• Natalie (4/5): Good location, not great facilities. - The location was good. Just a short walk to a row of nice restaurants. We arrived on a Saturday so there was a small market on about 5 min walk from the apartment. The apartment size was great. However the balcony is extremely small, can only fit one person on it. The shower pressure is terrible, it was very hard to shower, was very uncomfortable. If you are a tall person, this shower is not for you. The kettle was very mouldy which was disappointing, we couldn't use it. They provided a coffee machine with no coffee capsules. We ended up leaving this apartment two nights early than what we had booked due to these conditions, being uncomfortable and dissatisfied and we went to another hotel for our remainder of our stay in Milan.

• Kseniia (10/5): Всу супер, не считая расположения - далековато от всего - Хорошие апарты, особенно если останавливаться не на долго. Все компактно, чисто. Все необходимое есть. Даже водичка в холодильнике)) Регистрация онлайн, никаких людей 😅это большой плюс. Внизу есть барчик и неплохая пиццерия, можно взять на вынос. Стройка за окном - это конечно очень некомфортно. Шум от стройки начался в 7 утра. Хозяева ставят штрафы если не помоете за собой посуду или не рассортируете и не вынесете мусор, при этом жидкости для мытья посуды и мочалки нет, как и полотенец на кухне. Солнечная сторона - солнце в окнах весь день, с самого утра до позднего вечера (здесь на любителя-кто то будет рад)

• Rashad (4/5): Dirty - Good location, host seems to be friendly, prompt in messages, amazing internet, appliances in good condition. Clean bedsheets, towels 1. It was very dirty floors, hairs, dust etc all over place. We even tried to clean but vacuum cleaner wasn't working properly either 2. Too many "extra fees" (late check-in = extra fee; didn't clean after yourself=extra fee/penalty etc) 3. Water in shower wasn't coming good enough 4. Too small pillows

• Anu (8/5): Wonderful stay—clean, convenient, and perfect for exploring the city! - Had a wonderful stay! The property was exceptionally clean and offered easy access to transportation, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. A comfortable and hassle-free experience overall! Adding an extra mirror in the room would be a great improvement, as the only mirror available was in the bathroom. Overall, a pleasant experience with just a small suggestion for added convenience
• Alicerovaniemi (10/5): Exceptional - Easy access and good instructions. 5th floor with quite small elevator. Nice apartment and really suitable for 1-2 persons. Only couple cups and glasses available. No wine glassess at all.

• Nazif (7/5): Good - Location of the apartment is pretty good. There is a tram station right in front of the house. The sheets had hair on them and the floor was pretty dirty.
• Canberk (5/5): Passable - Very poor wifi speed, and its far from Navigli with walk.
• Riccardo (6/5): Apartment pretty good but furniture and services not amazing. - Location was fine, and overall the apartment itself is not a bad choice. There was no toilet paper and we were asked to clean dishes after using without anything to clean them provided by the structure. Very noisy flat, and bed not very comfortable.

• Viviane (9/5): homey atmosphere - cosy, comfortable, cute, near public transportation, cute small balcony, quiet but very close to many restaurants! the only thing is that there should be a full length mirror!

• Ben (7/5): Good location with a clean apartment - location is good and close to everything with very good transport links. apartment is fine for 2 people but cramped if there were any more. Good WiFi (we had an issue and was corrected quickly) also clean and tidy on arrival. Watch out for the added city tax when you check in and also the automated check on was not working when we arrived and had to get someone to let us into the building and then use a code for the door.
