk to Dotonbori. Close to Family mart and other convenience stores. A little outdated, however not a deal breaker.

• Bruno (10/5): - L'appartamento è andato ben oltre le nostre aspettative: molto, ma molto spazioso, tutto pulito e in ordine, per non parlare della posizione comodissima a 10 minuti da Dotombori. C'era pure un adattatore per le spine europee che può sempre tornare utile. Altri confort ottimali sono stati l'ascensore e l'aria condizionata, che tra l'altro al nostro arrivo era già accesa. Carino avere anche il balcone e la vasca da bagno. Check-in e Check-out sono stati semplicissimi e in completa autonomia. Appartamento super consigliato, soprattutto se rimane in questa fascia di prezzo.

There was only 1 bath towel in total - this was for 3 people, 4 night stay. The apartment wasn’t clean. There was hair everywhere. The toilet has a very bad urine smell.

• San (6/5): - 방 크기도 크고 사진만 보고 침대가 하나만 있는 줄 알았는데 2개가 있어서 좋았습니다. 수건도 엄청 많이 주셔서 가져온 수건 쓰지도 않아서 좋았어요. 체크인 전에 짐도 맡길 수 있어서 미리 가서 짐을 놔두고 돌아다녔습니다. 근처에 폭주족(?)이 있어서 그런지 밤에 좀 시끄럽습니다. 오토바이 소리가 좀 많이 들렸어요. 호텔이 아니기 때문에 청결도는 그렇게 크게 신경쓰지않았습니다만 냉장고 위에 다른 투숙객이 쓰신 머리띠같은게 있어서 그런 부분은 좀 아쉬웠습니다.
• Ochie (9/5): Convenient family accommodation - Good sized apartment for 5 (3 adults, 2 children) with enough room for suitcases. Conbinis nearby and ice cream vending machines out front were great.
• Sangita (9/5): Location of the apartment was amazing! - The property, although basic, was very comfortable. Stayed here with my husband and thirteen year old daughter. Was spacious enough for the three of us and our three suitcases. Had everything we needed for our stay. There’s a Family Mart just downstairs which was great for essentials and late night snacks. Access to the property was easy and there’s a lift too. Nippombashi station was a 5 mins walk away …very easy to get everywhere from there. The location itself was amazing. Dotonburi just a short walk away. Excellent food, shops, malls all within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay very much. There was nothing we didn’t like. It was how we had expected it to be. The place could do with a little refreshing though, and a full length mirror would be very useful. Also, there was some construction work going on for the first few nights which made sleeping difficult but that’s no fault of the owners. It thankfully ended a few days into into our stay.

• Pech (9/5): - The place is near everything, lot of aminities, you have to like busy and lively neighborhood. It's a bit difficult to get the doors to open with the code ar first and the fact there is no one around to help is a bit bothersome. Quite noisy in the street below until late at night.
