• Mary Ann (10/5): Excellent apartment - Well appointed and equipped apartment. Beds were very comfortable. Great to have washing machine and door opening on to balcony to get fresh air.. Very grateful to have elevator and the last few steps to apartment were very manageable. Great location, close to station and many izakayas and bars. Communication was excellent and clear instructions for location, entry and workings of apartment were given on time. Was perfectly fine

• GANESH RAO (4/5): - Nothing much - nearby amenities The space felt quite cramped for 4 people. The location was difficult to find, as it couldn’t be located on Waze, and there were no clear instructions provided beforehand on how to identify the building. The lock system was also not properly updated or explained, which made check-in inconvenient. On a positive note, the area felt safe. However, the distance to the nearest subway station was farther than expected, taking about a 9-minute walk. Recommended for 2 adults

• Lea W. (1/5): - Betten sauber Sehr schlecht zu finden, Hauseingang hat uns schon sehr abgeschreckt - allgemein ist das haus veraltet/heruntergekommen, so auch die Wohnungen an sich. Diese ist zwar groß aber wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. Wasserflecken auf Lampen, überall blättert Farbe von Wänden und Türen ab. Die Badewanne hat einen furchtbaren Ablauf für den man direkt bei Checkin eine Anleitung bekommt wie man diesen als Gast bitte reinigt! Super ekelig. Wir waren froh, dass die Betten sauber waren. Ansonsten sehr schlecht, die Fotos täuschen extrem.
• Yae (7/5): - The host was extremely responsive and helpful, replying within minutes to any questions. Communication was excellent throughout. The location is very convenient — within easy walking distance of both Sangenjaya and Komazawa-daigaku stations, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Although the building is on a main road, the room faces away from it, so noise at night was minimal. The beds were wide and very comfortable, and the room had a lovely view with lots of natural light, especially at sunrise. For the price, the apartment also felt more spacious than many other places in Tokyo and we had a good stay here. Lots of amenities like cooking appliances, games for children etc... The building itself is quite old and has some quirks so just something to be aware of. Despite following the shower/bath instructions carefully, water still spilled into the toilet area and took a long time to drain, leaving the floor wet and causing a slight smell. The main table is very low (around knee height for an adult), which made it a bit awkward to use. There were limited power outlets, and the protective cable covers on the floor tended to crack when stepped on. The elevator only goes up to the 8th floor, so there is one flight of stairs to walk up. This was clearly communicated in advance and was fine for us, just may be something to consider for guests with mobility needs. The washing machine and toaster didn't work for us when we tried to use them, but perhaps something that would have been resolved if we had contacted the host - it wasn't a priority for us.

• taeko (9/5): 満足でした。 - 急を要する事に素早く返信があり許可をして頂きすごく助かりました。 追加料金もなく孫のお世話をする事ができました。 以前利用したホテルより清掃が行き届いて良かったです。 スーパーも目の前ですごく便利でした。 敷居の塗料が剥がれていたのが少し気になった事 ペンを忘れていた為、置かれていればありがたかったかなと思いました。
• Ahmed Raza (6/5): Good for short trips. - The property was clean. The lift was small. It is difficult to get hold of someone to help out with things. (Eg no one was there when we wanted to leave bags after checkout)
• SHUICHI (5/5): - 写真に期待し過ぎました。 トイレや浴槽など昭和感たっぷりで、かなり残念でした。 部屋の色合いは良かったですが、料金に合わせるのならもっとちゃんとリフォームした方が良いと思います。せっかく三軒茶屋と渋谷区なのに、ちょっと残念です。

• eva (6/5): - There was a very strong smell of cigarettes throughout the building. It was difficult to understand how to enter both the building and the room. There was no flexibility with check-in or check-out. The room was okay, but it felt very old and not very clean. The cigarette smell in the building made our stay quite difficult

• Romero (8/5): Economical and Clean Apartment - The apartment had all the amenities that we needed, and the location was ideal since we wanted to be near the Temple University in Japan campus. It is quaint and decorated in vintage style. It is a bit older too, but very clean. It was within walking distance to the train stations and there is a 24-hour supermarket across the street. The elevator reached the 8th floor, and the apartment is on the 9th. Not a big deal. The building can be a bit off-putting since the entrance is facing the side and not well-maintained, but that is the building.

• HARINI (5/5): Okay for 1-2 guests. For more - Closeby to train station. Microwave and fridge included. Closer to shops. Very small room. The photo is taken such that it looks bigger, but in reality it’s very small. Can manage if two guests but really tough for four guests or family. Bathroom is also small and a bit cramped.

Nothing exactly, only noting that there are about 8 steps from the lift to where the apartment is which may be a struggle for those with mobility issues. However it was fine :)
• Luan (10/5): Wonderful place - Everything was perfect. The apartment is in an excellent location, with many restaurants nearby and relatively close to a very well-located train station. The host was very helpful throughout the entire process and provided guides for nearby restaurants, directions, and instructions on how to use all the appliances in the house. .
• Slajchó (9/5): Great stay, at a good location with amazing view on the Tokio skyline - The location is excellent, the host is super responsive and kind, we always had an answer within a matter of minutes. As we've travelled with two small kids the host even organised a second baby chair for us which was delivered on the first day of our stay. There are also toys at the accommodation, suitable for every age. There is a convenience store just on the other side of the road and plenty of restaurants, bakery, metro station, bus station within 5-10 minutes of walking distance. Even a 0-24 laundromat is within walking distance if you'd require a drier if the already provided washing machine is not enough. The view is really good from the 8th floor! We'd come again for sure! The elevator stops only at every half floor, so it required always two people to come and go with the pram. It's nothing super bad, just required a bit of a planning for our case.

• Adelynlim (8/5): Value for money - The room is quite big for a family to stay. The kitchen has full equipment and utensils. We can see the tip of skytree from the room. The room conditions are quite old. And the toilet drainage is quite poor caused flood after shower.
