• Stefanie (9/5): - Good location close to the center. The apartment was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable and big. The host was very friendly and helpful and we felt safe in the neighbourhood. Overall the apartment is well equipped with washing machine, iron, hair dryer etc. The kitchen was missing a few essentials but we worked around it.

Muy agradable Fernando al recibirnos de último momento. La ducha es un poco incómoda si uno es alto, porque queda petisa, pero igualmente nos pudimos bañar bien.
• Stefan (9/5): Would stay there again. - Location was good. No breakfast was provided but that was also not offered with this Appartement. Otherwise it was a very good stuffed. Can't think of anything right now except the bathtub was very old but clean.
• RobertoeFrias (4/5): Una mala estadia - muy buena ubicación tuve un inconveniente con la coche me indicaron dejar mi vehículo en un lugar y al día siguiente lo encontré pintado y con rayones, el lugar no era del propietario, si bien el mismo se oficio a hacerse cargo de los daños ya no es lo mismonpor tratarse de un vehículo 0 km.

• Katrin (9/5): A great place in Salta - The apartment is bright, very well equipped, new, clean and situated in the center of the city within walking distance of parks, restaurants, cafes, etc. The communication with Fernando was nice and easy.

Pero lo que más destacó es la AMABILIDAD DEL DUEÑO FERNANDO. Mi vuelo se retrasó muchísimo y estuvo pendiente y dispuesto a ayudarme en todo momento

Also great there are lifts The sofa is not most comfortable. Apartment is in a residential block which is great for mixing with salta residents but some did DIY late in evening.

• Gary (9/5): The apartment was comfortable, spacious and good value. - The property was well equipped included a washing machine which is unusual. The flat was spacious and comfortable. The location although close to the centre, was quite run down but a lot of Salta looked the same. To be fair we didn’t have any problems at all.
• Naomi (9/5): Nice comfortable stay - The apartment is simple and clean. Everything necessary seemed to be there and we had a comfortable stay. The view from the window was nice. The area is central to walk to many areas. The host was very welcoming and punctual for check-in and check-out. The street isn't a fancy area nor touristic area, the building seems to be an old hotel that was renovated into apartments, so the first impression walking into the building was strange. The inside of the apartment was remodeled modern and clean so the stay itself was comfortable and perfect.

• Michael (2/5): Bait and switch on requirement to pay in US dollars. Foreign travelers should be aware of owners tactics. - Pros: clean, well stocked, good location We spent three nights here… Cons: furniture uncomfortable and/or covered in plastic (also not comfortable to sit on); AND way over charged us. He insisted that we had to pay in US dollars because we were foreigners! On the website at the time of booking, it stated that the US dollar would be used as the basis for calculating payment since the peso devalues quickly. However, once we reserved the room, we were notified that payment must be in US dollars (not pesos based on the dollar) - we were not aware of this fine print until he bought it up. Classic bait and switch technique. Our only other option was to leave but we would be charged anyways due to his no cancellations policy. He stated that foreigners were coming to Argentina and taking advantage of the economy. So …he took advantage of us. We are retirees on a fixed income so we choose Argentina because of how far our dollar will go. The aspect of where and how we got our pesos had no bearing to the payment. He said that what we did, exchanging dollars for pesos at Western Union was illegal. He knew that he had us in a no win situation with the payment. We ended up paying in US dollars but were frustrated and lost sleep over the fact we were taken advantage of in this situation. He did give us a small discount in the end when we promised not to give him a one star review.
