• Holylander (7/5): Cheap stay near the center, ok for a couple of days - The bed. the shower is quite good. The size of the apartment. The price was very good. Dimi was very communicative Balcony was shared with other flats, therefore, it was a security risk to leave it open. It was quite noise due to traffic House is unfinished: there are windows unfinished, some holes, some stuff is missing, no place to put the towels, or toilet paper...
• Kamila (1/5): Got wrong address, no key in the lockbox and called 11 times without an answer - lost all money - Horrible experience with a person who's very far away from understanding what does good customer service mean. To sum it up shortly - I wasn’t able to use the apartment, as the owner provided us with all wrong information - wrong address, no key available in the lockbox and hasn’t answered 11 calls from two phones. He reached out to me more than an hour after my first call, when we already found another accommodation, as we believed we got scammed. He denied sending wrong information and seeing any of our calls, even though it's obvious from his messages that he made a mistake with the address and the lockbox code. Now he refuses to give me the money back, because according to him he did everything correctly and I "only spent 40 euros". No, I did not only spend 40 euros, I ended up spending 120 euros for one night thanks to you, as I needed to pay for another accommodation and taxis + wasted around 1,5 hours on trying to contact you, moving between apartments and finding a new one. Literally the last thing someone wants to experience after travelling almost the whole day and just wanting to check in as soon as possible, to be able to go explore the city straight away. Hope you enjoyed these 40 euros, as I didn't use the apartment so there was no housekeeping or utilities costs, easy earn. Seeing now how you replied to another review where someone complained about cleanliness of the apartment, I'm really concerned with how this business is run. How can anyone blame holes in the sheets on the guest arriving early?! Apartment being a bit dirty, sure, I get, if the housekeeping had to be done very quickly, but how can holes in the sheets be an early check in fault... Sometimes it's just smart to own up to your mistakes instead of blaming your customers, without whom your business will be non-existing.
