• Kellie (10/5): Cosy apartment in the heart of it all - Unbeatable location right next to Castello Sforzesco, the pedestrian zone of Via Dante and right next to Cairoli Metro station. Well appointed and neat and tidy apartment. Francesco was very accommodating and helpful. All facilities listed worked well and the beds were comfortable. There were so many easy food options available at the doorstep when we got sick of looking for restaurants -hamburgers, kebabs, panzerotti street food and plenty more, as well as tonnes of cafes and restaurants in Via Dante. The loft setup was a struggle for our little family and might not work for some, due to the steep stairs and low ceiling (tricky in the middle of the night), plus a bit of noise from creaking stairs/floors. The street was not particularly noisy, but when there was noise (i.e. shops closing) we could hear it very easily. For those reasons the apartment might not work for light sleeping kids. But earplugs would do the trick for adults agile enough to navigate stairs on the night. It's worth it for the amazing location! Check-in details a little earlier would have been nice.

• Azarul Emrun (9/5): - The location was exceptional. Metro and shopping walking street was just next to the unit. Duomo was also just an easy walk too. Everything was closeby. Frencesco was attentive to our needs and made the stay comfortable. And my son said, the bath room was the highlight of the apartment. :) The apartment was a bit tight for 4 big luggage but, facilities and location really made up for everything.

• Zahra (10/5): Highly greeted in Milan in Appartamento Cairoli. - The continuous communication with the owner made us feel comfortable before our holiday. We were a family of X4, 2 adults and 2 young children. The apartment is very central and few steps away from the Metro underground. Few steps away from MC Donald's and other restaurants. Few meters away there is also a mini market if opting for self catering. The apartment is very highly modernised and furnished to perfection. Children chose to sleep upstairs while we shared the sofa bed. Kitchen appliances up to standard. Bathroom supplied with fresh white linen, hair dryer, hair clipper, soap and shower gel. Shall suggest to everyone staying in the heart of Milan. Thx. It's not the owner's fault, but during our stay in July we encountered a lot of mosquitos. Maybe a mosquito catcher led lamp shall help the situation if you are sensitive.

• Abbey (7/5): Good - Franscesco was great. Gave us information to help our time exoring Milan, and allowed us to drop luggage off prior to check in, which was super helpful. AC, fans, and washing machine were helpful. Lots of useful/thoughtful additions in the accomodation making our time there more special. Handy location in a historic building. Loved the courtyard/planter boxes, which provided shade and a green oasis in the busy city. Very clean. There were only light curtains on the windows which meant the light streamed in and didn't buffer the noise to aid sleep.

I would return - Everything and would return My only suggestion would be to have a folder with instructions on everything in English. We did not know how to use dishwasher; washing machine; no ironing board and maps of the city would be good or suggestions on things to do. Otherwise it really was perfect

Comfortable bedding and great heating (if needed). All round nice apartment. The host was very slow to respond with check in instructions. (Took 5 hours to respond and we had to wait a further 90mins after arrival). Dryer was listed on booking but host forgot to update no longer at property.

• Michael (8/5): Really great location, with comfortable apartment for short stay. - It's a small.compact unit very well situated to the heart of milan. Close to train to get to airport... close to the main attractions, duomo, opposite castle, last supper.museum... There's just no attention to the small things. Slow or no response to online questions. For example, every other unit we've gone to sends a welcome email and details how to gain access. This unit nothing. I send a message confirming our arrival time, no response. Thankfully someone is there, but we're standing there nervously with 2 kids and 3 bags hoping someone is..... No welcome pack detailing simple stuff like the WiFi password,. every other unit did this.The next day we get a response with it.There's an espresso machine but no pods. These are all things previous reviews have flagged but nothing done...it's just all a bit well, average so you get an average score. Score.lifted by location, which is really good.

It was exceptionally clean and had good security. There is a lift to take bags upstairs. Has a kitchen. And decent size bathroom The ceiling was very low going up the stairs to the bedroom and hit my head a few times

Great value for a couple given the size and location of the apartment. The A/C needs a service but it worked better than others we had used in Italy. Check in process could be a bit smoother and better organised. Coffee pod machine but no coffee pods supplied.

No extra pillows as they were too flat. No ironing board. One drinking glass chipped and cut my lip and one wine glass was cracked in two places. It was very obvious that there is little spectacular on keeping the rooms well maintained as the furniture was stained and very old as well.

• George (8/5): Perfect for three nights in Milan - Excellent location within walking distance of transport connections, and major attractions. The cute apartment was very well equipped and was comfortable. We had seen all the great reviews about Francesco whom we met when checking out. Unfortunately he was away from Milan when we arrived and his temporary property manager failed to show us various things about amenities and the wifi that we then had to chase Francesco to get. In the end it was all dealt with reasonably quickly but it could have been much easier with a proper handover/introduction and an information sheet for tenants.

Lots of space, quiet despite being in a superb location just steps from the main shopping street (great windows blocked out noise), very comfortable. Love the internal courtyard that the building has. Francesco met us to hand over the key and show us around the property. He was so lovely! He also met us when we left and ordered a taxi for us. Super helpful! Highly recommend this place. In fact we’re coming back here in a month at the end of our trip! Nothing. Really comfortable stay.
• Viktoria (9/5): Superb - Best location, appartment has everythimg for a good stay, staff is very polite, I would recommend coffe machine- doesnt cost much, but for the price of appartment would be worth. Very annoying squeaky coach downstairs, which could erease all the good feeling from the appartment during the night. Again it would be nothing for the host to change it and avoid that recurring feedback from all the guests, I saw lots similar. Leave bad overall feeling about the stay. Otherwise perfect.

Bathroom was cute and blue! The noise from outside is there but not to loud. Overall i would recommend this and deffinitly come back here! The bed is maybe a bit small and the matrass a bit hard. But its ok. But everything else was amazing!
