• Eleni (10/5): Όλα τέλεια - Η ευγένεια,εξυπηρετικό τητα του προσωπικού .Ο Γιώργος αλλά κι το άλλο παιδί που ήταν εκεί το απόγευμα κατέβαλαν κάθε προσπάθεια για να έχω μια ευχάριστη διαμονη.Ήταν όλοι τους πρόθυμοι να διευθετήσουν την οποιοδήποτε δυσκολία .Επίσης ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός κι άνετος ,το στρώμα πολύ καλό .Το Μετρο πολυ κοντά κι όλα κοντά με τα πόδια ,πιο κεντρικά δεν γίνεται . Καθώς η μία διανυκτέρευση μου ήταν Σάββατο είχε μουσική δυνατά μέχρι αργά τα ξημερώματα .Όμως αυτό δεν έχει να κάνει με το χώρο του καταλύματος αλλά με την περιοχή
• Katja (10/5): - Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zum Monastiraki Platz und zur Metro. Die Mitarbeiter sind zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

• Catherine (1/5): Do not stay here, super unclean, staff would not rectify issues and noise until 1am every night. - Would not recommend this property to anyone, location is good at a stretch. Do not stay here. Arriving at nighttime we realised our stay would be incredibly noisy, right next to a hostel and above two very loud bars that music did not stop until after 1am. First impressions of room was it had not been cleaned, toilet had blood stains on the seat! Dirty/sticky floors, dirt and hair in shower, literal mould on curtains, towels had weird what seemed like blood stains and shower would not drain after a 2 min shower, flooding with dirt and hair, no products provided in room, not even hand soap in the bathroom. Messaged the staff on first night asking if someone could come and clean the bathroom as it had not been done and received copy and paste reply gaslighting and saying it had been verified and cleaned. Messaged again in the morning asking if we could least have our shower unclogged, came into our room while we were out without asking and put one soap bar but didn’t rectify any of the issues. Asked for an early checkout as they would not clean our room or provide another room and they declined saying they couldn’t even partially refund us. DO NOT STAY HERE, it is not worth the cheaper price or location, overall staff didn’t care about our problem, super noisy and super gross (have stayed in hostels cleaner than this).

• Monica (9/5): - La gentilezza e competenza dello staff, unita alla posizione centralissima per visitare l'Acropoli (visibile dalla terrazza comune) ed i musei, rendono questo piccolo appartamento una ottima sistemazione. Il quartiere di Psyri è sempre attivo, con negozi sempre aperti e una grande affluenza di persone. Unica pecca il piano cottura con forno integrato non funzionante... ma i tanti locali e ristoranti con prezzi abbordabili rendono inutile la cucina, se non per la colazione. Lo consiglio a chi non vuole solo visitare Atene ma vuole viverla.
• Ειρήνη Γεωργιάδου (8/5): - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, όλα βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια. Το κατάλυμα διαθέτει υπέροχο Roof Garden με μοναδική θέα στην Ακρόπολη, ιδανικό για να απολαύσεις το βράδυ σου. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Η καθαριότητα του καταλύματος δεν ήταν στο επίπεδο που περιμέναμε και πιστεύουμε ότι χρειάζεται βελτίωση.

• WladyPach (10/5): Excelente opción para hospedarse en Atenas - Lo mejor es la ubicación perfecta y céntrica, con muchas opciones de bares, a pocas cuadras puedes comer los mejores Souvlakis en Kosta, está a escasos minutos del metro de Monasterakis. La habitación es perfecta, con todo lo necesario y cómoda, con ducha caliente, cama espaciosa, TV, etc. A pesar de tener bares debajo, no sé escucha el ruido. Tiene una terraza excepcional para tomar un vino viendo al Partenón. Nada, todo fue perfecto en este hospedaje.

• Pauline (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the central position and easy accessibility to all the landmarks. Very modern and secure location with two doors with either a pass code or the key card. I felt safe leaving my belongings there. We enjoyed the buzzing atmosphere at night, with plenty of local bars and musica around. The rooftop is definitely a plus to enjoy the sunshine, with view over the Acropolis. All amenities were functioning and perfectly cleaned. The staff was very helpful in recommanding spots to eat and or drink. They were very quick in answering my query about the parking situation prior to our stay.

The room was quiet big. the room's cleanliness left something to be desired. Additionally, the TV kept turning off while we were watching a movie, which was frustrating.

• Ylena (9/5): Great stay! - Great location! Right in the Psyri neighbourhood with a lot of cool places to eat and drink in less then 5 mins walking. Everything is very close by! The room was clean and it had everything you could need! Also there was someone at reception even late at night in case of any questions, which also made us feel more at ease. Finally, it had a cute rooftop just for the people who are staying there. We would consider coming here again! We were there on the Friday night and it was quite noisy. To be expected in the centre of a city of course, but good to know and keep in mind. We had ear plugs, and then it was completely fine!

• Andrea (8/5): Amazing location - Amazing location, staff were lovely, so helpful with recommendations. The room was comfortable and the rooftop courtyard was lovely. The airconditioning worked but we had to have it set to 16-18 degrees to cool the room down. Small issue with the front door breaking meaning we couldn't get into the building however staff had someone there quickly to fix it and we were able to get in within the hour.

• Christakis (6/5): Would not stay here again - Location is near Monastiraki which is easy walk. In reality i did a mistake and did not read the reviews. I would had stayed away due to the noice. The club noice sound continues all the way to the morning hours. You are given one card if that does not work there is no-one to answer the phones or let you in. The system they use does not make guest feel secure when staying at a foreign country.
• Konstantinos (7/5): Convenient central location close to all amenities and main touristic attractions! - Central location just next (3 mins) to the metro station! Modern design -style! Well equipped studio! The off street bar/cafe at the corner ‘transistor’ has great options for brunch/breakfast! Hot water by using electric pump heater ( in 20 mins the water is ready) - but in our case there was not a problem as it was summer!

• Rob (9/5): Super location and lovely modern apartment - Great location, great price, lovely modern apartment. Roof terrace was a plus, I had my breakfast there one morning and no other guests around. Noise disturbance (music) from the bar below, was only a problem on Fri and Saturday, but lasted until 4am on the Saturday.
• Steffi (10/5): Exceptional - Such a lovely flat with a unique stylish touch. Although it is right in the middle of the lively Psiri neighborhood, we had a good and quiet sleep. It does not have a balcony but if you open the large windows, it feels like one. This one is a highly recommended!

• Elisabeth (8/5): nice apartment in a tourist area. - very cute furniture, suitable kitchenette, bathroom fully equipped and functional, clean room, friendly staff, easy to find and well described entry procedure protective sheet on the mattress was too small and full of stains, sheet was also too small for the mattress, curtains were stained with mold, kitchen towel was dirty, on the wall behind the bed were super filthy stains like from a sex accident. also very loud environment and locks on the surrounding doors.
• Gil (7/5): Good - The reception guy was amazing! The location was great! 1 minute from all the pubs and restaurants. 2 minutes to metro station and Monasteraki Square. The kitchen was well equipped. The room wasn't very clean. The door of the shower was broken. We stayed for a week and there were only two towels and two little shampoo. If you want your room cleaned in the middle of the stay and the towels and sheets changed, it is very expensive. If you want to manage your stay, make it longer or shorter, you need to do it via Booking, not directly in the reception. Very uncomfortable.
• Panayiota (8/5): Very good - good location, small and cosy studio. the staff is helpful and I was provided with very clear and easy to follow instructions on how to check in/ out, order food, etc too much noise from the street during the weekends at night, the bathroom could use stronger lighting

The location is perfect, close to everything: the metro station, bars and places to eat, the acropolis, parks, Attica mall and so much more. The hosts were great to communicate with and answered all our questions. The only problem we had was with the parking. The property states that they have free parking, but that reservation isn’t possible. The truth is there is not free parking except if you leave your car in the tiny tiny streets. So if you are traveling with a bigger car your only option is to park it in one of the available parkings. We were lucky enough that the cheapest parking nearby was available and it only cost us a quarter of the price we paid for the apartment (15€ a day).

• Tonya (9/5): Super close to everything and was great to immerse yourself in the culture of Athens - The location was wonderful. It was close to everything and the alley next to it had several restaurant/bars to hang out and just be part of the whole environment. With that being said, understand the noise may continue until the early morning hours (not a fault if the apartment building). The building was super secure and we loved sitting in the rooftop looking at the Acropolis staff was there to help and always super friendly. The noise of the bars till 530am but that isn’t the apartments fault. I had no complaints about the apartment itself.
