- Elena (8/5): extra money paid, location not ok - Location quite difficult to find. The keys to the apartment were left for us at another location. But, before giving us information on how to get the keys, they forced us to check in online. and to pay either a guarantee of 300 euros, which they would later refund, if they considered it is all ok, or a guarantee policy of 30 euros. We choose to pay the gUarantee policy -30 euro.lost money. we could not choose the 300 euro option as there was no one there to give us the location, and for departure the instructions were to leave the keys at the entrance door. We risk losing the money, depending on the amount they considered at the end, without being informed in advance or being able to dispute. it was a method of earning more money, which you don't know about when you book on booking. The cleaning was partially done, I found bunches of tomatoes on the floor.
