Guest Reviews
- Jennifer (8/5): It was good for the value - Got everything we need The room is actually dusty. You can see the dust on the hanger and on the balcony door. The bath tub is kind of clung and it take a while for dirty water to drain down.
- Erik (9/5): Superb - Switch and board games are a big plus! Foreign friendly with a guide book with recommendations around the area. Second bed could use some more covers for more comfortable to sleep in.
- David (3/5): We had to directly confront some of the young people who were being too loud at night. - The room is in a good location We had to leave after the first night because the nearby tenants were too noisy. At this cheap price point, you are going to be expecting to live with a lot of young students who are going to be loud and try to enjoy life understandably.
We were not able to sleep- so not worth the low cost for us and we double booked another hotel.
We had to directly confront some of the young people who were being too loud at night. Hotels are nicer in Japan because they have 24 hour concierge service in which you could report loud guests to them and they would handle them.
As a family with children, we were concerned that some of these young guests would react in a hostile way to our request to quiet down in the evening as there was drinking involved.
Unfortunately, when reporting our bad experience to our host there was no action or remediation taken to help us. It would have been at least nice to offer a token refund for our remaining nights since we had to book another hotel on the same day at a higher cost to us at no fault of our own.
