• Francesco (7/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Appartamento in ottima posizione, vicino alla metro e in via secondaria molto silenziosa. stanze e spazi comuni grandi e confortevoli. Chicca il giardino. Il team Hostmate molto disponibile e gentile: hanno dato massima disponibilità per risolvere un disguido in fase di prenotazione. Unico neo la pulizia delle camere, troppa polvere per essere un appartamento sempre in affitto. Lo staff è dovuto ripassare ben 2 volte per lasciare l'abilitazione pronta per il check-in. Un peccato.

• Yuk (5/5): Passable - Have 3 bedrooms (Total 5 beds) and each has an individual air conditioner. The locations, the equipments and or household appliances in the kitchen !!! Also, provided ONLY one pair of keys which was quite inconvenient for all guests !!!

• Samantha (10/5): Spacious apartment, would book again! - The property was such a pleasant surprise! Check-in was easy and the apartment is so spacious! We were travelling as friends and it was nice that we each had our own room. The outdoor space is big and private. It’s not exactly central so we were taking a short Uber to central every day
• Teodora (7/5): Good - The apartment was nice, it was clean and spacious and it looked like in the picture. It was close to the metro (~8 min) and bus (~2 min) with a CONAD nearby. The area was pretty quiet and safe during the day however at night there were some rather shady individuals lurking on the bigger street near the apartment. It was fine since we were a bigger group but if you are a solo female maybe be more aware. The host answered pretty quickly. For us the main issue was the interaction with the host. We went to pick up the keys at 11 a.m. and were told to only leave our luggage at the property since they need to clean it, which is normally fine. However this time the cleaning had been done before our arrival so enforcing this rule seemed unnecessary and only adding some additional inconvenience for us. We were also given some toiletries to take back with us and I didn't understand why they couldn't just leave it at the apartment. Another pretty big issue was not being able to leave out luggage at the apartment/their office and not being provided with an alternative for this. We had a plane late in the evening and we had to search for a place to leave our luggage ourselves (Nannybag was a life saver). It would have been nice if they had an arrangement in place for this kind of situation or at least be more informed and share the information with the guests. There were no spare trash bags in the house and we were told to keep sorting the trash and maybe use shopping bags so we had to buy trash bags, as well as paper towels and toilet paper as those were not enough either. I think they should provide provide the trash bags if they expect you to continue sorting all 4 recycling categories. We only had a single set of towels for each person for a whole week. There is also only one set of keys and we were 5 people so at times synchronization got pretty tricky.

• Atina (4/5): as long as it's not cold outside, the apartment is great - It was cold, the heating did not work and the air conditioner remotes were missing. For our entire stay no one came to fix the problem with the radiators or give us a remote

• Антон (10/5): Excellent stay and excellent apartment, most appreciated and my best wishes to the host - I must admit, I have a weak spot for apartments like this, small and cosy, in kind of a vernacular district of a city and not far away from the center. Maybe not for everyone, but definitely hits my sweet spot. Also, in my personal opinion, ideal for families, can easily accommodate for a family with 2 teenagers of different sex (my case), but actually even more. Two bathrooms are the saver. The two very minor things: a missing key in the second bathroom and at least I failed to open the middle door without a key, probably some explanation from the host would help.
• Amin (8/5): Very good - It is equipped with requirements for the kitchen, with comfortable beds, and most important the AC during summer. So cleaned apartment. The family enjoyed the stay. The only thing was not good at all, is collecting the key from an office building (which is time consuming and at different location), in addition the limit time to collect the keys ( morning - untilll 6 pm). Or you need to pay for delivery which is not good or flexible at all for travelers. I wish apartment management could do something like self-check in.

• Cemre (9/5): Amazing - Location was perfect. Very close to the city center and central station by metro. The apartment was amazing.The apartment had everything we needed. For this price, apartment is really really good! Staff was very helpful. Whenever we called the staff they quickly picked up. So, come and stay! Nothing i remember.
