• Tiziana (7/5): Alloggio da risistemare - L'alloggio rispondeva alla nostra esigenza di soggiornare in Città Studi. Letto comodo, armadio molto capiente. Andrea è stato molto cortese, ci ha accolto in modo familiare ma anche professionale L'alloggio è datato, il bagno va rifatto e, anche se pulito, non dà l'impressione di essere igienico. Se soggiornate più di 1 notte, portatevi i prodotti da bagno, la fornitura è di un solo campione. La cucina ha un'attrezzatura minima per cucinare, noi l'abbiamo usata solo per la colazione. L'edificio ha bisogno di una bella ristrutturazione, le pareti sono scrostate.

• Danijela (9/5): Serdecznie polecam, budżetowa opcja, jednak bardzo wysoki standard obsługi! - Fantastyczny host, który udzielił nam wielu wskazówek co warto zwiedzić, przez cały pobyt pomagał nam i wysyłał istotne informacje (np. o proteście w konkretne dni). Mieszkanie całkowicie wyposażone - garnki do gotowania, znalazł się nawet korkociąg do otwierania wina, ekspres do kawy, czajnik, lodówka, żelazko i deska do prasowania, suszarka, dosłownie wszystko co potrzebne było na miejscu. Dużo osób w komentarzach narzekało na prysznic, więc bałam się, że będzie za mały, ale tak nie było. Przydałaby się jedynie jakaś mała półka na kosmetyki pod prysznicem, żeby się nie musieć schylać, bo wtedy już robi się trochę ciasno. Ciepła woda cały czas/nie było z tym żadnych problemów. Mieszkanie znajduje się na wyższym piętrze, ale dostępna jest mała winda. Stara, piękna kamienica. Na dziecińcu piękne rośliny. Z mieszkania łatwy dojazd wszędzie dzięki pobliskim przystankom stacji metra. Są również dostępne liczne restauracje, markety, apteki - wszystko jest pod ręką. Naprawdę serdecznie polecam - świetna baza wypadowa na pobyt w Mediolanie/podróże po okolicy. Jeśli kiedyś jeszcze odwiedzę to wynajmę to mieszkanie ponownie. Czasami było trochę słychać sąsiadów jeśli otworzyło się okno od strony wewnętrznej ;) na szczęście w nocy już było cicho.

• Thao (9/5): Superb - Quite close to bus and tram stations and convenient to move. There is a very lovely garden full of flowers behind our room. Andrea, the host was very helpful, providing useful information and helping me call a taxi to the station early in the morning.

• Syed (5/5): Passable - Room was big but old. AC was not there as we booked the room then they messaged us no AC due to some work. But i didn’t see any marks were they AC was actually installed. So, i think that they dont have any AC. 10to 15 min walk to metro station. Not the central location but shops, restaurants, stores and bakeries were nearby. Bathroom was ok. Commode was not clean. Kitchen was good. Commode was not clean.

The host was excellent, meeting us upon arrival and providing all the necessary information about the apartment and the city. His guidance made our stay much more enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this apartment.

• Balevska (9/5): Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it. - The apartment’s location is great, it is only 10 minutes away from the subway. It was clean and comfortable. Andrea was a great host, he responded quickly and helped us with finding our way around Milan.

• Avnil (10/5): Exceptional - Very well located, many bars and restaurants in the area. Close to the central station. Everything was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was very useful and didn't lack anything. It was a little smaller than expected, but still we didn't need anything more. The shower was also pretty small.
