• Simona (9/5): - Concetta è molto gentile e ci ha inviato informazioni chiare in merito al self check-in. L'appartamento è pulito, comodo e silenzioso. Si trova in una zona relativamente centrale e tranquilla, vicino al supermercato e alla metro. Il centro e la stazione si raggiungono facilmente, ed è a solo un paio di fermate della nuova linea M4 dall'aeroporto di Linate. Altamente consigliato

• SILVIA (7/5): Sicuramente vorrò tornarci, - La casa è carina , e per me in uno ottima posizione. C'è freddo. Però la signora mi ha portato subito un piumino in più.
• mattia marcati (8/5): Piccolo e accogliente - Struttura comoda ai servizi, piccola, ma accogliente. Bagno con stile moderno e pulito. Proprietaria cortese e disponibile. Pet friendly. Specifico che le foto sono state fatte dopo il soggiorno, appena arrivati il letto era perfetto. Qualche dettaglio sarebbe da ammodernare, tipo il bocchettone della doccia e sarebbe da ripassare il silicone in quest'ultima. Il bollitore a disposizione sarebbe da sanificare ogni tanto.

La "casa" è veramente troppo piccola per il prezzo pagato (113€/notte), considerando che non si tratta di una zona centrale, né di alta stagione. Se non hai bisogno della cucina puoi trovare una camera, magari più ariosa, pagando (molto) di meno. Spazzolone del water danneggiato e incrostato da sostituire, dispenser sapone della doccia danneggiato, il telecomando per l'aria condizionata non funziona (pile scariche?)

No 5 tram gave you good connectivity to the central train station in about 25 minutes. A number of restaurants and places to eat nearby and also two supermarkets if needed. • Michael Georg (8/5): Schöne, kleine, moderne Wohnung nahe Station - Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Gute Kommunikation. Für meine Bedürfnisse sehr gute Lage. Ruhig und gute Klimaanlage. Bad modern und gut. Man konnte ein kleines Fenster nicht verdunkeln. Ich wusste mir zu helfen.

• Aaron (7/5): Usual - The accommodation had everything that was written in the booking. The location was average and there wasn't much to go anywhere on foot, you had to go either by metro or bus. There were also no wine goblets.
• James (9/5): Clean, comfortable and connected in a tranquil Milan neighbourhood - A Casa di Beatrice was a very clean and comfortable place to stay in Milan for a few nights. It's not in the heart of the city (about 45 minutes walk to the Duomo), but is conveniently connected via Metro Linea 4 (which is perfect for Linate Airport and Circolo Magnolia, the venue of the concert I was in the city for). The apartment is equipped with everything a single or couple might need when staying for both short and long stays. The bed was ultra-comfortable, the decor and ambience quite classy and I felt at home. Guests should be aware that the apartment is at the entrance door to the building. This means some noise from residents entering and leaving sometimes. When I stayed at the apartment there was also noise from a building site from across the street, so be aware this may disturb your lie-ins.

• Nikita (10/5): Good weekend in Milan - Great stay in Milan! Room is compact, but had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Modern and clean, also great that you can cook and coffee machine included. Definitely can recommend for a 2-3 day stay in Milan. Location was also nice, supermarket nearby. A bit far from the city centre, but easy to commute via public transport.

• Ala-rantala (9/5): Superb - The apartment was clean and very nice looking. We didn't spend much time in the apartment thus sleeping but it had equipment for also cooking which was nice. The walls are quite thin and there were some really loud noices outside the apartment in the night but with earplugs it was nice to sleep.

• Yechiel (6/5): Pleasant - Place very well taken care of. Excellent coffee machine and facilities. No desk to allow work. Ground floor apartment located in a way that guarantees early wake by by the garbage collection. Place too small. Bed nearly touches the small kitchen. Evidently the owner did his/her utmost with this small previous-doorman space. But the add is not transparent about the limitations. The owner does not permit to host anybody, not even for a business meeting, which, anyhow is impossible to conduct.

• Ivan (9/5): Perfect for a couple and short stay - Very clean, close to the city and lots of nice bars and restaurants in the nearby area. Very close also to buses/trams. There is also a cool market on Fridays just down the road. Perfect for a couple and few days stay. The host was very helpful and communication was really easy. Very poor sound isolation. You could hear water going down the pipes, noises from the outside and backyard even though the windows and blinds were completely closed.
